Jaxs Q Animation looks weird. Not the animation itself but the moment in which jax autoattacks right after the Q - It it possbile to smoothen out the flow of those two animations like giving jax another autoattack animation right after the Q? the normal autoattack animation just simply dont fit the movement of the jump upon landing.

Warwick does indeed have an AP-On-hit Damage thingy on his passive, but as far as I know, with no sort of AP Scaling. So I wouldn't count him as "AP-on-hit" - Lulu Passive has some special traits, causing it to not really be "on-hit" - e.g. it doesn't proc on {{item:3085}}'s bolts, Ezreals/GP Q or Warwick R. Kog'maw and Varus are more considered to be played Hybrid, or not precisely 'hybrid' but still dealing hybrid damage- both with %mapHP Damage. Guess what happens if you give them those Items :x For as e.g. Rageblade in one of it's older states, with the AoE styled effect... Jax totally went overboard same as with Kog'maw. The only champs I would like to see those items for are actually Orianna and Teemo. But how to balance these Items around them whilst not making other absurdly op?

latter one; Because once I can Level up an ally, it's unclear for me (the Zilean Player) how much EXP I actually give my Ally. It's no problem in the first place because my Passive EXP is not lost, just on 2 minute Cooldown... But it makes a difference if I give myself and my Jungler 300xp or just my Toplaner 30xp for that 2 minute cooldown! The Circle which fills up as you mention is the indicator how much EXP you are lacking to level up an ally. So it could be anything between {current_stored_exp} and 1 which makes the whole thing ... well it's not a good feeling.

Urgot needs a Nerf? Throughout Season 8, Urgot got played in Tournaments exactly 98x with a winrate of 51:47 (52%) with a presence of 4.6%. I doubt Urgot needs a nerf. --- In comparison: Ornn got played 1134 times with a presence of 45,5% (still a negative winrate tho with 558:576 (49,2%)

I really like the Idea. Would like to see an option to always show the "Detailed" Version tbh. (like in the Runes) But more importantly- In the "Detailed" Version you may currently see the Basedamages+ratios.... which means it isn't really "Detailed" but more "simplified" in my opinion. Dom points donßt win games on their own though, and the algorythm is good but not always accurate...so theys work as an indicator after the games - but mostly you should know what you can do better without relaying on them anyways.

: Just played a game with a poppy support and enemy rengar jungle. The chain of events you llisted for poppy don't happen. Most people wont even be able to get poppy's W off before rengar jumps. Only thing you can hope for is to survive long enough for the poppy ult.
