There is no way a Lux can be able to one shot a person with 4-5 MR items. MR is already much better than armor. You can have 400 armor but still melt in few seconds by AD champions but a single MR item is enough to shut down AP champions.

Taliyah for instance I believe has a 15% increase in damage, which makes her e completely broken. I've killed people before they even hit the ground, since the cannon counts as a dash. Same with rek'sai, kalista, elise, etc. Tier lists are trash, the problem is people don't know how to build or play properly to make a champ work in urf.
I agree. Riot balances champions based on only their win rates because they don't even play ARAM nor URF. Some champions have low win rate because most people don't know how to build or play them, not because they are weak. ARAM and URF have horrible matchmaking, thus it's impossible to see champions' win rates in different ranks. Since majority of players' ranks are below gold, they balance based on iron/bronze/silver/gold players. So buffed champions become nightmare when played by experienced players.

Champions like {{champion:34}} {{champion:268}} {{champion:63}} {{champion:69}} etc. are DPS oriented and supposed to counter tanks but they run out of mana if enemy has too much MR especially if they have {{item:3194}} . What really bugs me is a {{champion:238}} can kill a tank with full armor when a {{champion:69}} can't kill a tank with full MR when it's supposed to be other way around.

: 5 seconds is a pretty long time given that ADCs can drop 7-8 attacks in that time frame, not to mention abilities. Armor and MR use the exact same calculations, so MR is just as strong as Armor, by raw stats alone. Armor is actually stronger, since every champion in the game and all sources of damage except Gromp and fountains deal physical damage.
There are a lot more armor pen items in the game also lots of AD champions have armor pen or true damage in their kits which makes armor much more useless than MR.

{{item:3116}} {{item:3151}} {{item:3027}} {{item:3040}} are too situational and rarely built. {{item:3030}} doesn't even grant health. {{item:3102}} 's MR is useful but passive has really long cd so it's also rarely built. {{item:3152}} is built by assassins/fighters not mages. {{item:3157}} grants armor but armor is already a useless stat compared to health and MR. Only popular mage item with defensive stats is {{item:3165}} which is built for it's magic pen.

They screw around with friends most of the time. One final thing- if you want evenly matched teams, play ranked. That's a clear solution you can do right now to match with people closer to your rank. You want fair competitive matches. They don't happen in normal games for a LARGE variety of reasons. Ranked is literally the mode that you're looking for. It's not perfect, but it's a hell of a lot better than normal games.
These 2 diamonds shouldn't be in the same team and ruin the enemy team's game. They must be placed in the opposite teams for fairness and if they are premades then they must wait longer for another premades. But normal matchmaking doesn't work like that and that's reason why it is garbage.

(Strong if enemy has low MR, weak if enemy has high MR) {{item:3135}} is the only item that counters MR because it grants percent magic pen. (Strong if enemy has high MR, weak if enemy has low MR) Since there are lots of armor pen items are present, armor is much weaker compared to MR. That's why teams can go full AD but still win when full AP is a guaranteed loss because their only anti MR item is {{item:3135}} .

: If a duelist is losing to an eve early on then I just have to wonder how badly did they screwed up. Ahri isn't an assassin and I have never seen Elise do that much damage to anyone.
