People only say its quicker because he shows up faster "start of the slide" but hes locked into the drop for 0.5 longer then before and his ult is smaller due to the circle at the end being like pretty small compared to old one but he comes with the slide part. also threw removed the slow from it too new panths is a nerfed old panth besides his e shield thing and q being longer range and SLIGHTLY more damage if you throw it and don't hit anything but the target. oh and i guess the e slam thing but i think his old e did more damage even with the new one having that.
: I mostly agree, and while morde's kit in isolation is cool, I have to admit that his ult can be unfair if you can't afford to put QSS in your build, and if he's ahead. However, I don't think that Panth's kit with the new directional invulnerability is so bad. It can be counterplayed without needing insane mobility, and he does so little damage in the duration of that ability. Plus it gives him interesting new choices. On the other hand, he doesn't really have significantly more mobility than before, as he already had a jump, and his ult was similar, but MUCH slower and harder to land, except with better range I believe.
New panth ult is slower "kinda smaller" but has the same range as old one!

The channel time is longer? new panth is 2 second leap into 2.5 second drop old was 2 into 2 the circle is also smaller unless you count the whole slide in bit so id say about even. it doesn't slow any more and does less damage and has a higher cooldown. new pantheon ult only has the slide part and that it stacks his passive. you can even say old panths combo was to r into a fight and w while untargetable to get the passive but that still 2 spells. New pantheon ult while looking cooler and is fun to use is a substantially worse version of old panths ult.

It to bad that about 95% of the things you said are false after looking over the replay. You are both at 70%ish not full hp. His W was on cd but he did hit you with a Q and he is at half energy. The fight is at lvl 6/7 "Zed is lvl 7" the items are you with a {{item:1036}} {{item:1029}} and him with a {{item:3134}} . You do not q-e-w-auto you E-W-R. He ults while your useing your ult dodging most of it, but his combo isnt r-aa-e-aa its r-e-aa-q. His W does not come back up it still halfway on cooldown after the end of the fight. You did not E to a minion and id say the deathmark wasn't even needed to kill you because of the ignite. you did not have 90 armor you had 69. And if you mean a fight that happened at level 10 hate to say this but there wasn't one from lvl 10-11 zed wasn't even on your screen. also how do you get to lvl 10 with only 2 long swords and a seekers same for zed? pretty sure you can get more then that by afking to the same time? Skins are used for different unit types from the looks of it, like how graves use's the pirate skin and is part of the pirate tribe or how vayne is arch-light to look more in line with the noble tribe.

: It shouldn't be this way on live. There may be a slight delay logging in, but nothing like this, I think. Tbh, many people are gonna get it out of their systems now. The people who need to play it RIGHT AWAY are already doing so, and some will burn out on it before it hits live. That, and the live servers are way more prepared to handle traffic. This is probably the first time PBE has *ever* seen this kind of traffic.

In season one me and my friend played {{champion:14}} {{champion:23}} bot lane and we ONLY whent bot we were basicly super minions normal games for us was we both whent 0/14 but we kept going down botlane building full ad/attack speed and we won alot just from mindlessly pushing botlane into there nexus.

