You can omit those datapoints if you feel they're outliers, but fabricating them into new datapoints is just lying. Him adding it does not change the other stats given, so it does not even matter. What does matter, of course, is that you need to somehow factor in these special cases if you wanna check how reliable the strategy is. Obviously that would be quite complicted. Midlaner-Runners and ragequitters are to a winrate statistic, what native speakers are to surveys that test how well a school's language education is. You cannot claim that your education is good because of the 9/21 100% scorse if, while 8 of these are native to the language the test was about. And the same goes for this win ratio. You cannot claim that the strategy works poorly, if a significan amount of losses come from sabotaged games, what is excactly what games are where someone runs it down or quits. But since these things CAN happen, you need to factor them in somehow. Now this is where the fun part begins. 203 games is not a large sample-size, but in theory you would do the following: Wins: 128 + Losses: 85 = 213 games Losses due to someone rage quitting: 18 + Losses due to someone running it down: 13 = 31 LdRR (looses due Running_Down and Ragequit) 31/213 = 0.15 (who care about what's 3 after dot?) so a chance of 15% LdRR We have an over all Lose rate of 40% The chances of loosing and that loss being due to LdRR are 31 LdRR / 85 Losses = 0.36 or 36% If we were now to use apply these stats onto 1000 games we would end up with 150 LdRR Because LdRR are 36% of all losses, we have a total of (150/0.36) 417 losses. 417 Losses / 1000 games = 0.417 or 41.7% Lose-Rate or a 58.3% winrate. For the variacne we have s^2 = 1000 * 0.583 * 0.417 = 243.11 So teh standart deviation s = 15.59 That means that any 1000 games played with the same level of skill and in the same elo range (from where he started to where he ended up) are gonna be around 15.59 games off the calcualted winratio. Now, as I said: 203 games is a small sample-size for that kinda stuff. BUT you wanted to talk about statistics so here you have statistics. Edit: Actually, here is a list with Baises that explain why these stats are actually useless: - Nubrac is smurfing (does not portrait the actually skill level of the elo) - People might run it down or quit because of Nubrac and not because of the strat. - All games were played on NA (results may heavily vary on other servers) - The elo is unconsistent (the stats only count if someone makes teh exact same journey mmr-wise) So... How could we potentially get stats that could help us determine the worth of this strat? First of all: All stats collected only apply on the region they were collected. I would say we gather a certain amount of players (number should not influence Teemo's playrat e too much) with around the same game knowledge and skill level (especially on Teemo) and let them play 500 games each with the strat. Because the strat relies on map awareness and positioning a lot, as well as semi-decent botlaners, I would say the players need to be at least like diamond 3 (not sure, never played that elo). Of course the accounts names have to something neutral like "Thor33" or "StarPlatinum_TheCup" because names that implied a strategy or a champion could have influence on player behavoir. For similar reasons, communication is to be kept to a minimum (explanations and NO flame or encouragement) and should look very similar from all subjects. To sum up: Around **10 Regional Players** in around **Dia 3** play **500 Games** using the strat with **very similar communication pattern** and **unmarked accounts**. With the stats of **Win-Rate**, **LdRR** and **Resulting Elo** we should be able to gather data that allows us to determing how potentially effective that strat is. Potentially becaus people in lower elo would obviously execute it in a lower level.

Hahahaha... I would not say that it is the supports fault that most botlaners do not unederstand the concept of skillshots and AOEs... Seeing Ezreals getting hit by Pyke Q after Pyke Q is incredible hilarious. I just stand there, Or a Caitlynn that for some reason preferes to stand in front of the minions and recieves Morgana bind after Morgana bind, while their Pyke is trying to set up from the bush. Or the Draven Player who stand under turret with 5 hp, forgetting that I am ranges as well and can hit him. It's not like I do not make the same dumb mistakes as well (besides staying in lane with 5hp), but I do them less, apperantly. So I can mostly wait for my support to win me the lane of makes me survive it and then, because that is how the champs wpork. deal damage for free in mid-game, as long as I stay aware that the enemies could engage me.
: I WON'T LEASH JUNGLE

