The mmr will still be the same, solos will still play with premades in the same ladder but different "metals". Nothing gonna change, most of diamond will still be full of boosted people and diamond+/master/challenger will still get massive queue times for lack of supports and low playerbase like now.

Dynamic is not competitive, you can't debate that. You can't have a individual rank when solos go with/vs premades. Solo gameplay and premade gameplay are different but the elo is the same, so stupid.

And rolepick still stay as a huge problem for the mmr. (the only fix is to make all roles equal) The only solution is to remove rolepick, but dynamic can't work like that. (premades gonna bully solos and lesser premades for preferred roles, the ranked will implode in toxicity)

There is no solution, mmr will always be broken under dynamic. big premades aready ruin balance by default, last season duo queue was already a problem but now you get 3-4-5 with a huge range as standard. Then you have to also account for role pick, the poor mmr need to go to the end of the spacetime continuum for getting that missing support. ranked mmr is not better than the normal one.

There is not new userbase to grab anymore in usa/eu/sea. Nearly everyone interested or able to play a moba already tried this game. The only true expansion is in "developing" nations like china. That or they have to change the gameplay and go for the facebook/angry birds casuals, or make the game playable with a pad and go for the home console users...

Anecdotal evidence is pointless. The "group of friends are more profitable" is just accepted economy in mmo world. Even more so in this game were you lack "whales" (people who spend up to 10-100k on a game) and the real money comes from "average $$$ for user". What we can discuss is if this will work or not, accounting for the loss of solo players quitting.

Want a easy way to climb? just find 2-3 guys, train some champ combo and take advantage of the solo/duo teams your will get half the time. Abuse the system.

(minus the surr but you will still lose the game regardless, void point) Also, the mmr is very unlikely to be able to make balanced 3made+duo vs 3made+duo under 30m/2h queue. (maybe if you remove role pick or rank limits... the mmr is not and never will be able to make balanced games accounting premades and role pick) This dynamic system just can't be improved, it's broken at core.
