: Lucian takes W as first skill and uses it to get the Mana Band proc in lane in a way that it's almost imposible to dodge unlike when he has to proc it with Q that is easier to play around. Nerfing his W dmg and increasing it's mana cost isn't a random nerf, it's a really well thought nerf.
