: its not really the mana scaling so much as the point and click snare. if ryze didn't have that point and click snare riot could easily buff even his mana scaling and the rest of his kit several times over. its always been his point and click snare. having instant reliable cc is incredibly strong and this is also one reason why lissandra has been a viable pro play champ for so long. same for fiddlesticks. point and click cc is incredibly powerful.(perhaps one of the strongest things in this game)

Indeed, but I DO understand why it works how it does. I'm sure that more often than not, it serves it's intended purpose. Those of us who have had situations like this happen are really fringe cases. It kinda sucks to have it happen, but for the most part it seems to work out the way it's intended to work.
: How To Teamfight as Diana
Honestly, Diana isn't meant for teamfights. Unless you're extremely far ahead(And able to 2/3v1), she's mostly a 1-for-1 teamfighter. Take out their most valuable target and hopefully stick some damage on the rest of them in the process. Overall she's best for taking out targets who stray too close to the edge of the fight - Look for flank opportunities, rather than looking to go straight into the teamfight like other Divers(Such as J4 or Irelia). While she is a diver, her itemization options require her to play slightly more like an assassin than a diver.
: This Is Soon,Sure To Come. just Saying!
What a weird assumption to make. I couldn't care less about skins, nor do I have any reason to dislike the game. You guys with your negative attitude all assume that everyone else hates the game... You gotta remember, there's millions of players, and a few hundred of you sitting here complaining that it sucks. You're in the minority, not the majority. If you dislike it so much, move the hell along to something else - Stop wasting your time here being a Debbie downer.
: is it griefing to watch your teammates die and you are in range to help them but you don't?
That's a complicated question. I'll quite often stand 700 range away and watch teammates die if I know there's not much I can do. Example being if I'm on Diana(As I always am..) and I see my jungle getting killed by their Lucian(Or other mobile champ), but my ult is down.. I'll stand just barely close enough to fling a Q in their direction, but other than that I'm not going to just walk face first into it - My jungler is going to die before I can do much, and I'm just going to get kited and die as well. Also in lower ranks(Or really late at night) it's quite very likely that a teammate didn't even notice - Awareness isn't always very high level lol. I'm also not going to dive into a fight(Even if it would be 2v1 and we'd kill the aforementioned Lucian) if I know their teammates are right around the corner headed our way - It really comes down to what the person has available to get in/escape with for whether or not they should help. Now if I'm sitting there pinging the Lucian for my jungle to attack, so he does... Then I stand there spamming my laugh and watch him die - Yeah, that'd be griefing.

Most hotboxes are ever so slightly off from their animation. It often has to do with the camera angle/perspective, and where you're specifically looking from. Similar to if you put a ward behind baron you can only "See" it to click it if you move your camera to the side a bit, even though you're not actually rotating the camera's view at all. It's all about the perspective of the camera. The trick is learning which skills are wonky in what ways - Lots of "Line" based skills for example can hit you just a tiny bit visually if you're 'above' or left of them, and not actually register as hitting you, whereas they can miss ever so slightly visually if you're below/to the right of them, yet still register as a hit. Usually if a skill seems off, I'll save the replay of the game and watch it from a slightly different perspective - With the camera a bit to the left or a bit to the right or whatever(In comparison to where I had it when I was playing), and see that it actually DID hit me if looking at it from a different perspective. It's a bit of a pain in the ass sometimes, and can feel really unfair from time to time - But for the most part it's only a very slight variation between the visual hitbox and the actual hitbox, and often it's just the camera perspective that even makes it feel like that.
