You find her well designed? How so? To me she feels like Kat in many ways. It just doesn't click with me hoe she's supposed to do her job.
: when will they rework nidalee?
Her semi rework is not that old. I agree though that she does not feel good kit wise. Especially the luck shot spears and her squishy-yet-melee-for-burst nature.
: In this thread we list things Dark Souls 2 did that were far better than Dark Souls 3. I'll start:
Not to forget that your home base in ds 2 is far more atmospheric than firelink shrine. Biggest advantage though: ds2 introduced the desert sorceress set.

Why?! Just why must ignorance be put on display?
: What do you think of katarina?
I will never understand how Kat works. Her dependency on her ultimate, which in turn depends on her team to eat just about ever kind of CC the enemy team has, seems weird to me. Not to forget her delays and laning phase, but her team dependency (and not a good kind) will always be an issue to me.

That indeed does make sense. It didn't occur to me that streams are supposed to be live. I just thought of it like a youtube video (lol). So I assume this is why I never get to witness some of the strategies that NA players complain about from time to time. No EUW counterpart to copy it from.

: Question Riots Censorship
Where exactly are the "Riot" moderators in the wrong here? The only thing in this post that has some essence to it is that some rules have indeed more leeway for interpretation than others (veiled and obscure, lol). That is however a valid approach for a volunteer group of moderators so that they can intervene in sometimes subtle or new ways to exhibit unwanted behaviour without stumbling over complex explanations every time a new issues creeps up.

Do people lock themselves into regions when looking at streamers? I just assumed that streamers in NA or EUW are interchangeable as long as they speak english. I applaud your level of expertise. Well done. .+ a nice bonus to see Qiyana in quirky situations. It adds a layer if likeableness to her.
: What is the absolutely best support of the game?
{{champion:78}} Quite a safe supp to be honest. You will not excel with a lot of assists but she can easily prevent of cancerous champs to snowball out of control. Your carries will love you and the protection you offer. A bad adc that only relies on his supp to get kills in lane will hate you however because it's not easy to use Poppy's strengths in a ranged duo lane that doesn't make much positional mistakes.

It's no news that gaming journalists (they don't deserve that title) try anything to limit the power of gamers. They are depended on developers and want to see them feed us shit and like it. If we complain, we are entitled. If a product fails, it's because of toxic gamers. Gaming journalism is dead. The gap between them and gamers is so fucking big that not even all the corpses journalists have in their cellars can fill it. Yet they are desperately trying to justify the existence of their profession (thank god user reviews exist. If you are able to filter the trash and bombing, user reviews are a much better reflection of what you can expect) Just read the article, the conclusions and connections made there are so completely asinine and non-factual while ignoring some blatant issues that just doesn't fit the journalist's narrative. Terrible, terrible article.

: LGBT Representation Characters
Hmm from my point of view almost none of the characters are well written if you look at their ingame representation. They often consist of a few main traits which are implemented in a hyperbolic way because that's what makes them distinguished in an environment that doesn't allow much character development. If you want a more nuanced representation, you have to look at a different platform (the lore). That being said, sexuality matters. Not "huh I'm gay/straight therefore I'm interesting', but it's what kinds of people a character likes and how he handles that attraction that speak to the mind and stimulate you to weave a fantasy around the character. So it's a legitimate trait a developer could want to emphasize with all the results that might seem out of place at times. A lot of people read too much into it because there is a lot of socio political bullshit going on outside the actual game. The discussions about sexuality and co are filled with hatred, hidden agendas, distrust, ill-will and most of all unreasonable people. That's something coming from all sides. It doesn't help that most people only hear about extremes where a side tries to get its will through sheer force, rather than understanding and compromise. Edit: Looking at the responses, they are a good example of my points. People are so highly opinionated about these matters, locking themselves into a perspective which they inflate with magnifying glasses rather than trying to form a more wholesome picture. I don't think there is much to be gained in having a discussion about this on the boards.