Why does ziggs get a 35% execute to towers on a spell? No other champion has that. It's because ziggs is the siege champion. Taliyah's thing was a roaming mage to me. She was supposed to control the mid wave so that she was able to do her roaming, because that was her thing. Taliyah was a early game influence, going to other lanes to get team mates ahead because of how hard she falls off late game. She used to have a winrate of 52% if a game ended at 20-25 mins but also had a winrate of 42% when a game was 30-35 mins. Now taliyah is a burst mage the goes around trying to oneshot people but almost every other burst mage does it better at this point. Its how she is the 8th least picked champion in the game combining all of her roles, and the least pick midlaner in the game. "that has a pick something like ivern mid is at a 0% so it wont show up"
: I'd be fine with Neeko's ult if it 1. has the cooldown of Karthus' ult 2. applies damage over time. ({{champion:161}} {{champion:112}} {{champion:9}} etc) 3. has an absurdly long charge time and is interuptible ({{champion:20}} 4. doesn't apply a shield ({{champion:25}}) 5. is extremely difficult to land the maximum amount of damage ({{champion:142}} {{champion:112}} {{champion:163}} ) And listing champions like GP and Malphite is cheating because they're off meta if built full AP so their AP ratios have 0 impact most of the time. Neeko is designed to be built full AP.
1. I agree on her ult cd being too low 2. her ult damage would be to low for that currently Victor and fiddle doing close to double also over time effect comes with some benefits. Velkoz's slowing and dealing true damage from ranged,Victor's interrupting channeled abilities thingy while also doing upfront damage. fiddle's has a blink and forces you to get a passive prok. and all of these ults also have the effect of being able to be moved while still dealing damage, vel can move left to right,victor can control his storm,fiddle can run at you. 3.Her charge time is 2 seconds 1 second shorter then a nunu full charge and her charge does have 1 way to interrupt, killing her. while this works on everyone she gets nothing if you do it while she is channeling. If you stop nunu he still gets some damage off, if you kill fiddle the second he blinks from his ult you still take a little bit of damage if victor uses ult on one 1 target and dies he still does some damage. if neeko ults and is killed before it goes off, she clicked ult just to put it on a 90 second cooldown. "again i think a 120cd be better here" 4.it however does not apply true sight and upfront damage and the shields only shows up slightly overhalf way threw the charge and if you got hit by said ult the stun is longer then the shield duration 5.Can't say much for zoe don't really like playing her,Victor only needs to cast his ult on someone and get 1 tick to do slightly over neeko's ult damage. and for taliyah, it more of how i main taliyah and thought it was funny that taliyahs at lvl 1 with a lvl 1 q does more damage then a lvl 6 neeko does with her ult. and for hitting taliyah's q its pretty simple you only need to hit like 3 you can move it while they fire and its cooldown isn't 90 seconds.

I had a situation where i was playing karthus and i saw a 5% hp yorick so i ulted. mid way threw the channel i then noticed yorick also had a death timer. started yelling NO NO NO NO then yorick transformed into a full hp neeko and my ult was put on cooldown ;~;

In Korea if you don't give blue to mid they will AFK and its considered the junglers fault.

{{item:3151}} and {{item:3071}} are somewhat opposites in that {{item:3151}} is weak vs MR but strong vs HP but {{item:3071}} is strong vs armor and is weak vs HP. only real big connection is the new passive {{item:3151}} got where you get % more damage while you are in a fight kinda like the armor shred stacking on {{item:3071}}. {{item:3151}} and {{item:3153}} is more linked to me.

On the taliyah thing. the 51% winrate and a 14% pick rate is for her jungle only. she isn't played mid enough to even show her stats there. "league of graphs shows her mid stats as a 0.3 pickrate and a 49% winrate for gold 50% for plat and 56% for diamond "her top and support being 57% winrate support with a even higher playrate". I personally want the champion i played from day one to stop being shoved out of the lane i learned and loved playing her in. and if it does matter the change that did push her into the jungle started with dropping her winrate to 40% mid.

