: The core problem with ADC itemization is not "satisfaction" it's the completely fucked power curve.
ADCs are among the best champs level 1, then most fall off slowly until their first back. At level 9 they are the most powerful with their first ability maxed, then they fall off because their strongest ability isn't getting any stronger anymore due to scaling and their builds now focusing on AS at this point. Phreak made a video about this on youtube, it was quite interesting. Sadly there isn't much they could do about this besides changing AD ratios all across the board.

Keep crit as it is. Good. It's supposed to be a nerf to the class that can kill anything in 3 to 5 hits max. Nerfing IE is a huge part of that. The item is still invaluable because it's a free 25% damage modifier still. They need and want to reduce upfront burst.

He's hovering around 50% winrate and he has about as much pickrate as before the rework. He's perfectly fine. To say he doesn't add to the team is just not true. He has burst, a catching tool, a W that can steal objectives or at least scout the area, his ult is crazy good and he has DPS too.

Worst example I have ever seen. Most champions don't have a way of interrupting a Velkoz ult if he slows them on a reasonable range. Saying that Fiora and Irelia have no trouble doing it while stating that Darius has absolutely no way (probably the easiest out of them all) is just dishonest. Juggernauts are fine. They kill you on their terms, bruisers take the fight to the enemy while Juggernauts win whenever you are coming to them or they catch you.

The level cap is there to give you time to buy champions without feeling forced to bust out your credit card. And what can I say? Just play bot games, they are the place where new players are welcome to learn the game and I'm honestly shocked you didn't play those.

Personally, Akali is an easy stomp. But Irelia is mostly problematic if played mid lane because there is less counterplay there.

Dropping tower aggro is pretty common and she can't aggro out of it under a turret because she would always take damage. Increasing the window where you can attack her freely was a great idea.

The "dodge it" response is natural, but it will always at least clip you if he has half a brain. The spell is huge, it's hard to avoid and it deals good burst even if it just touches you once while also clearing your entire wave.