: why isn't qiyana more popular?
I dunno. I like her. Lore doesn't matter to me and 90% of the roster has an ingame personality with the depth of a puddle so she isn't much worse in that regard. I enjoy how versatile she is and how much options you have with her kit. She looks good as well. My only problem is that I am not even decent with combo heavy champs and I can't find the will to put my limited time into mastering her (and going through hell in the process).
: Now I am not that great at the game so take my gripes how you will as I am bronze, but I also haven't played in a few weeks due to them. I really enjoy the strategies involved and team aspect of the game, giving me some of the best memories I have had in gaming in quite a while. However, my biggest complaints have to do with the teams you get matched up with, and I don't blame losses on my team. I could play a lot better in all of my games that I have played, however after one mistake, or one death to a gank, and instead of any kind of constructive criticism it always seems to be a "wtf is wrong with you?" "kys" or "ff 15 better top wins". I play mostly with mute all on, but I wish I didn't have to and could actually have good plan communication with the team. I also would very much enjoy other players accounts on what I can improve on to get better myself. The lack of game modes, I haven't tried TFT so I cant speak on that, but it seems like ARAM and TWT have been kind of forgotten about, but do have quite a bit of potential to be great. Although ARAM can sometimes seem to be pretty RNG for wither or not you will get a champion that is good in that game mode. Skins. I love to buy new looks for any champion I buy as the defaults are not usually their best looks. I might be part of the problem but I enjoy them. However I wish they made more skins for the champions not everybody likes as much. And the difficulty to get legacy skins (Butcher {{champion:6}} ) is a skin I want and bought the egg things for to try to get, but have no luck on it. I would like a way to get them. The addiction factor, I played way too much for a while there, and really was hooked. Had to take a break because it the toxicity was bringing me down. For sure going to keep playing but gotta limit myself to max 3-4 hours a day, rather than the 10+ I was doing for a bit there. Bronze in general. I know I am not very good and deserve to be in bronze, but I dont feel like I improve at all playing ranked there. I can do decently in normals, but in ranked it always seems the team fights each other instead of playing the game. Want to get better and climb out of there to see if it improves further up the ladder but from what I hear that might not be a thing. Oh, and {{champion:157}} , {{champion:238}} Just hate that I can shut them down, zoning them from cs, not die to them, and yet somehow they always climb their way back into the game to carry no matter how far behind they are. Yas is easier for me to deal with than Zed for some reason, but neither of them are fun to play against in my opinion. Not even fun to have on my team either. That was long, sorry for that. Probably stuff that not everybody cares about, but it is what keeps me from getting too invested in the game. It is what made me decide to take a break for a while, and its been almost a month since I have played. : I noticed that your account is on the EUW servers. According to studies (and please correct me if I'm wrong) there seems to be a stigma in that area against males looking for counseling OR there's a lack of trained counselors in the area. The fact that you're prone to fits of rage could be related to puberty and hormonal imbalance. It could also be a sign of anger management issues. There's also the issue of EUW and the US having different cultures. Riot Games is a US based company and so the TOS and mindset for this game is primarily designed with US culture in mind I think (once again someone correct me if I'm wrong. I don't want to give false information). With that in mind it's possible that the "grow balls and fight back" mentality is just a part of your culture. If you want to change your behavior then the best advice that I can give you is... Try to understand this. Regardless of what lane you're in - your opponent is the person that gets assigned to the same lane as you. Your job is to perform better than your opponent. How you choose to do that is up to you. The same goes for Jungler. Now the question is - what does "perform better" mean? To put it in simplest terms you need to be earning more gold and XP than your opponent. How your team chooses to manage those two currencies is the only difference between winning and losing. ------------------------------------ Let's put this into a scenario. You did not specify your lane. So I'm going to assume that you're a mid laner. In mid lane your opponent is behind. You've traded really well and now your opponent has less HP than you. They're forced to sit at the back of the minion wave and can't farm gold. This player is duoing with jungle. They ask their jungle friend to come assist them. Because they're duoing the jungle friend feels an obligation to assist the mid lane player. Jungle takes his blue buff and comes mid. What should you do? -------------------------------------- - At this point you should retreat. - ping for assistance if you THINK you can take the two champions together. - wait for confirmation that assistance is coming - wait for the jungle to initiate the engagement - follow up from a safe distance - back for items if you have the gold - return to lane - play from your side of the lane because jungler might be camping your lane - place a control ward nearby your lane that wont get destroyed to defend against the enemy junglers pathing if your jungle decides that it's better for him to clear the jungle then try to understand that that is a valid tactic. If the jungler hasn't bought enough items or has already used his blue buff/red buff and doesn't have it going into the fight then it might be better for that jungle to continue to focus earning XP and gold in their side of the jungle. If your team knows where the enemy jungler is then your jungler knows which camps to take. Beyond that there are some champions like shyvanna and ivern that have to focus the jungle and they do it extremely well. In these instances it's very likely that the enemy jungler is losing his camps and is being forced into a lane. It's your job as the laner to continue to entice that jungler to come to your lane. If you can do that without dying then he will fall behind and be unable to contest epic monsters. By reading into your complaint I have envisioned a scenario where you're playing as... {{champion:136}} and you're against a {{champion:45}} +{{champion:19}} i imagine that your jungler is someone like... {{champion:77}} at the beginning of the game even if your jungler chooses to ignore the 2v1 scenario that was created on the enemies team it's still your job as the mid laner to not die. If you're scared of getting dived then buy zhonyas, gargoyle stoneplate, warmogs, rylias, rod of ages, banshees veil, archangel staff, proto belt or glp-800, locket of the iron solari, zz rot, randuins omen, redemption, reverie, steraks gage, sunfire cape, thornmail etc. if you're fearful that you wont be able to run away then just buy something that will help you not die. builds need to be flexible. One thing about Sol is that he's immobile. He doesn't have a dash, a flash, a blink, etc. So you need to build with that in mind. If an enemy can get on top of you then you're dead. And it's not the jungler's job to keep you alive.

