That's a Vanguard. Probably the same category Sion fits into. They can go either offensive, or tanky but are actually tanky unlike {{champion:122}}.

Honestly, when you say Asians, you only refer to China. Koreans don't want a one shot meta, the Japanese don't care, we Indians don't have a fucking server. Riot would much prefer lubing their holes and bowing down in front of their chinese overlords.

: Heavy champions don't feel it.
What the fuck do you even build on them anyway? I tried playing {{champion:3}} the other day, and after the initial {{item:3152}} I want back to look for additional options but found nothing with enough synergy to be arsed to throw into his build. I did finally build an {{item:3001}} and {{item:3151}} on him, but he clearly doesn't have a lot of tanky AP items which fit his role well while still providing enough CDR to be able to keep up with melee AD juggernaut/diver/assassins. Same with Sylas where people actually build fucking {{item:3285}} on him, an item which provides no HP and is meant to work best on burst mages. The last thing you want is to build armour and go full tank and then be a sitting duck in this meta where you still don't get to disrupt teamfights due to how shitty frontlining is.

: ** ADCs right click simulator** Atleast in low elo, they don't even right click. They just auto attack and spend half of the time in harassing support. **I tried playing on the SEA server as well as EuW, and had to stop before a potential ban because playing top/mid feels punishing** Playing Supp is far worse than those two roles and playing on SEA is the worst. Gold 3 on Garena Singapore is actually Silver 3 on EUW and what's worse is that there is no punishments; you can flame full game and you will not be banned. Playing duo is the only way to minimize the tilt and I highly recommend you to uninstall SEA because other than ping, everything is just too bad: queue times are long, no moderation, skins are costly and updates take too long. I won't be surprised if they've started to mine bitcoins using players' pc.
I literally only had an account get a chat restrict on Garena after I typed 'kys' out of curiosity. I wanted to check whether their keyword detection system even worked lmao. That place is a fucking shit show.
: yes finally someone put it into words. thank you sir. playing supp imo is more tolerable than top/mid currently, but that's only because even half of the bad junglers will have a greedy eye for drake, which i can make use of from support. playing top, 80% of the time you're actually just solo even if your jungler is a screen shake away from you. playing mid just leaves you at the mercy of mid/jgl premades and your own questionable jungler. and then 1 of every 5 games you get the real jungler, so you think to yourself "heck i'll play another, junglers seem to be in form right now" only for the truth to come forth next match. having said this lol, i still think top is less popular than jungle, literally never autofilled. but then again it is smurfing season right now so smurfs are probably in the jungle at all elo's, wicked jgl diff since end of season rewards were announced.

I started playing jungle and went from Bronze I to silver I in three days on my SEA account. Jungle is actually easy af if you play an early game duelist such as Warwick, Udyr, or Xin Zhao with whom you can tke objectives fast. The moment you don't play jungle some afk farming moron gets it who wastes the role away. It isn't even a difficult role and neither is ADC and I do not see why people fail to understand what these roles do. As a top laner on the other hand if you don't learn the game (especially concepts such as Cs'ing under turret, wave management, vision, and every fucking matchups well) you're going to get your ass kicked. Top laners seem to translate very well into playing jungle because of how toplane practically forces you to learn the game. In that lane it's either do or die. Nothing else.
: ADC isn't exactly a desirable role anymore. Extremely team reliant and just about every other class has the means to walk up and nuke you because your teammate is going "YOLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" 2v3 just because they wrecked their laner and are too busy chasing one 10% health enemy to help their teammate. So you get throttled by their support and underfed enemy while their ADC is a pizza on a fishing line and just reeling in your kill-greedy ally.

With the way Riot handles the game the only desirable role right now is mid. Top is a shit show. Mid is a shit show. ADC is a show show. Support doesn't get played. There isn't a single role other than mid which is in a healthy state right now.

: i remember old times when i started playing league . season 6 i think . if u were jungle u had to choose to farm and get powerful urself or choose to gank and make ur teammates powerful but put ur self behind from enemy jungler who is focused on farming. u couldnt have both. but now u can camp one lane dont farm at all . making enemy top laner completly useless and make him hate his life and still be ahead from farmer enemy jungler both in exp and in gold. and this is just one of the things that fucked the game
You literally can't powerfarm as a jungler these days. I tried playing jungle Jax, and its been a terrible experience. After I'd bought a Tiamat and cleared most of my camps, I'd hardly see them respawn fast enough in order for me to path back. Glad to see they're changing this in the pre season.
: What I don't think anyone realizes is that Hashinshin has been saying all of these exact things ALL SEASON, not in response to a single shitty worlds match.
I agree with a few things Hashinshin says and he's usually right about top lane. The way jungle and top lane interact is absolute bullcrap. Top lane can't roam, has no important reoccurring objective to capitalize on, and is a very easy victim to jungle pressure. Even in the highest level of play top lane does jackshit when the jungler makes sure to ruin the day.

