Katarina is designed to combo kill squishes fast, you are a squishy, in turn, she has no real tankiness and if her combo doesn't kill, she just sits there while you can kill her just as fast because once again, not tanky.

The whole point I'm making is once she snowballs, it doesn't matter if top lane did fairly well and bot lanes is fed to high hell, the game becomes unfair and I have the inability to do anything. Plus this is low ELO where you can barely rely on people to abuse their ability to counter katarina :)

Her entire kit is designed around snowballing, because when she doesn't, she is literally useless. She doesn't provide anything to the team BESIDES damage so she has to get a decent amount of it to even be a viable champion. There is a reason you don't see Kat getting picked at the pro level.

It doesnt matter how bad a start katarina has, I never see one that doesn't recover and get a good score by the end of the game. She always contributes high damage unless the player has Bronze V-level CS

Or Volibear? Or Trundle?

All of those champions go for one at a time, so can be kited and CC'd, katarina one shots all in her ultimate radius when fed :)