According to studies (and please correct me if I'm wrong) there seems to be a stigma in that area against males looking for counseling OR there's a lack of trained counselors in the area. Maybe a bit off topic, but I've studied and worked in the field if criminology and depending on what science you call home there is a stigma against psychology and counseling people (not just males) There is a lame joke we like to tell: "A psychologist can change a light bulb, but only if that light bulb wants to be changed." Not to say that that psychology often gets laughed at as a wannabe science. There is also no unity that says that pure counseling actually works if a person couldn't have changed through their own will anyways. Personally I believe much of that stems from the fact that counseling people is not a standalone thing to do, but rather a cog that needs to work together with other cogs in the great machine of change. (Forgive me the theatrical description)

If I interpret your post correctly, you tend to see (or think to see) a lot of mistakes being made by others and it annoys you. When somebody flames you for every little thing, try to imagine that they think just like you and how ridiculous it all is in the end. Maybe you can even laugh about it after a while.
: hi guys, help me to reform
Hmm, sounds like it might help you to get a change of focus. The goal is not to win. The goal is to play to the best of your abilities and improve. You get ganked a million times and your jungler/team doesn't do anything to take advantage of that? Well, your chances to win just plummeted, but that's fine. You 're not focussed on winning, you're focussed on personally doing the best with every situation. It's important that you can say that you tried to do everything right given the circumstances, even if that means not having much fun. A lot of frustration comes from people trying to control everything. Your team sucks, they react toxic to every advice you give; it's hard not to feel a sense of helplessness. That's a feeling we all hate and try to avoid (sometimes through flaming or rationalizing it away). You can alleviate that by shifting your focus away from winning (which is not entirely in your control) and towards what you can control: your gameplay. Not that it's easy, but maybe this approach can help you in at least a little way.

: Why can girls wear male clothes without problems
I guess we all like to feel comfortable while also being attractive to our preferred sex. A girl wearing male/unisex clothes can be/ is hot in the eyes of males in a lot of western cultures. I doubt that women will give a guy in a feminine dress the time of day.
: I give up on trying to make funny memes.
Hmm, maybe you're just not funny and people thus don't see it as humorous? (No offense intended)
: NIGHTBLUE GOT A 2 WEEK "VACATION", ARE YOU HAPPY NOW? :D

I generally shit only on reworks. That's possible. I don't think though that shitposting about only one particular thing excludes you from heightened scrutiny. I'm just speculating though. Did you go to their Discord to get some extra info before making a public post?

The occasional shitposter will less likely get a comment removed than aconsistent shitposter. Probably. You actually have to be a shitposter for your theory to work.

I suppose mods take your posting history into account. The occasional shitposter will less likely get a comment removed than aconsistent shitposter. Probably.