: Riot is not Responsible for Streamers
This would all be true IF he weren't an official partner "Sponsored" by riot. Famous sports players lose sponsorships all the time over off-the-field actions, crimes, etc. Anything that might look bad upon the company that sponsors them is plenty of reason for them to lose their partnership with said company. Same with actors/musicians losing relationships with companies over unrelated actions. For a regular player, no, Riot has no responsibility to give a damn what they do. For an official partner though it IS their responsibility to make sure said partner is not promoting illicit practices or anything else that is bad for the company image. Personally, I couldn't care less about the situation - I think NB(As well as several of the top 10 LOL related streamers) is a toxic addition to the community, and has no business being partnered with the game(Though, they brought T1 back and supported him, so maybe they just like that image), but that's just my opinion. In the end the current situation is just another example of the toxicity coming from said streamer. I don't particularly watch any streamers other than the occasional Suntail/Moontail gameplay though, so maybe it's just the norm for streamers to be total asshats and throw fits, I'm not sure. I just know that PERSONALLY I wouldn't want a player like that to be part of my own brand image.

: More rune pages for free are deserved
Honestly, I'd have agreed with you in the past... When the old rune system existed, I purchased rune pages until I had either 16 or 18, I can't remember. Ever since the new system has hit though, I literally only use one page(Even though I still own those other 15 or 17 or whatever). I haven't even CREATED the other pages with the new system. It's so quick to just change my runes as necessary before the game to fit what I need in that specific situation. The only game mode where you should be playing something that you didn't expect to play/have no exprience with is ARAM, and even there you can very quickly throw together a basic Dark Harvest page that will work with almost any champ on ARAM(Or a few other "Blanket coverage" pages, for tankier champs or whatever). In normal game modes where you actually pick your champion you should at least have some idea of what you're doing before you pick a champ. Knowing which rune page to pick if you have 20 means you should also know which runes to throw into a page for that champ - Which I often do in 15seconds or less during the lobby. Having more pages is (Presumably) nice for some people, and helpful.. But the current system is only 9 slots/choices to make, so it's very very very easy to just change them during the lobby. Not knowing what ones to pick means you also wouldn't know which page to use if you had 20 pages, so having more wouldn't exactly help you there either. Practice it a bit, get in the habit of changing your runes manually before each game during the lobby. Once you get used to it, it'll help a lot without having to spend on extra pages. Personally I open my rune page the moment I lock in my champ, and select the "Most Likely" set of runes I'll want to use, such as Electrocute/Sorcery secondary as Diana, while saving the last stat rune(The defensive one) to choose after my lane opponent has locked their pick, so I can choose the relevant defense. While waiting I'll have in mind "If they pick x then I need to change my runes to z", so for example if I lock Diana and they pick Swain I'm going to want to switch from Electrocute/Sorcery to Phase Rush/Domination. It takes a little getting used to, and you DO need to know what runes to pick.. But again, if you don't know which ones to pick on the spot, you also wouldn't know which page to pick if you had 20 pre-made. It's only 9 slots to fill, it takes 30 seconds or less once you're used to doing it. Just open it once you lock your pick, and keep it open ready to edit if the enemy team throws a curveball at you, and save it/close it after you've seen the enemy team's picks and chosen your relevant runes.
: Power cuts out, I reconnect after 8 minutes, help team win a 35 minute long game... lose LP anyway.
I had basically the same thing happen a few weeks ago. We had bad storms going on here, and my power flickered(Literally a flicker - JUST BARELY enough of a power loss that my computer turned off/back on) - I loaded up my PC, waited for my router to boot(Takes 2-3 minutes), logged into League, loaded the game - I was gone for no more than 6-7 minutes at the most. Apologized to my team, and proceeded to catch up and actually solo-ended the game by split pushing while the other 9 fought over baron. It was wonderful, my team was excited to win a game they thought was lost, I was excited to have mounted a comeback after missing most of laning phase... Then the post game screen loaded, and I had lost 20 LP. I totally understand the purpose for it - It's an important system to have... But it shouldn't punish you that hard when you come back and help win. It'd be easy enough to tell it "If player returns for a longer period of time than they were gone, they get 0 LP Loss or gain on a win" - It wouldn't be abusable by someone leaving and jumping back in at the last minute to try to avoid the LP loss, as it would require you being back in the game for longer than you were gone. I'm sure there's other methods to do it than my suggestion, and I'm sure that more often than not the current system is perfectly fine - But it really feels terrible when something like this DOES happen.

