Would this mean the possible comeback of Malady and Soul Shroud? Soul Shroud was a good support item that passively buffed the team instead of being another active. Malady was a cool item for on-hit, Teemo enjoyed that before it got merged into wits end.

We'd have removed the item if the name wasn't a refer a friend promise, possible we instead move the name somewhere else to both better deliver on that and let us take out an unsuccessful item design.

: Teemo changes temporarily on PBE for early feedback
As someone whos been passionate about Teemo since season 3, please consider the following. I really like the stealth changes - it looks exciting and it'll be objectively a healthier spell. Right now i think the camouflage is quite good as you can easily burst a squishy and get out. I think this new version will be more accesible and all-round useful. Thats the best change yet. The unfortunate thing that will be going away with this stealth change is that there will be no more camouflage outplays. Stealthing in the middle of the lane and waiting for that squishy to show up, or stealthing in the side of the lane and waiting for the laner to walk into your mushroom isnt gonna be a thing anymore. I could totally see why that needs to go though as it can feel unfair to play against. The thing i massively dislike is the ap ratio and shroom changes. Currently and historically teemo has been awful at building AP. He rather builds magic pen because he just doesnt scale that well with AP. Liandrys + Sorc, Oblivion orb and void staff will give more damage then deathcap could. With the AP Ratio nerfs you are moving teemo from an assasin poison mage playstyle to a generic on-hit champion. Not only that but moving teemo away from his mushroom playstyle goes against what teemo inherently is. There is a dedicated playerbase who play teemo for his mushrooms, thats his identity. I dont think its fair to move teemo away from that. Mushrooms is what makes teemo unique, and is what makes teemo - well, teemo. Please please keep this in mind, his mushrooms are teemo. brainstorming here: What about making teemo's mushrooms leave behind a cloud of poison (when walked over) that slows and damages those who stand in it ? It would solve the instant damage issue but still make teemo able to zone enemies, follow up on good shroom placement and contribute in teamfights. It would preserve teemo's identity, but move away from what you guys find problematic.

Does ''compelling gameplay'' really matter if its fun? Old clothesline gameplay was more fun, and if its more fun more people would enjoy and play it. As long as it doesnt create a toxic game for the enemies why does it matter? I think some champions could be more fun if the players came up with uses for the ability instead of being ''solved'' by riot beforehand.

The one we had was old, yes, it got stuck sometimes when we tried to open and close it, it was rather plain with nothing going on about it, but it worked. What is Dynamic? It's like you thought that the window was too plain, too boring, and otherwise too unappealing when you have an idea for something better suited for the room it's in as you renovate the inside (much to a lot of our dismay.) Instead of going out and picking something that works well, you decide "hey, we're gonna make our own!" You begin smashing different colored glass to make a stain-glass window for this "improved" room. You realize quickly, that you're not prepared for this type of job, and in a flash, you have the idea to use glue and tape to hold the shattered pieces together. The result is an abomination. It keeps the draft out for the most part, sure, but it looks like a fucking monstrosity, and you're confused as to why people don't like it. The next solution to try and fix this is to take out some of the smaller, flimsier pieces, and replace them with larger ones. It's improved the quality, it makes it better to look at, but _better_ does not equal _pleasant._ After all the work you've put into trying to make this look nice, wouldn't it be an easier task and a more efficient strategy to just put the old window back in?

Im going to play devil's advocate here and say: Thats not what riot said. Riot has said before that SoloQ wouldnt be able to just be put in the client while dynamic Q exists because they need the server/backend capacity for it. Remember new champ select on launch? It just broke. I may or may not agree with their decisions, but these are facts. P.S: Can riot please fix my icon not updating?? Its been incorrect since i namechanged, and its not fixing itself since months now :(

AP Toplaners: What are your guys state on them currently? To me, i dont see a lot of them anymore. Specifically teemo. He has been (nerfed at first) then buffed a couple of times but never really saw the light of day since the mushroom nerf. What are your guys opinion on him and ap tops? Besides that -- what do you think about assasins building tank items? Akali is the perfect example of this recently. It also has happened with katarina before. Do you thinkt their bases might be too high, and scalings too low? About supports: What supports do you guys find underrated, and whats the stance on janna right now? And lastly, do you guys think junglers are overpowered currently? 1. How is Jhin supposed to be played? As a bursty adc, or a sustained damage dealer? Perhaps a nuker? 2. What was the decision behind making the lotus traps feel so lackluster? I'd imagine its to make other parts of his kit more powerful, _however it fels just frustrating to play. its literally IMPOSSIBLE to get the traps to damage anyone against competent opponents, however thats my opinion._ The question still stands though 3. Early kits of jhin? 4. Do you think jhin wil be a problematic champion balance wise? Do too much damage, he will just oneshot & reload. Do too little, he will just die & be useless. : Cassiopeia Twin Fang expectations
Hey I used to main cassiopeia post-rework and played her some pre-rework. I had a guide on lolking that had 400k views, was featured and was placed on lolking frontpage. Ever since i have put it on private because of time limits; however i would like to share my (outdated?) opinion I main teemo right now and play the occasional akali and fiora. So ill try to be as unbiased as possible. Also, this covers cassiopeia's whole kit, not exclusively miasma since i needed some time to think about cass, but wouldnt get read in the other thread. Noxious blast is an alright ability however annoying to use at times. Its more of that sometimes it feels like it hits, but in reality it didnt.. its really misleading. I notice this on fat champions mainly like nautilus. Also, the damage feels quite low. 235 base damage and 45% ap? Twin fang increases this by 40% if hit twice however that really wont matter much when twin fang is burning your enemies down anyway. Miasma is a very potent ability, however really hard to notice. I would like this ability to be more appearant in its potentional. Perhaps increase the damage but lower the slow? I really like the part where you throw down a clever miasma and watch the enemies burn away. Twin fang - weird ability overall. It just feels like it was super lazily made and band-aided too much. The mana refund is what i mean with band-aided. Its just random and weird, and also very annoying to play around. It has the ability to do high damage, however you run out of mana soooo insanely fast. its really not fun to use this ability earlygame at all, and makes playing cassiopeia really frustrating. Lategame, the damage is bonkers. You just poison someone and spam E. Congrats, you killed someone. Its just annoying to use, and very one dimensional it feels. Theres just not much complexity involved beside poison the guy and spam e. It doesnt feel thematic to cassiopeia at all either. Petrifying gaze is a cool ability but once again, frustrating to use at times.. champions like talon can just sit literally inside of you and avoid the ultimate. Its a good and satisfying ability overall though.

Thanks! Yeah, numbers could always be tuned. I increased the ap ratio from 80% to 100% because it is now a skillshot, however it might still be too powerful.

I really dont expect an response since riot always dodges my teemo questions; even when directly confronted with it, but whatever. Nothing to lose. Thoughts on teemo's current state? why is teemo losing his ''half stealth in bush'' passive for something that is far inferior (timer ticks while moving in bush). You used that passive to go into a bush and stealth ASAP to escape enemies. Not to keep walking. I think thats a pretty big nerf. and lastly; thoughts on increasing teemo's ap ratios? Right now teemo's ap ratios are so abysmally awful that building ap is never worth it on him. Its penetration or nothing. Liandries+Void are the most damage for teemo right now. He's a much more mobile fighter than the juggernauts we've been working on, with some assassin lke qualities, so he wasn't a character we considered for this bundle of work. Essence Reaver we'll almost certainly change come preseason, still figuring out how however.
