: Honestly i fell that 10 s would be crazy op (because of {{item:3151}}). I would rather change it to: 6/12/18/24/30 + (0,5% + (1% 100 ap) current hp) each 0,5 s. Base tick duration 2s. Human Aa and W = +0,5 s each on Spider aa and Q = +1s each one Max tick duration 5s. Total dmg 60/120/180/240/300 +(5%+ (10% for 100 ap)) (For reach this value, you need to take risk) No ap (lv 1 q) Min 24 + (2%) Max 60 + (5%) 600 ap (lv 5 Q) 120 + (26% current enemy health) 300 + (65% Current enemy health) This work well with lyandri too. The reward is a lot higher, require risk (going into spider form for better efford) but also is viable with liandry. If the value is still high reducing the hp ratio from 1% to 0,75% for 100 ap (i took it high must because % current health is weak against mr and anti sinergyse with dot effect and also make low sense for her Q that deal on missing health which make those two spell counterfunctional). If it's low instead increase the base dmg on early lv to (10/15/20/25/30).
You may be right in terms of total duration, but I feel achieving a full 10 seconds would require a lot of commitment (to the point where they'd already be dead) 5 seconds is also good though, although I notice the ability you described still uses 10 seconds as a max (as a 5 second duration would give half the damage amounts you describe) My main worry was the balance between the starting duration giving you time to follow up and additional spells extending the duration at a rate that won't let the effect die out between. Another possibility might simply be having it as a 2 second duration, refreshed by attacks, so it only ever lasts 2 seconds after the last hit, but can be refreshed indefinitely if she stays on you. This has the downside of being unable to quickly stack attacks together for a higher total duration.

I think Killer of Night9 makes a good point with the synergy of Liandry's (and Crystal Sceptre) here though. The ability itself would deal more than it used to in cases where you commit. I think any further lack of damage can be made up for by the power of a DoT providing persistent item effects such as the slow and further % damage

: Not certain yet, we're still talking about whether now's the time to prioritize some larger ability work, or whether we should do some power compensation now with ability adjustments later in the year. Will let you know once we've got a certain answer on that. Larger work whenever it happens will likely be around the same amount of change as the Rengar and LeBlanc changes earlier in the year.
Just to add this a little further up the chain. It would be nice to see her W affect allies as well as enemies again. It has a good few benefits. - The main one is it balances out her support and offence abilities. 2 Offence, 2 Defence, with one being a choice. - It gives her the ability to heal as a support (even if that part is the ult component) - Missing health healing is a very healthy (har har) type of healing. Efficient and effective at low health while being pretty inefficient with low healing when using it to sustain. - This gives her W a use when defending or finding it too dangerous to go in. - W would be a support ability with a good visual indicator (the tether) of when it is active. A few possible general effects of W on allies as possibilities: - Flat damage reduction for the duration (X + %AP) for the duration - % damage reduction. Maybe with an initial negative scaling similar to Nami's heal. Maybe only Physical or Magical based on recent damage taken. - Bonus adaptive AD/AP (Something Janna could use tbh) - Karma shares a % of damage taken while above a certain health threshold (A weaker alternative to pure reduction. Maybe with a flat reduction on both?) I suggest mostly damage reduction as the movement speed was taken by the shield. Damage reduction also has the advantage of working well with the mantra-W heal AND makes the shield combo with an allied W tether, in the same way an ulted Q combo's with an enemy tether. I do believe her solo-laning could be improved, but the above change has the advantage of coming at the exchange of damage from her W, allowing her power to remain divided if her offensive power was to be increased. Having an ability used for both offence and defence lets her have high power in both situations, but not at the same time. This is similar to how she used to work, but not as in-depth and exactly how Lulu currently works.
: I'd like to throw out my suggestion to bring back the offensive use of her E. Not as a full on shield bomb again, but as an ability that can be point click casted onto enemies to do damage to them or mantra point click casted to damage them and everyone around them in an AOE. Gives you some options for damage when you need it as opposed to shields.
Just to weigh in. I wouldn't mind seeing her W take on a dual use again instead. In the Ying/Yang sense, her Q is all offense, her E is all defense, it would be nice to see her W be the middle ground. Maybe on an ally it could be made an escape/engage again, with a power equivalent to the root but with the idea that she doesn't need to be close to an enemy taken into account. Maybe back to the speed boost while connected, with it scaling on AP. Ironically for the ulted version the healing of missing health is probably one of the more balanced versions of an ally heal, in terms of risk Vs reward and in-lane sustain. For purely buffing solo lane damage there are a few options. More damage on the ulted Q to emphasise rooting an enemy in it. Something extra on her auto attacks when reducing ultimate cooldown. Maybe an ap boost for the % of damage her shield absorbs? If her E is made to have an offense option it removes all pure defense. I just think she'd be better having a fixed offense ability, fixed defense ability and one which she makes on the fly decisions for.

