: but it is, its not limited to time but rather attacking a champion or epic monster like drakes or herald you can can get it back reasonable quickly i think, as long as you can keep attacking champions
There's around 13 seconds CD after you proc it. After those seconds have passed when you attack again you proc the passive and either keep going or stop and have it go on CD again.

It's the best counter for when you're against ranged top like Vlad and Quinn. Just laugh. They'll start to throw themselves at your tower. Best way to win.

Hearing the Captain's voice made Cordelia turn to face him looking at a weathered map on a table. She quickly shut the lid of her bag which was packed full. She was looking around inside it while she was admiring the view of the wide blue ocean, wondering how she'll be able to take souvenirs with such a full pack. Deciding that she would leave the thought for later, Cordelia walked over to Captain Caio and peered at the map. Hearing the captain talk about sailing through the Shadow Isles immediately made Cordelia ask: "But how will we defend ourselves against the monsters in the Shadow Isles? I only have a basic idea on defending myself and I don't have a weapon, and I'm sure that we can't kill the undead."

He swaggered down to the dock beneath his ship. **'The Captain that's me!'** He roared at her. **' Now what do you want that is so important that it can't be said on my ship!'** He heard the heavy clinking of metal on metal and saw the two barbarian fools with their entourage running towards them. For a moment he covered his face with his hands. *What have I done?* he thought **'Dreyri and Gridungr reporting for duty, sir.'** they said simultaneously. Caio looked at them darkly as he manouvered himself behind them. With a mighty kick he pushed Dreyri on the plank. **'Get up to the ship you fools.'** They both went up the plank. Caio turned towards Maddigan. **Let's follow them, shall we?'** without waiting for an answer he walked back up the plank.

"Well I'm glad to be chosen to go along to find new lands and exotic islands." smiled Cordelia before they were interrupted by a loud calling for the captain. She glowered at the booming voice, grimacing as she meandered onto the oak ship. Whenever someone shouts with no need for emergency she wishes they would shut up and respect the need for quiet. The soothing sounds of the rolling waters helped Cordelia to forget about the interruption and make a quick check on her leather bag to see if it still is closed. Pleased to see that it was still full and secure, she put it back onto her shoulder and climbed on board the ship. With time to think what dangers and loot there might be, Cordelia's main concern was the content of her bag and whether it will be lost or stolen on this adventure. She stiffly stood on the bridge with a disapproving look on her face, hoping that the magnificent view of the wide ocean would calm her running thoughts.

Cordelia rushed to get to the port on foot, as she had no other way of transport. The second she heard that there will be an expedition to find new uncharted lands made her jump to the opportunity. Panting as she finally got a look at the majestic ship, a wide smile slowly spread across her face. Her blonde hair was messy from her non stop trek across the land, and her leather bag heavy from the little stops she made on her way here. Cordelia slowly made her way up to the captain who was gazing upon the fine ship. The crimson sails fluttered in the wind as Cordelia asked "I believe you are Captain Caio, I'm Cordelia Glais. It's good to meet you." she stretched out her hand for him to shake, tilting her head to the side to carry on viewing the ship.

Cordelia looked up from her seat, first at the Bilgewater sailor then Dreyri who just called her a burglar. A bit offended at being called a burglar she remarked "Well of course, I've finished resting here and the past town might try to come find someone who fairly took away some belongings. Also, I'm not a burglar. I just have a way of words." She looked to the side looking rather upset by being called a criminal. The people happily gave her the stuff, they just don't bother to look through her words well enough. "Thanks Jack and Ellie, I loved it here. I love the water here, it's so fresh and it sure cleared my mind after that little incident before I came here.". Getting up from her seat Cordelia made a quick check on her bag before slinging it back onto her shoulder and nodding at Dreyri and Bull, signaling that she is ready to go.

I don't sell every damn person who asks to drink it the thing." She said before turning around to Dreyri, looking at Cordelia's payment and sighing. Ellie is obviously very frustrated at the moment "Since you seemed to have ignored me the past seven times I said this, Water. Is. Free. You owe us ten gold for a room, and you're overpaying us tenfold. This is your last warning of that Miss. Got it?" Ellie had a to deal with a few patrons while she waited for Cordelia to get a proper payment in a row. She walked over to Morganas "Miss, when you have decided what you want to eat or drink wave me or Jack down. Please mind the rules." Then went back to the counter with an audible sigh and looked to the fox "What would you like sir?" She asked. Jack really needed to hire more waitresses and waiters, Ellie could not handle all of this on her own.

