: There's a lot of exploration going on to make the resolve tree feel like it's got a lot more contextual/interesting choices that you can make. It can be pretty tricky balancing defensive runes lest they become "must haves" on everyone, but there's some pretty fun stuff we're playing around with atm. Currently they definitely don't feel particularly exciting when compared to runes in the other trees - we're on it!
Are there any plans on bringing back SOTA?

: i actaulyl prove of this.. i didn't think buffing the proc was the right way to go about this.. yes jungler like {{champion:76}} would certainly like more ap lategame but the biggest issue with champs like her is the first clear, having a safer first clear would work wonders.. and part of the issue is you gave {{item:1041}} 15% morte attack speed. yet you have AP NOTHING, {{item:1039}} burn effect is only if u have "more hp" which does nothing for anyone's first clear it also take champions like nidalee who were designed to have a fast clear and it make AD champs not only clear just as fast but safer. honestly i think the removal of the 15% attack speed buff on {{item:1041}} would do more than an AP buff, unless u can actually some up with something really useful

: Yep, we're considering a different approach. Looking for one that helps out struggling Runic Echoes users more than it does AP champs who already do well in the jungle. One option we're considering is amount of mana restored as a result, given the strong performers generally aren't very mana limited already.
I have played aot of different junglers and due to them not feeling well i resorted into playing 2-3 games with them and then stop. A thing ive noticed is that with the jungle changes and rune changes lot of junglers cant keep up with the other, so rather then buffing runic echoes have you guys tried adding new types of smites? 90% of the junglers go red smite and occasionally blue one. Edit* or increase the xp you get when behind?

: I read the whole thing. I think there's some truth to it but a harsh reality... Sorta. The harsh reality I suppose is that with so many more Champions it's impossible to have things be that straightforward. But... I feel they do drop a little short sometimes. Sometimes they take away fantasies. There is now nothing like old Galio and I mained the crap out of him. Playing him now doesn't feel like a rework it feels just different. There's nothing like what he used to be. An odd fusion of Karma and Amumu and Malphite in a way. Sometimes they enhance them. Warwick feels like his fantasy was improved on, that's for sure. I think he's a perfect example. Then you look at GP and realize he's in the same state as Galio. I think having Mages be diverse in power is fine, but not many actually feel absurd late. The original four, Veigar, Anivia, Cass, Karthus, only the first two really feel that way. The second two still are but they seem avoided by Riot. Having an early game ADC is okay but having all be well, as you put it, kinda isn't. Like Caitlyn. She's fine (specifically in that regards). But now the power curve is muddied. I do feel like Tanks aren't handled appropriately. At all. They said "tanks need a reason to be focused, so we're adding % HP damage on every last one of them that isn't strictly a support so that they're relevant." And at the cost of that rip your fantasy of going and doing just what you described. I dunno. I feel like they made Tanks as just "heavy Bruisers" now, and with how things are nowadays with % HP damage on literally everything for no good reason (I remember this trend actually started with Elise-- I wouldnt even pin it on Vayne, as much as I f'ing hate her), if you try to make a full tank you're likely to fail. Even Malphite and Rammus aren't what tanks used to be. Meh.

Literally the entire Boards cried when Assassins were able to oneshot ADC overlords with ease if they don't build any defense or if they don't stick with their support. :) Now, ADCs are able to build FULL AD with Guardian Angel which also grants significant amount of AD and on top of that, MF can abuse Duskblade itm which was supposed to be a compensation item to Assassins. Olf assassins were super toxic tho, to the point i was forced to build a zhonya or randuins omen on an adc..... But y adc should get nerfed.

Actually ardent was ok even without the nerfs it was decent. When redemption came is when it started to become a noticeble issue and damn right it was. AOE heal without actually using an ability that gives everyone 1.3k worth of stats, y right.

Imo, Herald has been a big cause of the snowbally games. Yes, youve succeeded in making an alternative for dragon however, herald being such an effective tool for splitpushers is not wanted. Say, a Riven is super fed and she's splitting. Riven has a kit which lets her dive and even 3 v 1, add herald to that and u get a splitpushing machine. Her splitpushing leaves her team mates to take other objectives. Because of this her team gets a huge leade and aka an inhib at 13 min. Something else to address is adc's being REALLY strong. Carries that are made to scale and dominate late game have an equal chance at winning as any other adc. Miss Fortune vs Vayne normally its clear who would dominate early game but its not the case. At least that's the way i see it. If ur seeing this, i'd be nice to add fervor to i really liked it !

Yet, no matter how strong a juggernaut is, they fall short in high elo play (well at least "higher" its hard to take a juggernaut into even platinum and do well.) because people just poke them down, and avoid them when they are strong.

: Alright, some fair points. I will say Ezreal is pretty popular and that people aren't really picking or playing against Ezreal to counter him. However I don't think Eve is a great example, since she really isn't all that broken to me or most people (I see more people asking for buffs on her rather than nerfs). She doesn't guarantee success unless she gets ahead early, and when behind almost guarantees a loss, like most high risk high reward champions. However yes the jungle build does factor into his win rate and play rate, but 56% of his game are as an ADC. Your suggested questions are pretty fair. for doing 25% more damage this patch opposed to before, I'm not entirely sure how to get that information, however I will say that he was and still is the top adc on damage dealt. For his KDA, it has improved, though not much, rising to 6th place in ADCs in kills from 8th and 1st place in deaths from 2nd (He's extremely safe because of his E, so that's pretty fair). However with the goals of these runes there's some questions that are great to ask. For example, Kleptomancy is a gold gaining rune, so how is Ezreal getting gold compared to other ADCs? Well, he's currently 2nd in gold gain, from 11th place, which is a huge change, especially considering he's only 11th place in minions killed. This raises a huge flag for me, personally.
This is so stupid they buffed his q cooldown with 1 sec and dmg with .2 how is he so strong? Also some keystone really need to be reverted when I as riven can 1 v 1 a nasus at 35 min something's wrong....