: Yuumi
Everything yuumi can do, most supps can do better. Her Q poke is easy, but weaker than what a karma or Nami or just straight up mages can do. Her heal is also not that impressive as in laning phase and in battle everything outscales her there, not to mention that her Q will barely ever be empowered then. The stat inscrease is also not that incredible. Assassins reach the point where the bonus AD/AP is unecessary and for most marksmen with crit build have like 180 AD, so with yuumi around 220... Wow... Her ult relies so much on allies not screwing up and even then the root is not good as other champions with root like this acually have damage and it is basically a terrible nami/Leona ult. She has less heal, less damage and less cc than other supports. Her identity is being lack luster
FSRER (EUNE)
: Get Yummi out of my game!
I have played her a few games now... She is worthless in low elo. She has not the damage a support like Nami has and neither has the CC. Her slow is... good for spellthieces proc and that's it really. Sure, she is almost impossible to engage if an ally is nearby, but do not expect anyone to stay in range for your w. The w sounds good, but most marksmen do not go over high AD stats, so it is not as good as it sounds. Her heal is neat, but her ult is not. Either your are on an ally and they move in a way that no one gets cced or the enemy is mobile enough to escape. You are better off playing Lee Supp in low elo really. She definatly has potential from master on and pro-play, where communication is better.

I dont understand why people bitch about a game mode where everyone is meant to be super OP. > > edit- even without the new item he can basically do this but it takes him a millisecond longer. Because not EVERYONE is OP. Some champions are just garbage when compared to others. Like... Brand sounds good spamming his W and Q... Until you realize that the animations are still so long that all the "2-3 secs on dahs or blink" champs are close to impossible to hit and that there are not that few of them. The only CD Yasuo gets actually reduced is his W, since his E and Q did not really have a CD to begin with. Eve is... Do I even need to point it out? And Mundo has reduced healing! But at least he can thros a cleaver more often (what reduces his health). Champion select is ARURF is such a big hit or miss. Either you get something that is fun, or you wait for the game to end to queue up again to get something good. I do not play this mode anymore, because I had legit no fun at all last time.
: I love how Arurf is won in champ select.
My main issue is that there just as many champions that are as chaotic as you want them in URF, but then there are others which are just boring and bad in comparison. Like Mundo, who has crippled regen in the mode or Yasuo who is basicly the same champion. Sure he has more windwall, but everyone else has 8 times the projectiles to abuse that iny time window between them. In a mode where everything is dashing around, Brand is also not looking too good. There are more and more of these champions. The issue is, that it is not unlikely to end up in a scenario where the enemy team has all the 'fun' champions and your team mostly consists of these boring champions. This turns the game into a wait out until you loose, so you can queue up for a nother game, hoping for a better champion. And this is the one reason I do not play this mode.

: Balancing Around Pro Play Sucks For Us
Balancing the game around soloQ is like balancing football (soccer) around being played by a group of friends in 4v4. Imagine them srhinking down the field 22 players play on, because it is too large for a 4v4. That is really similar to what balancing around SoloQ is like. Because we are not playing League of Legends, but borrowing the rules and playground to play a 1-player base conquerer game, where everyone besides yourself can be viewed as a AI, since that is the amount of interactions you have in that mode.
: I've played 50 URF games now this year....precisely 46 of them with an AFK
I would assume these people just left, because it took them seconds to realise that they won't have fun with the champ they got assigned vs what the enemy got assigned. This mode has around as many champions that are aweful in this mode, as there are OP champs... Maybe even more.
: Can we stop the ARURF hate please?
I prefer every single mode over ARURF. In URF you could at least pick a champ to do some fun stuff. In ARURF you get a random champion like Mundo who is basicly nerfed down for most of the game, because healing is reduced and are expected to actually enjoy that mess. There are a lot of champions no one wants to play in URF, because they are not exciting, the same as in regular games (Like yasuo) or even weaker than in regular mode (like mundo who can't heal) I would even argue that you should be allowed to leave mid game in this specific mode, because if you get a bad champion, you will just wait out through frustration for the entire game. But I do not play this garbage, so I am just mad that is occupies the special game mode slot. It's like you are in the cafetiria and there is a chance they have a special, but then they just offer you dogshit for a while
: Making ARURF A More Fair Game Mode!
the only way to make it fair is removing it. ARURF is a waste of a mode space
: Why do people blame riot for their mistakes?
Because some people apperantly do not understand what it means to agree to terms. If I enter someones house and agree to behave and then kick their dog, they have the right to throw me out (and call the police) and I would have no right to complain. It really is a simple as that! Do not agree with the terms? Then do not play the game.

