: Lucian nerf is really useless
Every time he casts W he will have 20 mana less. If he casts it 3 times, he paid as if he used it 4 times basically. It adds up. Look at mana pools in the early game, they're low and every point of mana spent reduces not only lane safety but also damage potential. It allowed him to last hit from range, harass because it has good base damage and he likes the speed buff he gets from it too. The first two are now basically out of question in most situations, meaning his safety is very much impacted by it. It doesn't nerf his all in because that is what the champ is made for. This nerf was aimed at making him worse when behind, giving the enemy more room to capitalize on their own advantage.

Good job sherlock, it's the same rune but with different numbers. Both Censer and Athenes only apply to flat heals. We have Soraka to thank for that.

Censer only works on FLAT healing. Regeneration does not apply. Before the change, Font used to have a 2 flat heal, making it work. It doesn't work since runes reforged.

It doesn't. Edit: Thanks for downvoting me, but sadly I have tested this several times with Bard especially. A passive AA slows them, Font gets proc'd, but the heal from Athene's does NOT. You would see the number go down as it ticks, but it only applies to flat healing and not regeneration.

The effect on her voice and the lines are awful. Maybe I could live with the lines if I tried if her voice wasn't altered with that disgusting filter. Makes listening to her impossible for me. Yes, omg. I just came to the forums to post a thread about this myself. Not only is she extremely aggressive and her lines are cringey and awful, the tin can mechanic sound (and reverb effect that is youtube poop tier level) ruin a voice over that might have been tolerable without. Any machine effect on voices make it impossible for me to play a champ, having this done to a skin I paid good money for because I loved how her voice was makes me feel disrespected.

Yet he is balanced because he is a melee dude that gets kited to hell. If he catches you, you SHOULD die. Working as intended. Mindplay him, make him waste E, then just dance around his range. You can't just list everything a champ has and ignore everything he doesn't have. He has no dash, no mobility or movement speed outside of BC/Phage/Trinity effect which requires him to kill or at least attack a minion to catch you. He is the definition of a noob stomper though, just like Garen but with a reset. Complain about Garen next.

Nobody stacks more than 2 lethality items though. If they do, they're kinda stupid. Duskblade and Youmuu's are the most common and often build together for their effects. That's a total of 36 armor Lethality, which has the potential to be around what, 40 armor penetration? You could stack that amount before all the AD item changes as well, if not higher. It wasn't very good, but it was possible. The stat itself is balanced as of now.

Yeah, let's deny there are very obvious skill differences between a bronze player and anybody above that. You go! I'm not denying the mode is hard, but I'M not delusional to insinuate that Bronze players can be as good as Diamond players. I play with and against Diamond players in most of my normals, I want the same to apply to fun modes. A diamond player will have a way stronger grasp on the mechanics and champions they are playing than a bronze player. You can have 2k games on a certain champ, doesn't make you remotely good at it and a Diamond player will still be better than you if you're stuck in Bronze

They're already reducing damage overall, though the last patch wasn't really addressing the issues. Damage has always been high in this game though. It's really fun, I love it. Enjoyed every game until Onslaught, where skill differences between players are just so much more severe. If one person doesn't carry his weight and try his hardest it will be a loss, which gets pretty frustrating. Nonetheless, spammed a ton of games and had more fun than with any other gamemode so far.

Sorry, but being strong at level ups is always something low elo players do not understand nor respect. The "lucian level 2 powerspike" meme is based on him becoming exponentially stronger with his dash and consecutive ability to hit you like 5 or 6 times in a few seconds. If you respect their level ups you can simply avoid them most of the time.

Saying "we don't balance around pro play" doesn't mean no change ever was intended to balance pro play, it means that the amount of changes that are intended to do so are a comparably small amount to the changes that balance the game as a whole.

He will have a very high amount of base HP, around 2700 at level 18 I believe. That means only full tanks will have more HP to benefit from any of the % damages.

If you stack up as 5 people so that he can hit a single Q to hit everybody, maybe you deserve to lose. He can run fast.. once. Great. He is good against divers, silence knockup or simply ulting them on somebody like an assassin is very effective. Once you realize that one or two CCs or a potent slow are enough to completely deny him his speed for the next whatever many seconds cooldown the item has he is much less of a problem. Most of the time he ends up running, getting permaslowed and kited, getting damaged until he eventually tries to flash ult somebody because he is fed up with being useless. Congratulations, he just used his only mobility summoner and you can use that fact to your advantage. For real though, most Cho players I see end up not doing much because they can get shutdown very hard and are actually weak to getting focused on the side.

"Rage quitting" isn't punished as hard to prevent cases where you REALLY had to leave leading to exactly that, a harsh punishment. Since you're the one being banned and claiming it's not fair, I am not likely to believe you. Unless you called them the n or f word there is no way you're getting banned that quickly. This may be not as much the case in high elo (and pro play is a different beast alltogether), but 95% of the playerbase are not in high elo. the direction you are going with this game really is not heathy.

Doesn't matter because a jungler will gank a level 2 lane and one shot you. Wards are not going to stop that, especially if you were forced to place an early one etc.
