: All of this is irrelevant because you're not mentioning the fact that he _can't_ build any sort of health and realistically he'll never build armor/MR unless it's a 4th item or later. >An already slippery assassin is literally more tanky than actual tanks, who are pretty much just punching bags. No, because Pyke isn't going to be building any armor or magic resist and cannot build health. He's got high base stats because that's all he gets for the overwhelming majority of the game. If you CC him and focus him he dies within a second. >{{champion:555}} has everything you could want in an assassin: incredible sustain, superb mobility, very good damage, great CC, and a resettable AoE execute with extra gold generation for better snowballing. What can't he do? He _can't_ heal his allies, he can't shield his allies, he can't reliably peel for his allies, he can't build tank. Those are super important qualities, especially for a support. Do I think Pyke is fine right now? No, absolutely not. Frankly I think the ult change he just got was stupid. He was in a bad state (46-48% WR across all ELOs) but this buff was just too much. They should have returned the % damage bonus on his tap-Q and slowly worked him up from there if that wasn't enough.
Not being able to build health doesn't matter when he is insanely slippery and has ridiculous base stats. He's an assassin, he's not meant to be tanky, and yet he is. Even without aftershock he is super hard to catch out and focus, and even then he's very tanky. Assassins are meant to build full damage to blow up squishies, and be squishy themselves. If they want to get tanky, they have to sacrifice some damage for it. Pyke gets an insane amount of base stats and in my opinion much better safety options than almost all other assassins. Most assassins have a dash or a blink and maybe invis. Maybe some short CC like a slow etc. and definitely no sustain. Pyke has invis which also gives him movement speed, a dash followed by a damaging stun, making him difficult to chase, and he has good sustain. You can't poke him out of lane, you can't all-in him. He doesn't need to heal or shield allies, he's not a support. He's an assassin. The only support-y thing in his kit is the bonus gold generation on his ult. He's not a support, so don't compare him to actual supports. Compare him to an assassin, and see how stupidly overtuned he is.

Because he's getting a legendary skin

: why is grasp/glacial augment reduced for ranged
The same reason why {{item:3025}} works on him too: gotta sell those skins somehow.

: Can Yasuo Get Some Removals like Irelia/Akali?
Or just make it so he can't ult off of every single CC. Like he can ult off Thresh's hook, wtf? It's not even a knock up, how is that even possible. It's just bullshit hidden power that he doesn't need.

: rather have hash be the lead designer than these fuckups
: You want everything nerfed thats enjoyable right now. You want adc's without escapes/any kind of self peel, and be mindless auto attack bots. You want CDR's to be high, so the game becomes slower paced You want assassins not being able to assassinate You want support not being able to support
Do you enjoy ADCs being able to 1v1 assassins with little effort and 3 shotting them before they even get close? Do you enjoy having half your base destroyed if one person on your team gets hit by a single spell on some 5-10s cooldown? Do you enjoy getting instantly outdamaged by a Zed who just finished his Duskblade after you spent 10 minutes beating his face in? Do you enjoy not being able to even damage an ADC because they get so many heals and shields from their support? In my opinion there are very few things that are actually enjoyable about the game right now.
: Because PtA is weaker than the balanced keystone.
PtA is fine, it's just overshadowed by other keystones, that's why it seems weak. What we should have is a general reduction in power, so we shouldn't buff weak things, but rather nerf the strong things. There is simply too much damage in the game right now, to the point where no thought or strategy is required, you can just steamroll your enemies with all this damage.

It's not a "git gud" issue. First of all, I'm Diamond, buddy, but that's irrelevant. The League that your average player plays and the League that pro players play are so different from each other they might as well be different games altogether, so why are both being balanced with mainly only one in mind?

: 17/3/3 202 CS and 15000 gold, carried the team to Victory. If that's not late game I don't know what is. The player I'm referring to does this game after game.
Vayne doesn't even need to be fed to be ridiculously broken. All she has to do is buy two items and she starts 3-shotting everything. Two items is not late game. For ANY champion. At least it shouldn't be.

: I don't think you have the right to tell people what they should enjoy watching or not. You're speaking from your own perspective as somebody who despises him calling out the other side that enjoys watching his videos, so you're really aren't different or better than them in anyway. I personally don't give a shit about whether he should be unbanned or not, but that does not mean I don't enjoy watching his stream. I think he's quite entertaining in his own style and that is good. He doesn't need to act like anybody else besides himself, otherwise he wouldn't have been as successful as he is now. The dude has talent, there's no denying that. And he's pretty good at the game, that's probably why people wants the company to unban him, still you calling the people who enjoy watching him a bunch of idiots or some "stupid kids" is kind of immature and hypocritical.

Clearly you can't read because I never insulted his viewers. Genuinely, I don't understand what it is about him that people find entertaining, but then again I've only seen bits of his stream, so w/e.
: Why does anyone give a shit about any streamer? Entertainment there you go, that's the answer to the question. People find him entertaining. You can cry and complain all you want about it, people like him, and nothing will change that. Personally I don't really find him that entertaining but I can understand why people would like him. Hes really ironic and it seems like he embraced that.

: Literally a google search will prove you wrong.
It's not that ADCs are always meta, it's that they're never really out of meta. They're never a bad pick, and that's a sign of them being too strong.

: Which changes *specifically* drove it over the edge? You can't just say "all of them", because that would mean you would want 0 progress throughout a year.
Removing first blood turret bonus, removing exp on kill, removing team-wide gold on shutdown and giving more gold to the player who does the shutdown, making turrets stronger, the list goes on and on. Basically reverting the stupid changes they did to create this shitty meta.

Why not just revert the rework altogether and admit that you did fail. Revert the rework and backload more damage on her Q. A simple solution is often better than a complex one.

: Potential Nerf to make Windwall Less Irritating
Or we could just make it so that the wall doesn't stop projectiles until it's level 5. I.e. it would decrease the damage and/or effects of projectiles passing through it by 20/40/60/80 % at levels 1/2/3/4 respectively, and only completely destroy them at level 5. This would stop Yasuo from just being able to keep building damage after having lost lane and would force him to put a few points into his wall for better defense. Let's be honest the ability to completely nullify some 70+% of abilities in the game is just broken. Isn't that why QSS was nerfed, because it was unfair to just completely ignore some champions' ultimates like Zed's? The same should happen to the wall.
: The argument against 10 bans (and it's a good one) is that you could just completely ban out a star player like Bjergsen in the LCS and ruin a game.
> [{quoted}](name=The Yetii Rider,realm=NA,application-id=3ErqAdtq,discussion-id=YB0Zo2b6,comment-id=0001,timestamp=2016-06-19T16:04:37.106+0000) > > The argument against 10 bans (and it's a good one) is that you could just completely ban out a star player like Bjergsen in the LCS and ruin a game. Then they should learn to play more champions instead of being one-trick ponies. Don't you think that someone who managed to get themselves into LCS should be able to play more than 4-5 champions at least decently? That would be what really showed their skill at the game, winning with a champion they are not so familiar with. But nope, better stick to 2-3 champions because that's what gets easy wins.