: You guys are just doing the same thing you did back in the immobile mage rework: nerfing AP on most items and buffing Dcap to "balance it", while doing nothing to address the fact that Deathcap has arguably the worst buildpath in the game. Seriously, do you think ADC players would like it if Infinity Edge and Essense Reaver had BFS + Pickaxe + Longsword for a build path? They'd be furious!
To be fair a "Inconvenience Hat" that granted 15% extra ap from the blasting rod and amp tome would be good. Rod + Tome + 600 gold Inconvenience Hat + Needless + 665 for Deathcap Locking in to the inconvenience Hat early would lock your build path, but reduce the space taken up and grant an actual damage buff until you upgrade it for the full thing

: Yes, in general we feel that having mid tier items that do a small version of the final item is only appropriate for counter items/items that fill a particular purpose (eg. hexdrinker, cutlass, etc.) This is mainly because it reduces the satisfaction of the final purchase. The most compelling argument so far regarding Deathcap changes has been that you just don't have enough slots to hold 3 component items in the later game and so potentially this could be something we figure out before ship.
Why not just two needlessly large rods + 1300? You're still paying more than a third rod, but this way it saves an item slot. Plus it emphasizes the fact that the item is the big ap booster

The only reason to want a skin is to feel special/look cool. The only reason to want a border for that skin is to feel like a super special snowflake/super "coolio" dewd. Be happy. : I'm not sure about that, simply because Rage mechanics mean that you never really are at Top Form at the start of the fight. On an ADC, if your mobility spell is tied to your rage, Your going to have plenty of opportunities to escape as a fight progresses or if your farming. But if you have to displace for any reason, (Even if your roaming with allies) You are that much more vulnerable to an enemy ambush. Buy and large, is it particularly useful to make the ADC be required to ramp up before coming online? Cause I would imagine the enemy team will be able to over run your front line before that happens. There's also the point of how Rage is used. Tryndamere's rage, while it does power his Q, but mainly is their to give him additional crit chance. Renekton on the other hand is predominantly Caster focus with his rage mechanic. Shyvana's rage is only really their to limit her ult. Gnar? You could practically build him as an Rage ADC. On top of that, we do have mini instances of this in other ADC's kits, were said ADC needs to ramp up. Namely Grave's True Grit, and Jinx's Mini gun. So even if Rage isn't an appropriate resource, you can still use rage mechanics.
Any ideas of your own? :) Rage was just a suggestion, and it's mostly based on the fact that we don't really have a Berserker marksman as of yet.

: I agree the slow is overwhelming, the second you use it you cant do anything unless your target is taunted. I mean a 60% slow for an ability that lasts 6 seconds....what are you supposed to do in that 6 seconds basically you do nothing. While your W is active you cant maneuver in team fights and you have 0 chance of dodging skill shots. Basically you are forced into deactivating the ability that gives you most of your tankiness which seems so counter intuitive the the champions identify...a tank.

