I think it's a deserved chat restriction, but who am i to judge. try to work on your chat behavior,you can always use /mute all also you can avoid talking at all and just report them after the game,and you will be the one laughing at the end
: Honestly i prefer the current looking yorick, he looks more unique, and i love how he's goofy while moving xD. New yorick looks like the average character you can get out of any game... i don't know why but when i first saw his visual rework i immediately tought at gul dan from WoW. The only thing that needed to be changed was his kit and some modernization in his model since it was quite old. Last but not last they removed the "you will remember yorick mori" quote which was also part of that champ.

: Yes.....I truly think the support themselves are bots. In all of my tickets they are the same way. A lot of tickets put in are serious stuff and to the people that submit them its important to them. And the responses we get from support (aka support bots who can not think for themselves) all they do is cut and paste the same response that they send everybody. They make you feel so unimportant and not human. I literally on some tickets ive put in in the past have asked for whoever responded to my ticket to give me a original response and not a cut and paste response and yet they still send me responses that i have got in the past from other support bots on other issues. Its like it doesnt matter if your asking about champs, runes or abilities...they give you the same damn response. And thats not even the worst of it........I literally gave up all hope on the support here when one day I got a response on a ticket telling me that they could not respond to all tickets received because they dont have time because of the amount of tickets they get. This was just total bullshit to me because you are basically telling me you have time to open my ticket and tell me that you dont have time for my ticket????????????????????????????????????????? The time you took to tell me that you could of just answered my damn question.
So far my experience with the player support has been a nightmare but i'm sure there are some amazing people working hard to make everything right, i still haven't gotten any response from anyone and i'm so scared that this will go without an answer,i'm so scared that this might become forgotten

: i actually spent too much time even wondering if this needed a response but do you really think that a company who claims to not have enough staffing to keep certain game modes open (closing of Dominion). Do you really think they are going to use resources to not only save EVERY GAME EVERY PLAYER PLAYS and go over them each time "their technology improves." This is obviously a error.....even the Red who responded on this thread said it didnt sound right and he is going to look into it. The mere fact of what they are saying he did took place 3 years ago is just stupid. And another thing.....lets just say for argument sake he did use a bot.......they also claim that after the account was leveled to 30 it was sold......how the hell would they know that?

: It seems really odd that they'd do a retroactive ban 3 years back, though. Especially since they can't accurately trace that since leveling accounts in such a manner wasn't aggressively punished or even looked at until much later. Seems like Riot's using 'guilty until proven innocent' measures against anyone that gets flagged by their faulty systems...
It has been almost 6 days now since the incident and i'm still hoping that they will take that 2nd look i was promised and that i will get what i deserve. I'm praying and hoping. Thank you so much for supporting me through this.

It does look like a real person,but when you consider the fact that i got this reply once on my second follow up on the ticket then once again in the 5th follow up on the ticket it doesn't seem much human ? and when you consider i got banned 3 years after... but like you said if i did pay for my account i deserve to have it banned, but i didn't and i swear to god that i didn't. i'm still waiting for them to take a deeper look into this. : The support system is scary because in most of the posts I've read involving them, they seem to be so absolutely dismissive..
And that's why i'm desperately waiting for a real person to look deeper into this
: I feel like, at some point, even if the account was purchased (and I'm not saying it was), there should be a statute of limitations on retro-active bans. Three years is a long freaking time. If there was no evidence of any illegal activity in all that time, how trustworthy is your information from 3 years ago? Beyond that, f it, Riot. He's proven to be a loyal player and has spent plenty of time and money with you. If you want, suspend his account until he levels another one to 30 to make up for the alleged offense.
Please help spread the word while i wait for a real person to look deeper into the account,I'm sure Riot will not let an unjust ban go without a deeper look, i'm pretty sure the Game and the Company i love and admire won't let this slide. Thank you so much for your support and help though :3
: if this original post is all true, then this is VERY scary. I hate when they don't offer an explanation for such a devastating punishment except for: "we are 100% certain". this story look so fucking sad. I would email the higher ups in league of legends. contact the President of Riot Games, the Vice President. whoever that guy replying to you, his supervisor. ANYTHING. this story is just fucking ridiculous and scary.

: I can't speak from a european support perspective because they are completely different teams, but this copy paste thing seems really odd. The few times I've reached out to support I've gotten unique human replies from Rioters Also, i have looked into your account already (as much as another player can) and have noticed nothing odd. OFC i can't really see the levelling process which is why you currently are banned (wether justified or not) Was your latest update a response before WookieCookie talked to them or is that uncertain? Also, really like your positivity still in this situation (which quite obviously sucks) i hope you can remain with this game, most of the time people just bash Riot, which is easier than praising for what they have done right. I hope you do get your account back, would be a shame to lose you.
I'm not certain if it was before or after WookieCookie contacted them, but it was about 12 hrs after he commented here,i'm again and forever thankful to you for taking the time to take another look into this, i hope i will never have to say goodbye to my beloved league of legends.

: Ive read your edits. And this does seem odd, Is it possible that you had third party programs on your computer that you had also while levelling that might be used to create a botting system? Im not expert on this, so forgive me for lacking in details as i don't know them. Also, could you ask them why it took so long (3+ years) to ban your account if they are certain it was botted? Dont freak out if they say they can't give you details, as it would help those who do use botting. They also ban in waves usually because of this. So could you ask why you weren't banned in a previous ban wave if they do not give details? again, they may say they can't tell you.
As you can see from the replies i got from the support, it's a copy paste message, and nope i didn't have any sort of 3rd party program not right now nor at the time i lvled this account, i only learned about the whole bot and script thing about few month ago, and when i asked them how come it took them 3 years to ban even though they are "100%" certain, all i got was the same message again as you can see from my last edit. my account wasn't even a smurf or anything it was my legit account lvled in season 3 and got to silver 4 in the same season then gold 5 in season 4 and 5 then currently plat 5, i always have the same ranked playing pattern of playing alot of fiddlesticks through out the seasons since season 3. I'm hoping that after Riot WookieeCookie took a look at this that he will help bring the attention needed to this situation. just a quick look on my match history can tell you how much games i play daily(atleast for 6-8 hrs) I love League of Legends, and i have always loved Riot for the great new and cool stuff they always offer in their game. that is why i kept playing since season 3,even after i entered law school which required lots of study,i still kept on finding time to play the game i love so much.
