: Every time I have Veigar he just chugs it at tanky guys instead of the backline or the assassins beating him up. Last time I had Veigar he proceeded to throw his ultimate on the enemy Darius (which was a 3 star with a Warmogs and Dragon's Claw) that was fighting one of my frontliners halfway across the board while enemy Pyke and Rengar (both low health) were beating on him and a low health Zed was in the area as well. His ai needs to be more consistent. They're supposed to be hitting their nearest enemy.
I wish veigar kept chugging the closest enemy lol, I got 2nd place after my close matchup turned into a instant loss after veigar decided to ult my kindred 1 shotting him all the way in the corner. I moved him into that corner the second match after he chugged him the first time giving myself a disadvantage (less peeps in his ult if he actually gets to use it..) but he still focused him down. Game turned from a close but easy win mainly thanks to kindred ult playing a crucial role having always cucked my opponents before with all of my rangers being inside kindred ult always right after my frontline died while kindred would be surrounded with 3 zeke's heralds, into a bad joke when veigar just 1 shots kindred from across the opposite corner lol.

The ranged made assassins not jumping isnt a bug, ranged champions that have a long attack range and have an enemy in range of attack at the start of the battle will not jump. For example assassin made kayle with 3 tile attack range will jump if placed in one corner while the opponent is grouped up in the opposite corner. But if you give her Rapid Fire-Cannon she will not jump because one of the front champions is probably in range.

: Yeah I have the same issue and have never seen the post-game screen either, even after reinstalling, using Hextech repair tool to reinstall latest patch, restarting client and computer and it is still 100% reproduction rate of this client issue.
So you have already unchecked in client settings the option close client during game and it's still happening?

I've tried it out using the items I place on graves and it's indeed strong, almost lost to 4 glacial 2 guardian and kindred though. Pyke with double spear of shojin, who gives a dam about getting together a 6 glacial build when you have a _**single champion CC locking**_ at minimum half your team at minimum 3 champions. Jumps in and auto-attacks once or that might not even be necessary, hits full mana then jumps back and stuns everyone repeat cycle.

I could've been very lucky but after using Disguised toast Hyper-Rolling Strategy I managed to end up with 7 rank 3's at the end (no synergies apart from nidalee and warwick together with garen & darius & mordekaiser but knight isn't worth mentioning anyway) in my last game. I actually had to choose which 2 potential rank 3's I had to get rid of because I had no space on my bench early-game which happend to be vayne and graves.. {{sticker:zombie-brand-mindblown}}

This has also happened to me I had an enemy Garen drop from **Rank 3 to 2**, then I dealt substantial damage to him then he jumped back up to **Rank 3** before the next attack hit and his health-bar percentage returned back to it's rank 3 equivalent. **Rank 2 Garen has 1080 health & Rank 3 has 2160** for example deal **540** damage to **Rank 2** Garen after he dropped rank, he now has **540 - 50%** health left, then before next attack hits he goes back up to Rank 3 then he has **1080 - 50%** of **Rank 3** he keeps the 1080 health when he drops back to **Rank 2** then the cycle repeats. I have also noticed a similar problem with lulu ult, it works in a similar way but I don't know if it's intended to work that way though, this happens when lulu regains her ultimate fast enough just to "heal" the same champion in the same cycle.

Are you sure it's not because of red buff? Red Buff Attacks deal 2.5% Maximum Health burn damage. Burned units **cannot heal**. Chain Vest + Giant's Belt

1. I had Zed standing in place not doing anything for 2/3 moves in a fight against wolves, actually he didn't move from his spot at all because the wolves came to him. 2. I had "enemy" golems spawning on my unused champion square tiles on the far left. it was just a glitch they didn't fight or anything, I don't know exactly what caused it. I think I went elementalist that one game, first I had 1 golem standing there then at some point I had 2 of them keeping me accompany lol 3. I'm fairly certain the enemy redemption healed my units, I think it was on the enemy garen. 4. I'm not sure about this one because I lost in 2 moves/rounds, the enemy assassin build of 6 assassins managed to 1 shot my backline at the start even though there was no way to reach them. my melee champions didn't even manage to move forward a single tile before they jumped in and my 3 item lulu went poof and then I was at the victory/end screen while I was making a surprised pikachu face. I've seen assassins very rarely being on the same tile as my units so I'm not sure if this is working as intended.

I had the same problem, I fixed it by going into my modem settings and changing the setting SPI Firewall Protection: ( High > Low) strangely enough I never had any problems with this setting, before I always had it set on High. yesterday I was still able to play with this on High. but w/e
: Gangplank Barrel Bug
I can confirm this, had a lucian dash straight into an exploding barrel dealing 0 damage. I don't know if this is intended or not. I have a highlight of it but I don't know how to place it here. (and I'm too lazy to bother figuring out how) until someone actually bothers to shows interest in this bug report I won't go through the pain of uploading it. (I've always had trouble with youtube uploading)
