: Ok, turns out Renekton was just a casualty of too much to do in one patch. Won't have changes in 9.2, will be back on the list for 9.3 though, assuming nothing major changes in the meantime.
Will you consider helping him late game, or in teamfight rather than on lane ? His damages, sustain, tankyness, cc reach are already quite enormous, making him impossible to fight for quite a few champions.

: This right here is my favorite part of the changes. While you can still die to a gank, your team is now 'rewarded' for every gank you survive. Survive 2 in a row, and your jungler can invade and tear the enemy to pieces. That way, the third gank won't come.
You think < diamonds jungler are that aware ? Never seen my jungler penalizing me being early ganked by an invade, usually they're just farming they jungle. Also with reduced respawn time they more likely to have their own jungle up, and having his jungle stolen is less punishing. Also you're definitely not rewarded, because you lost life, a flash or a tp. And ganking take like 15 seconds to the jungler

Yep, happens quite often. Since early camps give less xps, ganking is comparatively better.

: You permashove early with Q spam. Can look to trade with Q+auto+aery or will destroy with isolated Q after shoving if they let you walk up. I generally do 3 points in Q for early waveclear then swap to maxing W. Once you have Lost Chapter you're all about spamming W for poke, and you spike once you finish Ludens as DRing or Dseal + Ludens is enough to evolve W. You have to be very careful around levels 6-9 and only poke or followup on your Jungler though, as you will generally lose trades/all-ins unless you poke them a little first. Once you have W evolves you are basically a poke assassin, if you stay relevant in farm your W will do about 50% of squishies HP. So either landing 2 consecutively (the CD is quite low once evolved if you land it and with CDR), or landing it on an isolated target and going in for the Q+ 2 autos for passive proc is almost always a kill. Biggest thing to understand when playing the build is that your W burst when also proccing your passive execute is insane, and will pretty much always kill non-tanks from 60% or lower. Saving your W to followup on CC and pop a target or to surprise kill someone who let you auto them twice gets you a lot of kills from your enemies not expecting the burst.
2AA + W just got a .6 ratio nerf :(

A few months ago, meddler said pantheon would receive some buffs soon, but we didn't get any news. Personally, I find him weaker and weaker, given how he gets rekt by every other bruiser toplane between levels 6 and 11, even if he is completely fed. His early pressure his still strong, but with changes to minions agro less than before. Also it is quite simple for the adversary to play passively, get a bit outfarmed but rapidly become stronger than pantheon. Then he has good roaming power, but only if he's winning lane, but then he let's the enemy come back. What are your thought on him ? I personally would really like a better scaling, and making him a bit less straightforward to play, with the more mechanics needed.

Personally I loved when she was a bit more bursty, closer to her release. Played her with protobelt and that was I think funnyer, flashier and moe involving than the current waveclear/dps pattern. Comboing E+W doesn't feel rewarding enough imho.

You both miss the point. It's not about did I play that perfectly, should I have had enough damages to kill him with my mana build or anything, It's about should an assassin still have enough damages to kill his target when he misses half his combo. No, he shouldn't (at this point in the game). If I miss Q and R with Ekko I won't kill anyone, I won't remove half the health of a squishy adc. If I miss W and R with LeBlanc at this stage I clearly won't kill anyone. If you dodge his Q and trick his ult, Zed won't kill you. But Fizz can. And he has the most insane threat zone, none of the above maintains you outside minions xp range.

Also we totally see always twitch and kindred jungle because marksmen are so op that you want to play them as often as possible. And we definitely don't see 5 tanks per games in pro games. No, clearly not.
: On paper its justifiable because mages can apply damage in AoE, burst harder, and have a higher functional range via moving around while throwing skillshots. Unfortunately, none of that particularly matters these days because of mobility creep, shields galore, and adc burst per second. A mage who can blow up an adc in a single combo still has to be scared of them because the adc can just crit them twice during the mage's spell animations. Watch streamers play syndra; every time they get killed 1v1 by an adc or run away from the 1v1 despite having ult up, take a drink.

Haha sure but we're talking about mean not variance. Also I didn't speak about champions ability nor mastery, only items like you. And you can't be relevant if you suppose that ADC deals true damages, especially since armor is usually way higher on every champion than magic resist, and that multiple item's passives greatly reduce aa damages. Also that's only a very specific way to analyse marksmen strength, there is much more in the game than that.
: * AS-focused ADCs like Varus, Vayne, Trist, etc. are near-guaranteed to hit 2.00 AS by the 30m mark unless they're really behind. I'll use Varus for this, since I have the best experience with him; we'll ignore his Blight on-hit and pretend he forgot how to use abilities, and say he's level 18. * Say 80% crit from {{item:3031}} {{item:3087}} {{item:3046}}. Toss in {{item:3072}} as his lifesteal item. * AD will be 150 from items, 104 from base, for a total of 254 AD. * So 80% of his attacks will crit for 635 damage (we'll ignore armor too for now). That's an average of 558.8 damage per shot. Multiply by 2 for the 2.00 AS, that's 1117.6 damage per second. That's ignoring damage from abilities, runes, and passives, but also ignoring damage resistance from armor. Obviously the situation's going to change based on who's getting shot, but as it looks, the number's not THAT far from the mark.
Also divide by three since you're hitting a tank with 200 armor. Even against most other targets you can divide by two, and I don't even count Tabis, randuin, frozen hearth, thornmail... Against a tank it's probably closer to divide by 4 or 4.5 most of the time

I remember it was said that Azir would be left in a state to weak for solo because it was too hard and time would be better spent elsewhere, but what about Ryze, Taliyah, Galio, Zoe..? Will they stay too hard to play and sub-efficient for normal players or do you plan to find way to help normal players play them without buffing them for pro ? Would be really nice, they are cool champs !

Yeah that would .be really cool, even just one second or one second and half! Also she's quite dependent on manaflow band, so if it gets nerfed, and since she's not in an ideal spot, it could be cool to give her some meaningfully buffs!

Still seems quite weak, the buffs where small. She even lost base damages on Q. The slight range increase ad W ratio buff clearly aren't enough imho so that she's worth picking compared to most midlaners.
: With champions like Thresh, Urgot, Kayle, assassins and Yi existing it's pretty obvious that bruisers/tanks and melee are correlated but aren't directly linked. I hope one day melee/ranged restrictions for non-auto based items like Steraks will be removed entirely Sadly marksmen (and not mages or enchanters) specifically abuse bruiser items often so it's a necessary evil. Maybe when marksmen finally get nerfed they won't want to build steraks anyway outside of off meta or with large enough sacrifices to stats due to synergy with marksmen specific items
Because mages totally aren't abusing abysmal mask right now.