And a couple of extra rubies as a tip for Ellie. > 'Excuse me Ellie, but I would like to pay my bills for the last time. Gridungr and I are going to leave for Bilgewater.' Looking flustered about forgetting to tell him yes, she blurted out "Yes Dreyri, I want to come along with you and Bull. I don't know if I already said this but uhm, I'm reassuring my point.". Her wide eyes looked at the many pets of Bull and Dreyri and then looked at the odd talking fox looking at the menu. Stiffly she turned her head back to the counter and sat once more, saving her energy for later.

He saw the strange woman and the annoying little.... thing, he remembered hearing the name. Lightning? Ember? Spark? Sparky, that was it. Minutes passed by as Cordelia took long deep breaths and lots of gazing at the plain ceiling. Finally she sat upright and ambled over to the window, she was finally going to have partners on her adventures. Wind rustled through the trees while honey badgers and blackbirds foraged in the fields. Sighing, Cordelia pulled away from the open window and grabbed the two sacks and placed them into a leather bag she found left alone in the corridor. She swung it over her shoulder and plodded out of her room, locking it behind her. Silently she treaded down the steps and walked on over to Dreyri, Cordelia noticed him eyeing the young looking girl and creature. "Well I'm ready to go when you are, just make sure you pay Ellie with that sapphire I gave you." She turned around to face Ellie and said "Dreyri here has the money to give to you, so if he hasn't payed for my fees then ask him. I'll have just one cup of water then I'll be leaving. I enjoyed my time here, I'll see if I can come back." Cordelia pulled out the simple key from her bag and gave it to Ellie before sitting at the counter to wait for her drink.

As Cordelia slipped the magnificent blue gem into Dreyri's palm "Half of the profits sounds good, but I want to be able to choose what I can get. I don't want boring scrolls and spells, just anything shiny and valuable. If you don't mind, give that to Ellie to pay off my fees. This is a one time thing hat I'm giving away something so precious so you better not throw it away and have me give something else." As Cordelia trudged up the steps to gather her belonging in her room she mentioned "I'll be grabbing the rest of my supplies and put on my favourite mask." Such is the way of life. All those people who's house burned down? Pure clumsiness. Fisherman losing his boat in a storm? Not a true fisherman. Refugees coming from a war? Well, that's just bad luck. Greed is good, it helps you protect and gain many things in life. I feel blessed to be born with such greed for riches and power. But I do try to hide it... oh well. With the amount of dirty liers and bandits in this tavern I was bound to show some sort of greed." Cordelia shrugged, not even trying to hide her greed any longer to see how this will turn out. The small cowardly girl was behind her now, Cordelia's pride and possessions are in danger. > > "Now then, why don't you trust me? I feel upset that you say that so boldly, look! Your oh so pretty birds are sad too, look at them shuffle with sadness." The sack of colourful gems were shifted behind the chair by her foot, while Cordelia was resting back in her chair. > > ((I had to edit because the boards think I'm swearing xd)) 'My father? We did not kill the nobles, nor servants, nor soldiers who let us pass, only the soldiers that stopped us.' Angann fluttered shily towards Blakkr. Hyrr hopped on to Dreyri's shoulder and glared at Cordelia, while Eldr squawked angrily. ' Greed helps no one. Can you eat those gems? Can you drink them? Can you sleep on them? Do those gems magically create jobs?' Eldr squawked again and fluttered around to try and get the sack with gems. Dreyri stopped the bird. 'What is given is given Eldr.' he scolded the bird. The fire in the hearth flared bright as a flash of power escaped Dreyri's control. Some patrons looked at it and muttered darkly among themselves. Dreyri breathed in and out. Closing his eyes, trying to control his power. 'In short, fire is open and honest. If you don't watch it, it will bite you. ' "Well I'm glad that you're papa is an honest man, honesty is a great thing. But some secrets must be kept to keep your pride and possessions." After Eldr tried to get the sack of gems Cordelia grabbed them quickly, but Dreyri stopped Eldr so she set the sack of jewels on her lap. Once again, her eyes gained the black tint after Eldr almost got the gems. "Well you see, gems are useful for trading and gaining. You trade them for coins and food and housing, and no, I don't drink or eat or sleep on gems. That's stupid." responded Cordelia. She flinched back a bit after the calm fireplace almost set alight to a table, but calmed down after it too calmed down. "I'll be honest, I want to be friends with you and Bull. The two of you make great money fountains. You just seem to throw your riches everywhere you go. But of course, I also like both of your personalities. I did get embarrassed after Bull flirted with me a bit upstairs, but otherwise I would love to have the two of you accompany me in my travels to aimlessly wander Runeterra and maybe search for Papa." she spoke the last couple words much more quietly. "It's fun to be sneaky with words, you should try it sometimes. You're not actively stealing from others or illegally taking objects and such from people, you're just changing a few facts so they will hand over their possessions without need for fight or death." Cordelia stood up from the table and walked towards the fireplace to maybe see the cause of the large outburst. "Also, if I may add, water is eternal. It will never die out unlike fire, it will just carry on and on in a never ending cycle.".