It seems it was downloading Spanish text from what I can tell - Certain things are now in spanish on my client. As far as I can see, it's ONLY the "Blind Pick" "Draft Pick" "Ranked Solo" And "Ranked Flex" selections that are in spanish. Everything else is still in English. I'm so confused as to what is happening here. My game is still set to English on the launcher.

Well, you maybe aren't paying enough attention to the footage from the video when Teemo and Irelia pushed into the enemy tower they were going to be able to take a lot of damage off the tower and Irelia just backed off for absolutely no reason. They could have got an early tower so easily. Your opposition to Teemo's strategy is your own downfall. You can resist his idea, but resisting his actions is tantamount to team sabotage. Just telling him you're not sure he knows what he's doing or you doubt that he's going to be helpful to you is enough. Trying to tell him what to do however(when he can think for himself and is the one you're disagreeing with) is wrong and showing that you have no sympathy for what the team needs. I'm not saying Teemo's idea was the best idea for the team, but it looked like it was something that was easy to adapt to given the circumstances for your entire team. I've played a lot of Dota 2 and LoL both, and in Dota 2 in particular, there are much less defined rules about where the supports should go. I'm a lot more familiar with what it's like to be left alone or not left alone, to have someone leeching experience or to not have them leeching experience. I would continue to play the game even if there were a player bothering me, I would just report them afterwards. Wasn't specifically saying I had a problem with the Teemo, was just saying IF I DID that I wouldn't handle it the way NB did.
: No we can't. Because it's hypocritical of the community to go after a streamer because they did exactly what every single player would have done which is report someone you think is trolling. Okay, so I clicked this out of curiosity.. It wasn't until I was 8 mins in that I realized it's over an hour long. What in the hell did I just click.
: The whole hate on NB3 from the community is sickening
Many of us couldn't care less about the report situation, what we're bothered by is him blatantly AFKing in the match, and being toxic. It doesn't matter what your team is doing, it doesn't give you the go ahead to break other rules. I see trolling players quite often, yet I still keep playing the game. I don't flame them, I don't AFK, I don't threaten them - I continue to play in accoradance with the rules, and submit a report for the at-fault player after the game. If you run it down my lane(Most often mid), it's going to bother me - But I'm still going to keep playing. I might change my strategy and attempt to snag some jungle camps or farm elsewhere, I might start focusing on taking some other lane, etc - But I keep playing. After the game, I report you because you're in the wrong and deserve punishment. If the same situation happens, and I instead sit in base flaming you and threatening you, rather than playing the game - We both deserve punishment after the game, as we both were in the wrong and breaking rules. Plenty of us don't really care what happened to the other player - It's not our place to say if his 'Strategy' is wrong or not(Nor do I care about discussing it.). What we care about is a well known streamer being Green-lit to break rules that the rest of the community would be punished for.
: Is hecarim ever going to get counterplay to his E
I love using Diana's E and sometimes flash right as he hits me. The pull from my E, plus the dash from his E, sends him way further through me than he intended. Combine it with flash and I can end up a looong way away from him and end up being pushed in the opposite direction of where he intended. It's actually pretty fun to be honest. That said, it'd be nice if my E(Or other abilities for other champs.. I really only play diana.) actually stopped the damage/knockback, similar to how it does if I time it properly during Pantheon's stun, or Lee's Q - But I can see why it doesn't. It's just an enhanced autoattack with a bunch of speed boost added to it basically, instead of an actual "Ability" like the others I mentioned. Though it does specifically say he dashes to the target of his next auto, so that makes it sound as though I should be able to interrupt the dash. In the end it doesn't bother me much, as it interacts with my E in a satisfactory way - Even if not 100% ideal. But I could see how it would be bothersome for other champs, as I've seen him do things like dash through Veigar's cage and hit him before being stunned even though he was stunned in the middle of the dash.
