Can you guys add a {{item:3030}} for the {{item:3010}} line again? Currently there are only 2 {{item:3010}} which are {{item:3027}} and {{item:3001}} . The problem with both is they fill a niche, {{item:3027}} is prefered for games where you can scale or get it on time while {{item:3001}} was made into a pure tank item ( {{champion:57}} {{champion:14}} {{champion:36}} ) while not being a very strong one. Re-adding GLP will give champions like {{champion:136}} {{champion:50}} {{champion:34}} {{champion:4}} an option to ditch {{item:3027}} if they were unable to get it on time. It will also give rise to more Glacial Augment users. Tl;dr: Do not remove current {{item:3030}} , add another {{item:3030}} just for {{item:3010}} line.

I am one of those Sol mains and I do not believe Sol needs any sort of gameplay change. He was perfectly designed. The only problem is his glaring weakness (Which isn't even a problem for me) but it is for people like you who don't want to invest anytime into learning a champion. He is not boring, nor limited. He has the potential to outplay when he gets his items to cover his weakness (Crystal Sceptre and T2 Boots). He also has the ability to make flashy plays. Hitting a 5 man QR combo which instantly ends teamfights is as flashy as it can get. Many High Rank Sol's look specifically for this combo in teamfights because it can end the fight. So, this is actually just a get gud sorta ordeal you have. Riot shouldn't overhaul the champion but Riot is attempting to make him easier for people specifically like you OP. They are finally granting him his point-range Q. If I could have it my way, I would just want the 52 HP buff and nothing else.

If you cannot revert then ban them until they can pay for the amount of stolen content. I don't see what the problem here is. You either do that or I don't pay. Another solution if you don't want to do that is to provide us paying players a Reward tier system so that the amount of money I have spent on my account gives me more value over others. Exclusive skins, exclusive Icon borders, exclusive icons, etc and tier it all the way up to the person who has spent the most money on the game. Stop wasting resources on that dude who levels up.

You are never in-range or should never be in-range for you to utilize it's damage. Fiddle jumps in with R and it's useful when you want to Drain tank. With Lissandra, you go in with E, W, Q then R. It seems to me you have no idea why Aftershock is even used.

Diana, you can get something done before 6 but if you don't. You are pretty much stuck waiting for your jungler and Ekko is a 50/50 lane. You are right tho, those are not the hard ones. Also Zed is quite easy to beat unless the Zed knows to drop the W on top of you and then R. The champs are that are one-sided matchups are: Talon (After the HP nerf), Irelia, LeBlanc, Fizz, Kassadin and Aatrox which are all meta picks right now making Sol nearly impossible to be picked unless a Control mage shows up or a 50/50 lane shows up.

I personally believe Lost Chapters is fine. Throughout League of Legends, Mages have always had their go to item for Mana sustain. Early in the game it was Mana Manipulator. People then transitioned to Rod of Ages which gave Mana exactly like Lost Chapters does but on top of that, it also gave Health. Players then moved from that to Athene Unholy Grail and then to Morellonomicon and Finally our 3 Lost Chapter Items. Removing Lost Chapters mana regeneration would IMO just make mages extremely underpowered without any form of compensation. A compensation to removing Lost Chapter would be bolstering the Mid to Late game Mana regeneration significantly or spreading out the Mana Regeneration from Lost Items to multiple items via a MP5 stat which would take too much effort to balance. I think leaving it all on one item is fine and really doesn't need to be changed for now.

I hate that people are using Op.gg as a form of rating. Winrate isnt the only thing. Pantheon is not OP at all. He has very huge flaws as a champion and if you are any good, you can build around him by taking Fearless, Siegemaster, Corruption pot, Doran Shield, Ninja Tabi, etc. He isn't as strong as people make him out 2 be. Riven, Renekton, Fiora and Jax have higher scores because they are more often than not banned, picked, have a high KDA or are Winning a lot. Thus are more effective at their role than Pantheon as a Top.

Both are ruthless leaders, they are intelligent, powerful, cunning and can outsmart there opposition yet I wouldn't describe either as a "Master Tactician." There is a difference between a Master Tactician that sits in a tent commanding troops from a distance and a Ruthless, intelligent warlock with the power to rule a nation. I personally feel like the ladder will resonate with Swain players more then the former. To be clear I am not saying this is the direction we are going with Swain, as we are still pretty early on him, just pointing out the 2 different directions we could take. I'm my next blog when we are further along I should be able to go into more details about which direction we take. One thing to note is that Swain will be changing quite a bit as with most champions with multiple identities. I would compare his VGU to that of Urgot. His kit will be changing a lot as we need to make his gameplay/art/theme feel like a cohesive package but we will also try to keep as much of current Swain as we can to achieve our goals. There is no world in which we will make 100% of Swain players happy as different players attach to different parts of his confused identity and that is something we accepted going into this (as with all VGUs)
