Regarding the updated winratios to nerf champion, I have two questions: * Is there a threshold for a buff for a champion? Ofc there are outliers like "pro-abused" champions, but just in general? * Is there a threshold for a pick rate as well? There are some champions that are played considerable enough for champion to appear on websites rankings and have high winrate, but their pick rate is still really low.

> Less lane control, but significantly stronger late - having a safe, strong lane leads to being a strong option in all possible matchups. To counterbalance we’re buffing his late game across multiple axes (damage, tankiness, cooldowns) Do you plan to make similar changes with Yasuo? Currently runes give him a lot of sustain and given how huge he is in late game, I think he has too safe laning phase.

I would love to hear more about Icathia and Zilean, or maybe his "time travelling" looking how to revert the time stop, or some Lunari/Solari related stuff, to show a bit more about the spirital side of Mount Targon (unless it is planned to incoming Targon champ).

Hi Meddler! What do you think about {{champion:223}} changes after a while? Did it land in an expected place on both top and support? On a sidenote, I know that jungle {{champion:223}} is not a priority of this update, but would it be possible to buff him somehow? W nerf hit his early clear manawise and Devour sometimes do not remove Scuttle resistance sometimes.
: Post MSI Gameplay Improvements
> Tahm Kench - The goal here is to make TK less of an action stopper in very high elo and pro while also making him a playable support pick for the average player. Our current direction makes TK slow when devouring an ally (like when he devours an enemy) to pull a bit of power out of coordinated saves. To compensate we’re buffing his Q slow and making devour -> spit minions cost less so that he can use it more I am more than glad that you don't leave TK in dumbster and try to do something with him. After the tweets with proposed changes (mana also gives some values to E shield and so on) there was a slight moment of hope for him. Thanks for being clear what you want him to do, just make sure to remember about support TK players, as people are already saying to remove him W for allies altogether.

: Balance wise I think he's in a reasonable state overall, though pro play especially favors tank supports with more initiation power so wouldn't expect to see him there much unless very strong in other contexts. Skins wise, sorry, but I'm not involved enough in skin development and planning to comment on who's getting a skin, how they're picked etc.
Last time he got nerfed was caused due to Master Yi+Taric funnel. Funnelling is not that viable strategy anymore, but he didn't receive any recompensation until now, while Master Yi has received buffs since then. Couldn't he receive anything, just to help him a little?

Hello Meddler! In previous QGT you mentioned touching {{champion:26}} passive, to enable going over lv18 cap. Many people replied, so I don't want to go deeper into that. However, currently {{champion:26}} passive is just underwhelming. On paper it looks really nice, you give exp for ally, making him spike earlier. Sadly, many times we are in a situation when we give barely any exp from Time in a Bottle, which puts it on considerably long cooldown. Would it be possible to make his passive use all of stacks, but then put in on longer cooldown? Also, as someone suggested on reddit, would it be possible to change the way he uses it to small board, like Kindred, Rengar or Neeko has? Right now it is quite clunky, but really improved compared to release version. On a side note, how is the work on Karma going?
: Question if you're still answering: Is there a reason no one seems to have interest in any large scale support rework projects? Like, we're seeing a ton of new tools and polish on assassins, skirmishers, and tanks. We're NOT seeing anything for enchanters, marksmen, or mages. Why is Riot always picking such samey targets for VGUs? Personally, I think the game could gain a ton from a more fresh take on what an enchanter should play like in 2018.
Riot has stated that they will refrain from making mass reworks (like Mages, Assassins, Tanks, Juggernauts and Marksmen), as they don't hit the spot and they would rather focus on one champion at a time to make them feel good and fluid. Supports had many changes last season, like Forbidden Idol changes, missions (rip), Athene alterations, Redemption and Knight's Vow added, changes to Zeke's.

Hello there! I know he's not popular, but do you have any plans for Zilean? He's in completely fine spot in soloQ, maybe a bit too weak as support, but he has some weird bugs around passive, sometimes you level up W on lv1. There was a post on reddit about a year ago, but pretty much all have been ignored. It's really weird when in the middle of the fight you start casting passive (sometimes without a possibility to cancel it) instead of speeding up your ally.
: Azir Update Ideas
There are some interesting ideas, just that Q change is worrying me a little, yet I like shifting his power from Q to W and soldiers' autos.