I can easily zone the enemies away from their farm or stack my spellthieves if they prefer to take the damage, and because the lane is so small in the area between the turret and the river entrance, his ult so damn powerful. And it's not like I am gonna run out of mana or anything... Because of how weird Poppy's e works, that ocding could destroy your own Nexus... But now that there are pings for everything that used to require the chat, you no longer have an excuse to keep it up for the game's sake. Because having a message that tells me "Jinx Flash 15:23" is much easier to find and read up on, than searching for the one ping, that is hiding between 100 danger, missing and assist pings and was made roughly around the time someone flahsed. Esepcially after fights, this delay can go for up to a minute. Not to mention that it easily gets irritating when mutliple players are trying to give a different message.

Zaun is immensly lacking in lore that shows us the powers that be over there (barons). The nations are made like this to make the "good"-champions stand out more, I guess: -Galio is a massive anti-mage statue created by the Demacian's in a time when the fear of magic had it's reasons. Yet, he became good friends with Lux, showing no ill will towards mages by himselfs. - Lux herself is a mage that has accepted her powers and is part of a secret magic-order inside the Demacian regime. - Garen, being aware of his beloved sister's powers, decides to overlook and forget it, so it won't stand in the was of his Demacian "Rightiousness". And on an encounter with a witch, he would have had no problem in letting her go, if she did not try to cheat some memories of him. (I do not know enough about J4, but he sees Shyvanna as an valuable asset) For Piltover, while having a sherrif with a very... meanspirited attittude there is also someone like Jayce, who is a true scientist and while arrogant, not a bad person. Zaun has Viktor, who might seem creepy, but his ideals are aimed towards a greater good. Besides Tahm Kench and Pyke, no one from Bilgewater is really "evil". Even Gangplank, while being a brutal pirate, does only use cruelty to ensure loyalty and is a quite reasonable man.
: So can there be anything positive about Demacia?
Every nations or faction of Runeterra has it's bright and dark sides. Demacia is a regime of absolutism. The kings words are the law because that is how it is. And why there used to be good reasoning behind Demacia's "Anti-magic" ruling in the times Galio was not just thought to be a legend, now it is just there because it always has been. Mages are bad, the king rules, no reason to think about it. That's just how it is. But besides that, it is also a nation that will defend their people to the bitter end. Noxious is the polar opposite. No one gets discreminated because of their background or quirks, for all that matters in Noxius is how strong you are. It is a ruthless nations of elite, build on strneght and trust in strenght. A kingdom that could destroy itself from the inside at any given time, should any of the elite clans try to take all the power. Traitors and weakling are exilded or killed without mercy and if you cannot take care of yourself, no one will. There is no other rule, than power. Pitover is the city of progress, but also the city of corruption and intrigues. For every great inventions, there is at least one scientist betrayed of their recognition or dead. A city where the rich make use of the poor and when some orphan children dissapear, no one is suprised. It's counterpart Zaun is free of morals. Every believes what they want to believe and dosen't act like a innocent nice person on the outside. It is also a city without rules and a city where a lot of people die daily. Of sickness, explosions, because of some experiment running wild, or because of a certain cyborg. Bilgewater is a ruthless city. But its people are no different. To survive there you need to be strong or cunning, at best both, but cunning might be more important. The most important thing is, to not let go of your desires and keep fighting! Learn to swim or drown.
: Teemo - The Swift Scout [Rework Concept]
I do not like his Q and never will. His blind is a useless debuff since the range is too low and the travel time too large to prevent another marksmen from hitting him 2 times during the animation and most bruiser can just wait it out. And I am persionally not a fan of the shrooms just being poisen bombs. It is just too simple. Additionally, since the Cho'Gath changes, his E needs some changes. But I really am a fan of the Passive and W change. Though I would put a cd on second part and make "When dealing damage to an enemy champion". That would make him more combat oriented, instead of getting random movementspeed buffs when placing shrooms or trapping.

The reason she build Armor Pen Items is for the CDR and utility they offer. All of the other Conq. users that get phage build Trinity Force instead of BC. Jax does it, Darius does it. Tryndamere, Yasuo and Draven obvioulsly do not Build BC or Armor Pen. Kled and Renekton build BC, but are PTA users.

If you think that's underpowered, then i don't know what else i can tell you. Which is miniscule against everything but tanks. Basically you’re saying it provides 20% armor/MR penetration, which isn’t “waow OP” especially since Conq users don’t build armor penetration.

