Brand is a support and Zyra too. (We are inside a damage meta and these 2 supports fit very well) Some support tanks struggle a little bit (Nautilus, Bard, Tham Kench, Taric). Enchanters power rely on the ADC's power and ADC have been at the weak site season 8. Lux is pretty balanced at the moment (maybe a bit weak). She is out of meta in midlane and support.

Putting that on a targeted, ranged, instant spell would be way too strong, although I can see it being sort of okay on a completed item that costs 2-3k gold.

I'm not a riot official but here are some answers: At the moment we are in preseason. Season 9 starts on January 23, 2019. MMR is a little bit off because of the adding of two new tiers (iron/grandmaster) and removing division 5.

: I would be on board giving him a teense bit more AP and attack speed, but idk if he really needs the ap. His hook damage is great for early picks because it has ridiculous base damage. With the right runes, his r+q+e can do enough damage to guarantee squishy kills for the adc, even into mid game. Late game, his strength definitely lies in being a tank tho.
There is no late game for tanks. Most of his power budget is his cc (q=hook, e =slow, r=knock up, passive=root) he has nothing else. He is struggling hard top and jungle. If he wants to trade he has to go in and has no way to get out (q is too slow dash to get out most of the time). If you want to buff him give him ground effect if he aa with active w.

: Lux' ult is getting a little ridiculous...
I think Lux R is totally fine. It is her ult and the counterplay is really simple. If you are not cc'd just walk out of it - you have enough time. You can dodge her q very easy (small hitbox and minions can block it) and if q misses you can easily punish lux cause she has no mobility and is a squishy target. Give her a dash/blink and we can talk about an ult nerf...

The problem why people hate yasuo's windwall is because it counters the kit of a few champions by itself. For example {{champion:99}} . Q, W and E (while traveling) are blocked. If you bait out the windwall with Q or E you don't have enough damage to harm yasuo and you have the big disadvantage of manacost.

Sadly I have not made a screenshot. Because i blocked him i cannot see the chat with him anymore. As I was reading this yesterday I was really shoked and wanted him to stop texting me - this was the most important thing to me at this time. I have never seen such an behaviour of a guy before and I hope this guy will not harass other people (like me). But lesson learned. I will never accept a friendrequest from a stranger in future.