: Riot Needs To Unban Accounts Or...
Wanna make a difference? Get a link to the recording of him AFKing/Being toxic, and manually send in a ticket to report it. Don't post on the boards about it - Rioters have all but abandoned the boards these days. If everyone who is upset about it is sending them tickets to manually report, WITH video evidence, they're gonna have a hard time ignoring it. It might not make a difference, but it's definitely the proper way to go about it.
: I don't understand how banrates work..
Banrates are figured based on the percentage of games they're banned in. Not the percent of bans that are used on them(Which would top out at 20% if they got double banned 100% of the time). So if they're banned in 56 games out of 100(Even if they were double banned in some), they're considered to be a 56% ban rate.
: it happens to a lot of champions unless the ult is going on cd then its a bug but other than many different champions with a point and click ult have this where if they go out of vision the animation still goes off but nothing happens but it doesnt go on cd after all of it such as Darius ult and Garen ult i have expirence this with where they would flash away mid animation over a wall and my r would not go off but the animation and audio would still
Their ults don't have a slight channel on them like his does. So they don't go on cooldown. His has that channel you can break, which puts it on cooldown. If he's started channeling it, the CD is triggered. Breaking his line of sight breaks the channel. Not considered to be a bug, just how it's programmed. Gives it a slight bit of counterplay in some situations.
SIayton (NA)
: Morde ult bush cancel bug.
It's actually not considered to be a bug. Breaking line of sight with him during the channel is a way to counter it. Works the same if you go untargetable(Zhonyas, Fizz E, etc) from what I understand.
: Laning against him is simply the most un-fun thing in the game, REGARDLESS of his balance state. Almost every single micro-decision in the lane is dictated by the Yasuo's movements and uptime. You are constantly reacting to the non-stop dashing, passive shield uptime, and uptime of his Q3. It's like playing a different, more tedious video game. Is it winnable? Of course. However, the point is the experience is just SO awful you don't even want to be there in the first place. I don't think he's broken, I would just rather eat rusty nails than play a match against him.
This is exactly how I feel. 3-4 seasons in a row(As long as they've done the season recap thing) He's been my most beaten champ, most killed champ(And most killed by champ), etc. It's not that I can't beat him - Diana v Yasuo isn't that hard to win. The problem is that it literally isn't fun. He has zero downtime, there's no window where I can safely go CS without him chunking me. His only windows are defensive windows - Sometimes his Defenses are down and you have that small bit of time without them. The unfun part is the fact that he has zero OFFENSIVE windows - His attacks are always ready, you can't just say "Okay, he used that and can't chunk me for the next 8 seconds" like you can with basically every other champion.
Acis (EUW)
: How do you get an S rating on Diana?
As a Diana 1-trick who gets S games probably 1/3 of the time... CS A lot. Find a side lane and shove the hell out of it. Eat towers. Ward a lot. Secure Neutral objectives. She's one of those champs that gets a lot of kills on average, so kills aren't the best way to get the S with her. Also, I've had great luck playing her botlane carry with a hard engage support and playing SUPER SUPER safe until 6, then hard winning. I've gotten lots of S's from doing so.
: why opgg shouldn't exist
The opponent can't do so, as they don't know they're facing you until the game starts. Your teammates aren't going to do so, as that would be counterproductive to their own chances to win. Kinda seems like a pointless complaint realistically.
: Cho ult and Tahm shield
True damage doesn't ignore shields. The icon just shows that his health is low enough, but it doesn't account for shielding. If you had eaten him before his shield it would have finished him, but activating the shield makes that absorb your damage and protect him. Same reason I save my W as Diana when fighting Cho. Popping it at just the right moment can dump on his ability to eat you.
