Mine's Kara!" _The hyper energetic yordle replied._ "O-Oh, and while you're at it, can you tell me what land this is? I'm kinda lost." The Wanderer had been quite surprised at the positive response from the Yordle woman that stood before him. The friendliness wasn’t all too uncommon, especially for natives of the land. Though the thought that had been jungle in Yasuo’s head had been if she was a native of Ionia- the weapon told multiple stories at once, with the color of the blade to it’s design and multi-part options. Then again, someone who would just show all of that off… The possibility of her being hostile seemed fairly low. For a moment, the wildly bubbly personality she seemed to show off managed to crack his stern, analytical stare. Looking back down to the hilt he gripped, he gave a small sigh before moving back to his feet and shifting over to the Yordle. This time, his hand was only occupied by the canteen. “I wouldn’t say that, seems like your spear can do a lot of things.” Taking a swig from the canteen and letting the strength ride down his chest, the Samurai would give a slight nod to her. “You’re in Central Ionia, the mana river. My name is… Yasuo. From Ionia myself. Nice to meet you, Kara.” Scratching his head for a moment before placing the canteen back into it’s usual spot, he seemed more than a bit confused himself as her situation. “Lost? Well we’re more similar than you may think… Where’d you come from? Maybe that can help you track exactly where you’re heading towards.”

It seemed that this trip had called for many questions to be asked, which he didn’t mind. It had been easier to answer most of the questions asked by others instead of the ones he asked himself… though upon reading the letter and raising a brow at the contents again, he simply shook his head, the response already being thought out in his mind. “She’s a strong fighter, with decent spirit… I see her as no more than that. Whether or not memories were lost, she’s weak in a different sense. At that trial she had given up on defending her case, likely haunted by her decisions. But you search for answers and redemption, try to find out what it means to you, not by judgement at the end of another blade. In the end she’s been vital in causing me to raise my own hand in killing those who meant a lot to me… That could be forgiven, not forgotten.” He hadn’t noticed how his visage had changed into a scowl as he moved forward. It showed that the wound was still open from the woman’s actions before, and the Wanderer was okay with it. The pain, as much as he tried to get rid of it, would keep him as sharp as the weapon he wielded.

The dress itself was standard Ionian fare, but noticeably baggier Watching the already odd woman seemingly float to the same platform he stood on with the ease of a spirit, the Wanderer took a slight step back and placed his grip around the hilt of his blade. She still didn’t seem too hostile, nor very dangerous at all really. But her size and weapons told a different story. Though it wasn’t too uncommon to encounter traveler’s from other places who had kept themself aptly prepared in the face of danger. His free hand reaching around to rub the back of his neck, he gave a small sigh at her request to travel along the path with him. “You start by setting up childish tricks in my home, and now you wish to tag along with me… I’ve got a feeling that even if I said no, you’d follow me regardless. Be pretty good at it, too.” Taking the time out to inspect what she had armed herself with in case the worst arose, it was nothing that he hadn’t encountered before. Recognizing the culture that the dress had been from, a bit of curiosity had touched his mind on the much… heavier nature of the dress. Had there been more weapons underneath? Starting on a slow stroll over the strap and past the woman, Yasuo had already been back at sipping at the alcohol within his canteen. “I haven’t gotten your name yet, despite the request. Care to share?”

: You have not tasted my product, dear wanderer. But I know you were there that fateful day. Tell me, when you saw the flesh slough off the bones of your countrymen, your fellow students, what did you feel? Anger perhaps? You have not sought me out which has disappointed me greatly; you are a much fascinating subject — a beautiful but flawed creation that requires a guiding touch of the maker to fix what's broken and restore purpose. While most letters had the same sort of ragged look after traversing whatever distance to make it’s way to the Wanderer, there were some he didn’t want to touch. Those with an aura that just seemed...off. This was the case with another letter that nearly collided with him like the last one did had he not caught it from it’s course. The contents weren’t as lighthearted as the previous letter and the thoughts it had provoked were.. Infuriating, to say the least. Though the way the Ionian harnessed emotions at this point in his life had been more through his blade than expression, throwing in a mixture of a good drink from time to time never failed to soothe the stress. What plagued him even more is that he was far too correct on his recollection of the event, and surprisingly effective with the taunt. If his travels had brought him onto the path of the Mad Scientist, he wouldn’t hesitate to rid the world of the toxicity caused by both the chemicals and the user. Perhaps a trip to Zaun would be in store to give a formal response with the business end of his weapon. > That was such a cool post, dawg. The dialogue you use is magnificent for him. Hopefully I can deliver something similar!

Have you seen her work on the field since last time you two encountered? > > > -James Over the course of many travels, the Wanderer had learned that as much as the wind could lead your path figuratively, it could also quite literally direct and bring you to new avenues in your adventure. Ionia was quite different in that aspect, knowing that everywhere you step, everything you touch has a history… It may very well and probably live just like him. He had pondered this when a piece of parchment had collided with his right shoulder. Fortunate it happened that way, otherwise it might have been torn across his armored side. Gripping it gently between rough fingers, Yasuo had scanned across what didn’t seem like normal- if at all, Ionian handwriting. Legible nonetheless, it was an interesting question that this James had asked. Placing the letter in his modestly sized travel pack and continuing the travel he’d now shift his thoughts to Riven. ‘’I’ve seen her, plenty of times. Was there for her trial as well as when she was relieved of her crimes. The Riven that leads an Ox through fields each day, and the Riven that has killed many are two different people… I’d be lying if I were to say there aren’t any wounds that are still healing both in me, and Ionia. She’s still tough, regardless of the tattered farming cloth. S’pose if I had to come to any conclusion about it, it’s that I wish her the best in placing the life she lived before behind her. I’m doing the same. Plus, that would be saying women who farm aren’t tough. I’ve gotten some of my most memorable beatings from the women around Ionia.’ A slight smirk tugged at the edge of his lips when the vivid memories actually appeared, then thinking back to how he would respond to the letter physically. He was no scholar, and the saying ‘The pen is mightier than the Sword’ rung true until you were actually in front of a sword. Eventually he’d come across a place he could write. Until then, he’d try his best to remember the response.