Basically you’re saying it provides 20% armor/MR penetration, which isn’t “waow OP” especially since Conq users don’t build armor penetration. that is just wrong in turns of its math... If I have 100 AD and 25 Armor (What is 20% Damage Reduction or 80% Damage Multiplier) I would deal 80 Damage pn a basic attack. 20% Armor Pen would mean: 25*0.8 (80% since we penatrate 20% of it) = 20 20 Armor = 83% Damage multiplier or 17% Damage Reduction So I would end up dealing 83 Damage. But Conquere IGNORES 20% of your armor. So our damage looks like this: 20% of 100 = 20 -> that damage is dealt as bonus by my basic attack, not matter what, even if the enemy has {{item:3047}} {{item:3046}} {{item:3812}} The rest of the 80 AD goes through the Damage multiplied process and end up being 64. So we have 64 + 20 = 84, which is 1 damage more with very low AD stats and unrealisticly low Armor stats. And before anyone asked: Damge Multiplier = 100 / (100 + Armor)

: How is Mordekaiser allowed to exist?
First of all. Morde sits on a 54% winrate as midlaner not on Toplane. For Toplane it is still 52%, but still, get your facts straight. And the analysis of this whole thing is kinda easy... First: Renek was already at only 75% health, Morde was basicly full. 2: Both ignite, what reduces Renek's and Morde's healing but not Morde's shields (What absorbed Renek's entire W) C: Hail of Blades with Morde Q against a Squishy champions = Quick (avoidable) burst damage Δ: Minion Aggro √25: Morde had straight up better items But the whole duel was winnable. Just engage with Renek's first dash, do W, Q while stun is still applied, tank the first Q, disengage via second dash, wait for his Q to run out and loose minion aggro. Go from there.

Why would ANYONE just stand there while an enemy champion walks up to them. If she is not disguised, you see it coming. If she is disguised, you are either believe that any carry or squishy support would walk into you for some reason, or are letting a bruiser or tank walk right into you, what is also a bad idea.

: You don't need a mage bot lane to lock down an enemy. Sona, Nami, Janna, etc, have tools to lock down threats from the enemy team. You will get 100 to 0 regardless of what support you have. However, DH was nerfed which makes this harder to do. What saves yourself from being killed? An assassin could burst YOU down instead. Now what? You're a dead bodyguard.

A carry can't get killed, if everything else does first. Especially Brand and Lux can zone out champions or just burst enemies from a range from anym istakes the enemy may makes. Zed can't burst you, if he is stunned AND dies immidiatly upon coming out of his deathmark. Nami cannot kill Zed, but lock him down lon enough with a Q + Ult combo, but as mentioned, she is an exceptional strong support regardles of everything around her. But more importanly is the zoning in laningphase. Brand and Lux (for example) will always outpoke a sona and they can also easily one-shot stuff upon hitting 6. And with their AOE, zoning carries from farm is also not that diffecult. You are also stacking your spellthieves gold quite easily with that. Especially with Brand who gets 3 procs of one ability. Support items are also quite bad, at least the forbidden idol-series. They increase your weak heals and shileds by almost nothing, because their base is so weak. Sure, Sona is strong. But she is build full damage and can one-shots carries herself of that.

: The support meta is fucked up.
enchanters just suck in a lot of situations. Nami will always be top tier, but that is because she has 3 times the stuff other enchanters have. She has a heal, which is actually the weakest part of her kit. A on hit slow, she can give to anyone. An AOE knock up and an AOE stun. AND if any abilitiy, including the slow and damage on-hit buff, hits an ally, they get a movementspeed buff, which is incredible for roaming or getting back into lane and evne ganking. But other than her, enchanters kinda suck. Shields are not big enough to fight against the overkill damage the game currently offers to almost everyone and everything and tanks can also get a multi-target shield and damage absobtion for their carry. Heals are even worse, since you cannot heal what goes from 100 to 0. So, instead of supporting by saving your carry, you just lock down or murder what tried to hurt them. The most effective way is to either be a big, tough, bodyguard or carrying a bazooka to keep carries saves. Being a fairy with magic glitter is just not as effective.
: I think it is baiscally official that the Akali rework is an unfixable failure.
to be fair, though. In that regard she is similar to the old Akali.
: Imagine certainlyt reworked your favorite champ
At this point I do not even care what kind of rework {{champion:35}} gets. Just rework him already so he is not the most boring assassin in the game! Despite popular believe. One-Shotting without doing a thing is not fun. And neither is not existing because your early game went wrong.

I can see how Fiora and Jax might have problems killing Akali, but Yasuo? You can block her Q, E and (I believe) her passive with your w and your Q does not rely on seeing her. And if you somehow have problems with ehr, there are easy champions like Nasus, Pantheon, Urgot and Mundo who completly take her out of the game, because she can either not kill them or they can easily kill her. And for midlane, there are always Sain and Galio too to win against her by default.