He didn't say anything, and his sole blue eye began to glow lightly. The water from his cup began to drain slowly, but nothing came out of the bottom. He then moved his gaze to Dreryi, having to look even more up to meet eye contact with, to him, the behemoth of a man. "Step away." He commanded. Still a scrawny boy compared to the two he stood between, it would look almost stupid to most that he didn't budge a bit from where he stood. Dreyri stepped away. 'As you wish boy.' he still had that annoyed look on his face. 'Would have been nice to see an axe split her face in half.' he muttered darkly. 'Did Ellie get you that drink by the way?' he asked the boy. If anything while not completely sane he was courteous. Dreyri took another step away before turning to Roman. 'You know, it is funny. The only one who is trying to worm his way into some pants are you Roman. I don't need to worm my way in, anyone would fall for me.' Gridungr tapped Dreyri's shoulder as he held his hand to his body. 'Dreyri, I need some help I think. ' He showed his hand to Dreyri. Blood streamed down and his hand still wouldn't move. 'What have you done?' Dreyri whispered as he pushed Gridungr to the hearth. In hushed tones Gridungr explained. Dreyri sighed. 'You are too trusting.' He held his hand out for one of the phoenixes. 'What are you doing Dreyri?' Gridungr asked. He was slightly panicking, he had expected a bandage, maybe a bit of fire, but not the entire bird. 'Haven't you heard that the tears of phoenixes heal? Just whisper your story to him and I bet he will heal you.' So Gridungr did as he was told. While he was whispering Dreyri moved back to Sabrina again. When he was finished the phoenix dropped a couple of tears on his hand and stepped away again to sing with his brother. A searing flash moved through his body and then his arm felt normal again. He could move his hand again and the bleeding had stopped. He put on his glove and hid the sack under his pauldron again. Dreyri glared at Sabrina. 'I'll be waiting for you.' he said. He made a mental note to himself to wear his armor like Gridungr did.

She didn't ask for this, she just wanted to watch some simple magic and go back to drinking water and socialising. > "A dragon egg? Aren't those one of the most sacred objects out there? Also, do you have it right now? I want to see it. If you have the egg right now, put it on that flipping table and let me see it!" Demanded Cordelia. She wasn't going to be someone to just be put aside. If she wants to see the egg or whatever then she needsto force it, even though she hates to force things onto people. 'Allright, allright' he said. He definitely didn't want to ruin his chances. 'I am sorry, if I had known Dreyri was holding that news I would have let him give me that burning earlier.' Gridungr took the sack from under his pauldron. He opened it just enough so she could see the reddish-blue egg His nose prickled with the magical energies coming from it. It smelled like sweat and flowers at the same time. Too many choices for that dragon just yet to decide whether it was evil or not. With a snap nasty looking spikes stuck out of the egg. Gridungr's eyes watered. Those spikes had gone right through the letter into his hand. With a grunt he held in his cry of pain. Downstairs Dreyri saw the priestess asking for a glass of water. What did everyone have with water and tea? This is a tavern, not a elderly home, you came here to drink, maybe brawl.

What did everyone have with water and tea? This is a tavern, not a elderly home, you came here to drink, maybe brawl. Cordelia jumped from the snap and she smelt blood. The red liquid seemed to run down his hand, or maybe it was her mind playing tricks on her. She was never good with sudden and violent scenes. Dashing over to Bull Cordelia worryingly asked "Are you okay? Is it poisonous? Does it burn? Do you feel funny? Or do you just feel pain?". Cordelia feels bad about only caring about the egg and not Bull, especially after he barged in and out and made odd gestures towards her. The egg seemed to be fine, apart from the blood that may or may not be real.