LOL, i really don't think u have any idea how true this actually is. i know VERY well, as it happened to my main nidalee in 5.1 well after she was reworked in 4.10 (strangely people _still_ seemed to think she was reworked into the jungler when she wasn't, and balme her rework when her rework was a godsend) but back to the topic on hand from 4.17 to when season 5 started riot was perfectly balanced in 3 lanes top and mid where she had a balanced 50% in every elo and support where she had a 48% winrate in 5.1 she had ONE change done no change to damage at all in any way and that change was "hunted now procs on jungle camps" (and for a time they rooted monsters too) however unbeknownst to riot (and even me and this remains one of only 2 {{champion:76}} changes on pbe i couldn't predict... no one could have and i don't blame riot for that.. but i DO blame them for how they later addressed it) what happened was... just like you said... nid was balanced around lane.. and therefore as a laner who was generally always in vision... you know where she was.. so where the spear was going to come from, u knew where to stay behind minions as u kept vision on her. nid also have no form of effective CS outside of kitty form. which before patch 4.10 she didnt have until 6.. and in 4.10 she got access to at lvl 6. but lost all the armor and mr and speed boost kitty form gave therefore it was only actually SAFE to clear in kitty form if you were ahead. what this mean is nid generally have a hard time CSing, because without kitty form she could not clear, and if she got behind at all in lane (which was easy to do because it was hard to CS with) she generally had a low gold early game and REALLY took off around mid game unless she landed good spears early on in lane so now we bring her into the jungle in 5.1.. and we dont change her in any way other than letting per proc her passive on jungle camps (this allowed her to clear. the difference this bad is... nid's power spike was based around having a laner and have low gold early.. wjat they did.. was they gave her a MASSIVE increase in gold.. rhew fastest clear in the game.. and she would get crazy far ahead. so they nerfed her.. but this wasn't the rework team who did work to make her give her an amazing rework... these were the moronic balance team who cant do shit properly once than one patch a year. so in the process of "nerfing" her jungle.. they actually barely hurt it at all and completely GUT her laning.. FORCING her into the jungle and once nid winrate in the other roles dropped below 30%, the sites stopped tracking it. ( at last one ones that existed back them) this is why nid's traps are currently 100% worthless for anything other than trying top not facecheck bushes and trying to give a 1 second warning if someone in trying to invade you to compare her 3 forms of traps pre rework it was 80 base damage and .4 ap ratio it also cut armor and MR by 20-40% in a 400 range aoe gave u full ward vision when placed and gave true sight AFTER her rework (4.10) they removed the aoe... and they cut the damage to 20 they also removed the true sight and they cut the mana cut by a bit and cut the cooldown by a bit and they completely removed the % armor and magic pen what they added was an 8% max hp damage that gained 1% per 50 AP (aka a .2 damage ratio) and becuase its max hp damage #**they capped this at 200 vs monsters** this was done by the rework team.. but when the BALANCE team said "traps deal too much damage" vs monsters. no naturally you would expect them to idk... #LOWER THE FUCKING DAMAGE CAP ON MONSTERS but no riots "balance" team says lets completely removed the % hp damage and they increased her damage from 20 to 40 base damage. and the AP ratio from .02 to .20% and they changed they also nerfed it even more by hitting the vision on placement and the range it would proc your passive keep in mid that when u compare this to her PRE-rework traps they deal HALF the damage.. have HALF the ratio dont do aoe dont give true sight (this was later added back to her passive _years_ later) don't even proc passive (or give vision) unless the unit is within 1400 units down from 5500 (btw a max spear travels 1600 units) so they need to be VERY close no lon have the vision on placement radius reduced from around 1200 to 400 and thats why her traps are currently the weakest damaging skill in the entire game.. meanwhile they add % max hp damage to a shit tone of other stuff but a traps which takes TWO SECOND to even arm after u place it.. gets to deal 40 base damage with a .2 ap ratio does CC the enemy or even reveal them if their not already on the same screen as her. all riot needed to do was LOWER the cap from 200 to 40.. THATS IT!! YOUR REWORK TEAM ALREADY IMPLEMENTED A CAP VS MONSTERS. this was ALSO the change that kicked her out of lanes. ( that dropped the lanes below 30%) later still the made it completely impossible for nid to lane by removing her pounce reset until lvl 16 and increasing the cooldown from 5 seconds to 6 (along with every other kitty skill) and TECHNIALLY its IS reduced from 6 seconds to 4 second. but.. i dont really consider lower the cooldown from 6 seconds to 4 seconds when its an ESCAPE tool that moves u 400 units away..
Reading Nidelee's story makes me sad as a Taliyah player.
: There should be global voice lines. Most warnings you cant hear unless you stand by them. Kled, Sion are really main two that have global warnings, Twisted Fate, Nocturne are easy to see.

: Ignite has the same cooldown as Exhaust and Cleanse, while outperforming both of them. It's Grievous Wounds (which is only found on three items) on a stick, in addition to true damage over 5 seconds. It can also proc electrocute, which in my opinion is a very poor design choice. The only spells that have a lower cooldown than Ignite are Ghost and Barrier. Ghost has no value against Ignite specifically, and Barrier can block two ticks of Ignite's damage if you time it perfectly, but often will block only one. Heal was nerfed some time ago because it was "too oppressive" out of the botlane, and Teleport was nerfed soon after when botlaners started taking it _over_ Heal. Meanwhile over this period Ignite has had its damage _increased_ to support the assassin meta Riot has been pushing. It is a powerful spell with very little counterplay. You can't use Heal or potions to stop it, and if you Cleanse the wrong thing you lose the ability to Cleanse the enemy's Ignite (and the damage still accrues, it's only the GW that's gone). Barrier, which is Ignite's _only_ counter in summoner spells (sorry if you didn't bring a shield champ with you gaiz), can only block 40% of Ignite's damage at most, so if Electrocute pops your shield while you're still in kill range, you're screwed.
Just want to point something cleanse removes ignite completely it damage ticks and all.