Xarben (NA)
: Blue essence changes
You can't get less than 810 BE(If breaking down shards) per capsule past level 30. Just plain can't, doesn't work that way, won't happen. Now that I've moved past that part though.. This system is technically still extremely close/often MORE profitable than the old system. The number of games played compared to the rewarded essence is just about the same as the old system, except you get it in chunks as you level up rather than after each game. It might not feel as immediately rewarding as the old system did, but it does even out to just about the same earned currency in both systems. It'd be nice to have a little boost(Even +10 BE every time you win, +5 every loss - Something tiny that still feels like progress), but overall that would just make it feel better for times like I had recently, where I landed at 6292 BE after levelling up but really wanted a 6300 champion. Edit - And it's actually more rewarding than the old system if you use the shards for champions you don't own but want to purchase. It allows you to save some essence on them that we didn't used to be able to do. This is a big factor into it having a chance at being more rewarding than the old way. If you never purchase any of them through this manner(Potentially saving a lot of BE over time) then you end up pretty well even with the old system(Depending on games played per day, I don't know the exact numbers these days but I've seen the math many times over the last couple years).
: Hourglass, why I am over it
It does drive me pretty nuts that lategame I can dive someone(As a Diana 1-trick) and they'll use hourglass - Which denies my burst, usually denies my R reset, and often leaves me standing there like a goon waiting to die(Diana things. No way back out especially without that R reset)... Which is fine, they outplayed me - I die. Except then when I next revive and run into them it's inevitably ready to be used again to make the same play every time they encounter me. I don't feel it's broken or needs to be removed or anything, but I do dislike that it's available as often as it is. It also bothers me that my team can be Vlad top/Diana Mid/Eve jungle/Ezreal bot/Brand support, yet the enemy Mages still build Zhonya's first or second item without being very gimped by rushing armor into an all Magic Damage team. It's a great item, but I really would like to see it be SLIGHTLY more niche, rather than being damn near mandatory for the majority of AP users in the game.
: I'm not saying you have to be a higher skill level, of course you do, I'm saying you have to be at least two skill brackets ahead to consistently carry your team without just getting lucky with teammates. While I'm sure the occasional game in Silver+ you have coinflip bots, feeders, or smurfs, it's not uncommon to have multiple of them in a single bronze game. I would not be mad if you had to be silver skill level to get out of Bronze, I'm mad you have to be at least Gold skill level to carry out of bronze. I'm fairly confident in saying anyone who can get out of bronze could hold their own in a gold game, and it's just a matter playing enough games in silver and not getting dicked over with teammates to do so. The skill it takes to get out of bronze is about the skill it takes to play consistently in gold.
But that's still not true. Take a glance at my OP.GG - This is my main account(I have plenty of alternates, but this is the one I used from day 1 of me playing). I've ended every season except last season, as Silver 2-5. It was only last season that I finally started playing well enough to progress up into gold. Even in the earlier seasons I never once spent more than 15-20 games to climb out of bronze after placements - I was placed B4 after a 2-8 Placement a couple years ago, and carried myself straight back out to low silver - Where I remained stuck as I had every season previously. I'm not just a special case, or think that I'm particularly good - I'm just your average Die-hard Diana main with okay game knowledge. The games can be hard to carry sometimes, yes, but that's the point - If they're too hard to carry, then you're where you should be. That's just how it works. Side tip - Farming and Warding are the biggest problems I see in those few games when I land down there. Double digit CS in every role@20, with single digit vision scores. Ignoring the nonsense everyone else is up to while focusing objectives, CS, and Vision is a wonderful start for climbing out of bronze. When I'm down there I literally ignore my team almost entirely. I ask my Jungle to ignore my lane(And get the other two ahead instead), and I focus on just winning my lane as hard as I can. CS Lead, solid vision, pushing down their tower for first turret, etc - I literally go one track mind and just focus on which inhibitor I want or whatever, and every play I make moves me towards it. The teammates up to their nonsense and fights aren't making the right plays, so they shouldn't be the focus.