Kinda curious, what does Kassadin do in a team fight when the ADC stays back? Does he just dive in with no one focusing him? If they focus him, does he then need to build tanky to be able to get into melee? Is he still one-shotting while building tanky items? I mean, he has this big mobility at level 16, but before that it has a much longer cooldown, meaning that once he's in, he's in for a while. On top of that, when Ahri wants to commit she has 3 much cheaper, quicker, longer range flashes and doesn't need to enter melee range to deal damage. Isn't that Kassadin's weakness to offset his lack of skill shots? I mean the fact that he has 3 abilities that require him to be within melee range. At the same time they had the same issue with Karma, it was why she was reworked. They either had to make her so powerful the melee was worth it or so weak no one would play her. It's why she spent literally 2 years underpowered.

Not off-meta in the crazy sense, but I'm still loving Ap Morde Top. His early kill potential is great, and since people don't deal with him often they don't get that a 2v1 melee gank is essentially just giving you two kills. He's unpopular enough that I still get people being amazed that he gets a dragon ghost... then more amazed when you solo the Baron with the dragon.

Makes me wonder which is harder though, Rakan needs to hit a skillshot to keep his healing going, while Taric has to stay in melee combat for extended periods of time to keep his. Taric's seems far riskier for less reward, if Rakan gets in a bad spot trying to heal, he jumps out. If Taric gets in a bad spot trying to heal, he dies.

That seems healthier tbh. His win rate should be above 50% when it's all mages mid. If he's only 50% when facing champions he counters then that's bad, it would mean in a non-mage meta he's below average.

: I disagree. I think he actually works well as he is. The timing of all his abilities takes some getting used to, but everything you have mentioned has to do mainly in the early game during laning phase. Yes, these are the reasons that contribute to why Taric has a less than stellar laning phase, but his late game potential and play making makes up for that immensely. If you got rid of the fraction of time it takes to cast the Q and W, it wouldn't really makes any sense- mainly because in mid-late game, when you get to the point of spamming Q that time really doesn't matter and if it would disappear, it would probably be way too overpowered.
And your thoughts on the awkward pathing when using E? For that at least, I find it annoying that he sometimes decides to walk down and around a minion instead of up and around and causes the ability to miss, essentially by random chance based on what the pathing decided

Yeah, that was mainly just the idea of giving the charges on the Q a little more meaning. I get the current idea, waiting longer is better for mana. But a secondary mechanic would be nice

Mine was fixed by doing the repair. Pretty sure for me it was due to unloaded textures appearing for the first time in games. But it's worth noting that I still get an average of about 1 error per second in any game I play in my logs even after repairs. Riot needs to fix a ton of stuff. : I've seen reports of freezing and fps issues after a recent Windows 10 update, which seems to be the OS you're using. Specifically, the update auto-enabled the [Xbox Game Bar](http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8637-game-bar-turn-off-windows-10-a.html) which has been causing issues. Disabling that may fix this up. Additionally, are you using any programs like play.tv, overlays, or recorder? These apps can similarly cause freezing. Let me know if that helps!
Hello, Thanks for the response. I have had this issue for a few years now (While using Windows 7). I do have Shadowplay enabled, but that is the only thing I'm aware of. On top of that, I only enabled shadowplay specifically to record this issue. I checked out the Xbox game bar, but loading up the app it tells me I need to sign in, and I don't own an Xbox account. Would it be enabled if I'm not even signed in (and have never opened the app before today)? On a technical note, could you explain why these things may cause sudden, brief freezes? I never notice it in other games is all. Just to highlight the asset theory, my belief when watching this video was that Unraveled Earth from Taliyah was the asset it needed to load.

True, though often it's only for sustain, not combat. Generally your ulted shield is better in a fight as it provides more defense than the heal and also shields others. This one is more to give it a combat purpose. Like imagine ult-w on a Katrina or Zed
