: I would say the current pool after Akali/Irelia are {{champion:36}} {{champion:42}} {{champion:31}} {{champion:9}} {{champion:10}} {{champion:85}} {{champion:96}} {{champion:56}} {{champion:82}} {{champion:20}} {{champion:80}} {{champion:33}} {{champion:72}} {{champion:35}} {{champion:77}} {{champion:106}} These are the ones we generally discuss talk about these days when we go into early ideation on new VGUs. Some more then others, but all of these would make sense at this point, for various reasons. Obviously Kayle would be paired with a Morgana, should we end up working on her.
What about Quinn? Has she come up in any discussions at any point?

: I joined shortly before Quinn's release, so she's always been dear to me. The 2016 update was a great pleasure to me as it solidified her playstyle. She's versatile due to her design, able to occupy 4 of 5 positions; quick on her feet as she is, she excels at skirmishing, pursuit, and to some extent, vision control. The reason the changes came to shock many is that Valor's presence was made inactive. Tag Team was no good and I hope it never returns, but it must be understood that the reason people remember it fondly because it gave Valor a greater active presence than he has today; the player actually controlled Valor. I do think Quinn needs another rework for the sake of Valor, but I don't want him to operate like he did before. Quinn and Valor are a duo, not a tag team; my favorite thing about this duo is that they're scouts behind enemy lines, and with superior mobility and vision, they provide valuable information to their team. Rather than operate as a ground unit, I'd like to see Valor's potential as an air support unit emphasized with this in mind. I want to be able to send Valor out on all sorts of air missions. Maintaining vision in a select area, divebombing, revealing stealth wards/picking off fresh wards, etc. Of course, being preoccupied means Quinn loses some of the fighting potential she would have by having Valor near and ready. Micromanaging Valor in the sky while simultaneously working on the ground as Quinn should help the player feel like he isn't a prop.

Are you kidding? Quinn's rework basically killed Valor. Now we just have bloody Taxi... #RIPValor. Gone, but never forgotten.

Like people have been saying, I think red with gold will look better than the pink and will make it look like an actual Heartseeker skin rather than a Star Guardian. Also, her idle animation could be changed to something more fitting. And why 975 for Quinn, but 1300 for Lucian? Both skins should be of the same quality and same price.

: We'll be making changes to Ghostblade and Duskblade in the pre-season, along with some other AD assassin items. Some of that will involve raw stat changes (e.g. shift some power to out of combat movement speed which assassins like much more than ADCs do given they roam/flank). Some of that will involve changes to the unique effects on those items (details still being determined, almost certainly involves taking the AS off Ghostblade's active though, given that's more an ADC than assassin stat).

What about champions such as Quinn, who can be played as both Assasins and ADCs? Youmuu's is a core item in almost every single Quinn build, providing so many stats she needs. Duskblade has also become a major item when building Quinn as an Assassin. Any changes to both YGB and DB will devestate Quinn.

Wait a second. You mean that the people who play Quinn, most of whom main her, have a high win rate? Wow, it's not like those people are good at Quinn, you know, they're only QUINN MAINS. You're right, it's disgraceful, how can QUINN MAINS have a high win-rate on QUINN, it makes no sense! /S