: I like to think you wrote this thinking this proves him wrong, but you're proving his point. People like you, who are actual gold, play in bronze to level up. I, an actual bronze player, have to play against you, and lose. Because you're gold and I'm bronze. Not because I'm not trying hard enough, because you're a skill bracket ahead of me. It's like a middle-school team playing a college team, and when the middle school team loses, you say "stop blaming other people, just be better and you could have beat us." And you're not the only one who does this, a lot, I'd almost go as far to say the majority of high-elo players, smurf at some point or another. And a poor team of actual bronze has to play against a team with at least one smurf, I'd say statistically half the time. That's not based on actual numbers, but my experience in Bronze. I'd essentially have to reach gold-level skill to reliably beat most of the "bronze" teams with smurfs and get out of bronze. And people do do that, I'm not saying it's impossible. I'm saying it hurts newer players, and turns a lot of casual players off from playing ranked. You know the reason you're never been in bronze for more than 5-6 games on your smurfs? Because you're not bronze-level skill. You're gold. So your "experience" in bronze elo is kinda not relevant at all.
But that's the entire point.. If you're NOT Bronze skill level, you'll climb out of bronze. If you ARE Bronze skill level, you're right where you should be, by being there. There's no reason someone with a bronze skill level should be climbing above bronze. You're not kept down by smurfs, nor am I Intentionally playing in bronze to level up - I'm just passing through after a bad set of placements. If you're a higher skill level, you'll climb out. You SHOULD need to be a higher skill level to reliably carry games in any skill bracket, that's the point. If you're in the bracket where you belong you SHOULD have trouble and have to grind to advance - That's called improving. When you're higher skill, you climb through whereas when you've reached your own skill level you'll plateau/slow down and struggle more. That's what rank is.

: wtf is the point of bronze?
Personally I've never been in bronze for more than 5-6 games at the start of the season after placements. Stop blaming everyone else and matchmaking and coming up with all of these crazy theories. Either you're better than the rank you're in, and you climb - Or you're not, and you don't. Stop with the conspiracies about riot "Fucking people over" - Bad games happen to everyone, on both sides of the map, from time to time. You'll climb if you're good enough to do so. I've taken 4? 5? Accounts up to gold so far this season, and every single one of them I blew through bronze with no problem at all. Carried 4v5's, Carried games with hard feeding teammates(With 20+ deaths each) - If you don't belong there, you'll climb.
: "We need more vision!" *pings support's vision item*
More often than not, I've got a similar vision score to the support(As midlaner) - But the team member complaining about no vision is almost always the one with the single digit vision score at 30 mins. Had an ADC the other day with 0 vision score@41 mins. I just don't understand how that can happen. Is your 4 button broken or something?
: You said it yourself, the players can't control themselves or act civilized. There needs to be a more permanent solution to the problem. Filtering is the first step to that. Inaction is not the best solution to this.
They're not inactive. Go ruin some games, get some reports. You'll see pretty quickly the action they take. Make a new account and level it up to 25. From Level 7 to Level 25, or so, the games are absolute filth(In the smurf queue) due to all of the banned players who are on their umpteenth account. It cleans up real nicely by level 25 or so, though, as they've been banned yet again by then. There's no way to just "Stop the use of inappropriate language". It just doesn't work that way. You can't control people. It's up to them to control themselves. You CAN punish them for their lack of control though, which Riot does quite handily.
: lack of warning for shutdown
I noticed that as well. I checked the "Alert" notification, and it just said that Ranked was down until 5:00 PDT. Then randomly got disconnected during an ARAM, checked the notification again and it's suddenly changed to "The game is unavailable until 5:00 PDT". So it's not just you.

: Lets talk about Khada Jhin.. seriously.
I have nothing constructive to add(Sorry) - But rest assured that your apology at the end isn't necessary at all. Your grammar/spelling are exponentially better than half of the threads I've looked through today, and most of them are native English speakers in the NA region.
