Yasuo doesn't win by killing you, rather by keeping you pushed in and away from roaming to bot lane, which lets him scale to 3+ items at which point he becomes impossible to duel and split pushes far better than you while being still as useful in TF.

: The reasoning is primarily that the execute mechanic is too integral to someone like pyke and cho, where if you miss it the character flat out doesnt work (cho loses HP he desperately needs, and pyke misses out on almost all of his kits damage and power). Darius isnt solely based around his ult, even though it is his hype moment. If he misses ult, he can still proc passive and still wreck face. I do think he should get an execute meter, but there is a good bit of difference between someone like pyke and darius.
I don't see how Cho is more ult reliant than Darius though. Ok for the Pyke's case (fuck this champ)

His healing and ult untargebility is fine by me, but it is how ridiciously easy he can escape a loosing fight. His W is the most frustrating part of Rhaast. Maybe lower the knock up effect's duration considerably to only 0,5 seconds or so. It feels soo long ingame. Maybe give it a sweet spot like Aatrox which you have to hit to get the knock up. His current W isn't exactly hard to hit either given it affects everything in it's AoE. Just aim in their direction and it lands. Not like Vel'Koz for example where you have to actually take into account them moving toward or away from you. That thing is hard to hit.

Would you be OK with a support going full roaming and being able to 1v1 you when in 'fair conditions' (like both being equally fed and 100% life or something like this) ? This is exactly how I feel about junglers. They can do everyhing they want : farming and roaming all at once, and thus have the biggest impact on the game. They are given such a huge carry potential early on, that they *should* not be able to equal another champion that sacrificed its early game to farm, instead of impacting the game. A laner that is behind should indeed lose 1v1 to junglers, but I really don't see at what point it is acceptable for a {{champion:104}} to be able to 1v1 mid and top laners at any point in the game (especially last season). but currently we still have those "balanced shits" {{champion:121}} {{champion:59}} {{champion:141}} that can do the exact same (not as early as graves could tho) >How does that even matter? why should a jungler be 2 levels below all the laner by default regardless of how well he plays? In order to be balanced, every role has to have an equal power distribution. I mean it is useless in the assassin way. If you meet a squichy you delete it, and start snowballing off this, just like any other assassin. Nerfing Rhaast isn't going to solve the fact that Rhaast is just the absolute safer pick by design of him having Hard CC (which is great for picks, peeling, and well, everything) and a safer build path. Even against full squishy comps, I've gone Rhaast because there's just so much more power in Rhaast's ability to help a team. SA Kayn is a ***really*** risky pick, one you only go if you actively have a lead to spiral off of, it deserves something more to let it compete with Rhaast when you're already not ahead. Nerfing Rhaast doesn't solve the fact that Rhaast is just a better champion than SA Kayn in more situations.
It is like the second time they've buffed Blue Kayn with the same reasonning : the other form is better, let's even it out by buffing Blue Kayn. There is plenty of things they could nerf in red Kayn's kit while keeping him different from the blue Kayn, such as its damage, its survavibility or even its CC Start nerfing him, and then Red Kayn won't be better than the blue one in almost each situation. And just about blue Kayn being a risky pick : I fail to see how picking an assassin isn't risky in the first place.
