You know you can install Windows 10 for free without pirating it. Install it normally and just ignore it telling you to activate it. Pretty much all AA modifiers give increased range but the game doesn't tell you. It's one of those weird things Riot keep leaving out.

I can't wait to thunderclap people to death. The only thing I'm concerned about is the fact that his ult still has it's massive base damage and AP ratio. Full AP Malphite doesn't actually have that much counterplay when his ult is up aside from flashing it the second he casts it.

A bit of both. Ryze's kit thrives in an environment where everyone is on the same level because of his ult (this is why he's consistently picked in pro play). Usually when champions are similar to each other they are put into one category. Well that's not the case with Diana. It happened to be that she is little bit of everything, but because as you have said mages don't have other items than just flat AP, everyone builds Diana as flat AP assassin, which is not what Riot considers her to be but that's how it is. Any other kind of build on her is useless, unless you are playing blind pick in bronze. Riot wont add itemization for AP bruisers because there is not so many of them, literally just Diana, meanwhile there are bunch of AD bruisers like Irelia, Camille etc.

Mordekaiser is an AP fighter (a juggernaut to be exact), so are Sylas, Gragas, Rumble and Elise.

Riven's ability to cancel and overlap her animations wasn't an intended interaction AKA a bug. They decided to embrace it rather than fix it. The same way Lee Sin's ward jumping was a bug Riot decided to embrace rather than fix.