: It's Riot's job to create a better environment that puts no one with mental health issues at risk.
It's Riot's job to make an entertaining video game. Period. They aren't even obligated to clean up the immature/toxic players, though they do what they can to do that as well. The shit environment is created by players who can't control themselves or act like civilized people, not Riot. It's impossible to just "Block every possible offensive word" or whatever other blanket solution can be thought of - It's just not realistic. The problem is fixed by players not acting like total turds, not by Riot being oppressive overlords that censor every other word. Foul language is more than acceptable - I've seen several threads on the front page today that have "Fuck" or other such language in the titles. People can express themselves using whatever language they'd like. It's how they use it that is the problem. "They're coming, run into the tower and kill yourself for execute, hurry" - Perfectly acceptable, using "banned words". "You're trash, go kill yourself" - 100% unacceptable, using the same "banned words". You can't just block words, whether for the example I've given or for the fact that the internet will always come up with other ways to spell it/new terms to use. Other than the extreme cases such as Homophobic/Racial slurs, no words are just plain not allowed. It's about how they're used. It's the players who use them, not Riot. It's up to the player base to stop acting like morons if they want the community/environment of the game to improve. Riot clears them out using the report system as best as they can, but until the players screaming at everyone decide to grow up, the problem won't go away. Want a better community? Be part of it. The only reason these players "wonder why they got banned" is because they're hotheads who can't control themselves in a video game. It has nothing to do with Riot, or the game system. People with mental health issues aren't "At risk" by any fault of Riot. If you're bothered by toxic players - EVERY player has the ability to mute those who bother them. If you can't control yourself, EVERY player has the option to bug off and go play a single player game where they don't have to worry about their "Mental Health Issues" getting them banned. Acting like a jackass will get you banned in almost any internet community/game, kicked out of almost any real life club/team/activity, fired from almost any job, kicked out of almost any class. These people know better than to walk down the street screaming at every person they meet. They know better than to walk up to some 80 year old woman yelling that she's trash and should kill herself. There's no reason they shouldn't know better in a game as well. It's their responsibility to grow the hell up and learn some maturity, Riot can't do it for them.
: It's been several colors over the years XD I retired from moderating like a year ago but I'm still around, and have the Specialist role on Player Behavior.
Ah, okay :) Just had to make sure I wasn't crazy. Or at least not crazy for that reason.
: Bois dont you love it when they take yur penta and you flame so you get a ban
No reason to flame even if they blatantly stole it - Though more often than not it's not an intentional "Pentasteal". It happens - Smile that you got a Quadra/Aced the enemy team and move on. Flaming over it is a really immature reaction.
: Honestly sounds like a redundant mechanic, since you can simply trade back to the one you rerolled if you don't actually want the new one.
Totally off topic, but weren't you some form of Boards Moderator or something at some point? Could have sworn your name used to be green(Or maybe blue? I'm not sure. Blame my colorblindness rather than my memory ;x)
: Option to Re-roll your Champ into the Pool in ARAM.
Personally I just reroll and immediately click the champion that I used to have. There's no cooldown on changing champions when you reroll, only when you select one from the pool. It's not perfect, but it works. Even on a potato PC I've never lost my preferred champion to someone else doing it this way. It'd be nifty to have a 'Add Reroll to Team Pool" option, but it's not particularly necessary enough to ever see it as any form of priority for Riot.

: Fid is actually a trash champ. He needs buffs.
This post is 8 months old... And he's due to get reworked, so he'll get some improvements there I'm sure.
: What's your Pottermore/Trials house?
Ravenclaw/Faceless, having taken both quizzes.