: It matters, but a lot of the hypercarries are located up top. That's why in solo queue so many junglers this season outright sacrifice botlane to try to get something broken ahead. When it doesn't work while their botlane has been enduring gank after gank, then they start talking about how the better bot lane wins. {{sticker:sg-lulu}}
The only hypercarry you have top are {{champion:24}}, {{champion:23}}, and {{champion:10}}. Literally everything else from Yasuo to your typical ADC sit bot these days and most of them are hypercarries. Bot is still way more influentian than top for courtesy of having two champions sitting there.
: Being the better bot lane has barely mattered this entire season
Yeah, you should try playing top lane for a change and then tell me whether you appreciate how being the bot lane actually gets shit done.

: So, is the solution to this problem to clearly keep champions SoloQ or pro play viable? The thing with OP's thread then is that the complain is that Lee Sin is clearly OP because G2 lost 3 games consecutively by letting him get picked by FPX. So is he the same problematic champion in soloQ or is the OP only complaining about the "boring" 3 games he watched during Worlds? If Riot's guilty of "forcing" flashy champions into the meta, why is also the Boards so adamant and complaining to Riot when Sejuani was viable? So they wanted to remove a champion from the meta, because they're tired seeing her in every game. But i guess that is only OK when the Boards demand it, not when Riot decides to put a champion in. I'd really like to know where this golden middle of balance is, how much champions are allowed to assist or farm and yet, not stomp on someone's toes too hard and be actually "boards' balance approved". Because my belief is that no such middle exists. You can't have champions who are in the exact middle because they end up being jack of all trades and masters of none. Champions who have a little bit of everything in their kit in order to have an option to respond to different situations and end up being problems for balance because they have too much stuff.
No, the solution is to fucking provide voice chat so the jungler can actually tell you he's going for the dragon so you can hold the opponent jungler hostage top side by playing passive-aggressive. This isn't a team based game without voice chat, no matter how much you guys may hate the idea.

Turret plating leading to uncontrollable snowballs, and sky high damage which makes this into a game of seek and destroy. I like how when turret plating was being introduced and I pointed out exactly ended up happening. More gold = more snowballs. How did the community respond? Apparently it was enough evidence that I should kill myself. Ohhh how the tables have turned.
Turret plating was the single shittiest addition to League over the last two years. There's literally nothing healthy about it and was a crap change thrown out for the sake of innovation.
: I believe the issue with skill dropping vs FPX is that teams try to copy FPX rather than play how they want to. G2 went out of their way to match doinb roaming with crisp and it forced them into situations theh dont know how to play. They get pressured into trying to match the chinese and forget their own goals.
Disagree. G2 has played in a very specific yet innovative way, and had been doing so in their matches even before they went up against FPX. Their first game being an actual "G2 style" gameplay. Other teams such as IG and SKT have had their playstyles bring to them immense success in the past and none of them seem to be heavily inspired by FPX. In the matches between FPX s IG/G2, the latter teams didn't even try to match match FPX's roams or jungle pressure. In fact game 2 and game 3 of G2 vs FPX were throws. If anything they should have just surrendered with the way they were playing.

But how can someone like NB3 or IWD do bronze to challenger and not be banned by the time they hit gold? It's a public stream Riot can see.
Streamers get free accounts off the League partner program. Or so I hear. They legally get free smurf accounts from Riot. All they need to do is reach out to player support.
: An overloaded champ is something like mordekaiser not gangplank
Morde's kit is nowhere overloaded. In fact Morde is one of the few champions who has only a few options to play around with. Overtuned, yes. Overloaded, absolutely not. You don't see Morde have two dashes, stealth, an AOE knockup, and heal all in one kit. You don't even know what the definition of "overloaded" is.

There are far more broken champs than Jax in the game right now. Even with SoS ranged carries easily shut Jax down in lane and most ADCs outscale his damage just fine.

I won't have to, because junglers don't visit laners. They jack off to the chickens while the opponent jungler ganks top lane and mid.

: Supports should move up and help top laners while adcs cry and slap the occasional minion.
At the end of the day, the supports are the only ones I bother looking out for. I'd have a field day feeding off split pushing ADCs in 90% of my games should supports decide to stop babysitting these entitled secondary caster minions.
: And when you do this, don’t cry when I come into your lane and steal 3 waves because you wanted to be a whiny bitch.
You won't, coz you're probably too busy jacking off in the jungle while the opponent jungler actually does his job.

Renekton can work in my role, thanks!
: Yasuo, Jinx, Akali, and popular champs get like 3 skins a year each
The funny part here is that Akali only really got popular after they released her KDA skin. Prior to that, I'd never see people lining up to buy her skins. It's literally the KDA line which threw her out there and Riot's now milking the cow that's Akali with every new skin lineup. Had they used a different character there and done the rebellious persona right, we'd probably have seen another champion selling popular skins.
