Since the tool is injection in the game directly it’s, of course only technically, but a cheat. The more improves in the anti cheat been added the more features is dying...

: IIRC a Rioter commented on the reddit thread talking about this and that they use the tool internally. I can't imagine they'd be so bold as to say screw it and let it die though. That'd be insane.

As you can see, the League engine is a patchwork of other engines - a sign that it was built by a small startup with no money who were just trying to put something together that works. And the engine does work - phenomenally well. Its incredibly optimized so that basically any machine can play it - the only problem is compatibility with third-party apps. So here's the deal - I believe Riot should make one of their development focuses to make League work with specific apps. As the OP said, the reason these features are being gutted is because of League's anti-cheat features, which are super important to the core integrity of the game. However, the Creator Suite Camera Tool is a super popular tool used by most if not all the editors of custom League content, which means its a core component of community creations. I believe Riot should make an effort to either make a dedicated effort to allowing very specific programs and tools in, or just giving us a custom version like they did with replays. Anyway, that's my rant. Good day. EDIT: On a side note, the reason that Fortnite has a fully built tool integrated into it is because the developers for Fortnite also happen to be the developers of the same engine, so of course they could implement tools easily - Epic knows how to make games AND make a fully functional multi-purpose engine - Riot know how to make A game. Big difference in capabilities, mostly from experience/resources available.

In editing community we have one talented guy named “luckyy” he’s making camera mods for literally any game he wants. He did even for the single player games such as Bioshock... making a camera tool for a game which is never meant to have one?! At all?! It’s possible for just one man who doing it in a sake of own fun but impossible for riot?