: I think Riot should
It's not Riot's job to raise a reasonable human being. You can(And I literally have) get verbal assault charges - REAL CRIMINAL CHARGES - In certain states(In the US) for being far less unruly than people are here. The way people act it just makes me feel like they must stand in line at the store spinning in circles yelling "Fuck you you're garbage!" to every other person around them. There's no reason to be a total jackwagon to people. It doesn't make them play better, and more often than not it makes you BOTH play worse because you're focused on typing. Be a mature person, don't act like a jackwagon, and you'll be fine. There's no need for a 'list of what not to say' - If you're not going to say it to your Grandma you probably shouldn't be yelling it at some random person. Edit - And your example of "KYS" is terrible. It should be basic knowledge that you don't tell people to kill themselves. People have gotten Murder/Manslaughter charges over encouraging people to kill themselves, when those people actually did so. Don't be an immature asshat and you won't have any problems.

I'm upset with you for posting this. Now here I sit watching through all the mixes for the millionth time. Damn you. :)
: PSA: Twitch's Ult Can Be Dodged
It doesn't technically make it a "Sklillshot"(As a skillshot by nature is something you have to aim - he can't aim to the left of you and miss.), but you're correct that it does indeed turn it into a Point+Click line, similar to Lucian's Q. If you're fast enough, you can indeed dodge to the side to avoid the damage. You'll need crazy fast movement/some form of dash or blink, but it's possible. Works out similar to Diana's ult. Once he clicks you, if you don't move - It's hitting you. If you move a little - It's hitting you. But if you flash/dash/blink/whatever to the side while that projectile(Or Diana) is in mid air, it can indeed miss you.

: why do people buy early access games?
Personally - Because I often get a good deal on a game that I enjoy. If I can enjoy it in it's current state there's no real reason for me to be worried about anything else. Then again, I grew up playing games where you paid for them and that was that. You got what you bought. No updates, no patches, no new content, no DLC - You just bought it and got what you got. My best Early Access was probably Mount&Blade. Bought it years and years ago for something like $3.50-$4, and it's been consistently updated over the years as well as the price increasing over time(Though, it's back down to about $10 now, but I saw it as high as $24 or so a few years back.) Even if they had never updated it past when I bought it, I greatly enjoyed it from day 1 onward. The updates over the years only made it better. While I'd never pay full price($20+) for one of the Early Access games on Steam filled with crappy reviews, unsatisfied customers, and lack of content, I'll gladly pay $5-15 for an early access game that looks fun enough to be worth the price. If they continue to update it, awesome. If not, I got what I paid for and enjoyed it along the way. I mean hell, I pay $10 per skin on something like League and honestly don't even notice the skin in game 99% of the time(Basically loading screens and the first 15s in the fountain. Past that I'm paying attention to the game itself). $10 for a game that I can enjoy for a few hours is perfectly reasonable. Technically a better deal than going out and paying $10 for a movie, or to go bowling - And I can bring my own snacks and drinks to an early access game. :P
: I dont have azir, gragas, jhin or ziggs, but theyre in my champ select?
Those champions aren't marked as free for the week, so the other responses aren't particularly accurate. If they were free they'd have the little lock icon on the top right of them(Like Rek'Sai in the image). Not sure what would cause that. Are you positive you didn't unlock them at some point and just don't remember it?

: I was wrongfully permabanned. Can It be reversed?
Exact same thing happened to me last week.(Literally, 5 games that weren't me.) - I contacted Riot Support and was able to get it cleared up. Account was unbanned, no honor loss, etc. Simply had to provide a few details to prove my ownership. Took about 3 days worth of waiting/responding. They were super helpful, and it was very easy to get taken care of. Side Note - Change the password for the email your account is attached to. That's how mine was accessed, the Email address had been compromised. Support was also able to change the registered email address to a new one for me.

Apologies. It's been a long day. I thought you were basically saying "Darius/Nasus, who else?", rather than referencing them in the way you were.

: Morde's rework begs the question...
As far as I'm aware there is only one "Death Realm" and they're just all sent to it but can only fight their own target. A friend played Morde vs Morde on PBE and said that if they both ulted someone they would "Share" the realm but could only attack their own target. This isn't first hand experience, so I COULD be wrong - But this is what I was told.
