: i think most of these changes should indirectly make resolve stronger. there was a time where everyone would take an offensive mastery tree and defensive mastery tree to balance out damage, now everyone is taking double offensive trees. maybe resolve as a secondary tree in mid and bot lane becomes a thing if they further buff the resolve tree slightly.

I've been 5/0 out of lane but jungle and top fed and they're the only frontlines I have; I can't carry or do anything because my midgame trough on Tristana is worse than ever. How fed was the Twitch? How behind was the midlaner? How behind was *your* botlane? Why did you *stay* when you were low and knew there was a Twitch? Honestly this one in particular is baffling because you got killed by a twitch and gave him two huge boons of gold because you overstayed; the same thing would have happened with any stealth champion. They all snowball hard and the best counter to feeding them is deep warding(which you and your jungler apparently didn't do) and not to stick around when you're low and have no idea where they are. So yeah, that would have been the only way *I* as an ADC would have been able to carry that game; is if the two most fed people gifted me a double kill and their combined bounty of 1475g. Honestly, that just sounds like the new bounty system is working as intended.

the real problem with this rune is it can double proc instanly two time this alognside with ignite dealing massive damage u get one shotted at lvl 1-2 i was once playing midlane agaisnt a kata ,i was poking her ,she was qing me back so my hp were about 87% , i saw khazix coming i flashed to my turret ,kata e auto ignite me proced Electrocute then kha flashed e auto q procced another Electrocute and i got away with 1% hp this rune deal about 40% of ur hp procooed two time means 80% wich means all they have to do is proc the rune and ur dead with no spells what'sover u can actitive this rune buy auto ignite one spell , kha would never do this in s7 cause it's pointless to risk a dive at lvl 2 against full hp enemy

: bot lane diversity and game snowball have different causes. bot lane diversity is a result of marksmen item changes, and base stat changes, that makes crit marksmen scale slower and allows other champion types to play down there without getting bullied out of lane by auto attack poke. game snowball is a result of years and years of riot stacking snowball mechanics into this game. turret first blood, removal of turret fortification on bot lane, increased early death timers, minion split push, baron empowered minions, turret health nerfs, turret bounty increases, rift herald buffs, baron damage nerfs, scuttle bounty ... all of these "win more" mechanics that make games snowball to hell and easier to win for a team that gets a slight advantage. there is so much shit they added to try and get pro players to fight each other and LCS games not drawn out snore fests, that it almost ruined solo que. the best part is, that these mechanics are entirely pointless to make pro games more interesting to watch. because all it did was make them play even more passive in fear that a slight mistep is costing them games and their jobs.

She can not even use her E and hit Q instead, and as long as she somehow triggers her passive and W, she can probably land a kill. Not to mention how bad it feels laning against her now. She can whittle you down with passive autos and W procs until her next landed skillshot actually guarantees a kill.
