Why let certain champions exist for the sole purpose of ruining someones experience top lane? {{champion:150}} {{champion:74}} {{champion:85}} {{champion:17}} {{champion:133}} FFS I play a ranged top laner {{champion:8}} and I agree. The only difference is that Vlad is super weak early, and only wins early if people are horrible at spacing or build extremely poorly without pressuring him. On most top laners you can build boots+phage or MR and right click him to death. Vlad at least allows you to interact with him, and loses 20% of his hp if he doesn't on a 30 CD, making it easy to punish him.

: You have to take her other spells into account. Her passive gave her baseline AP, meaning her spells hurt more early on than those two. She also has her ult available to her early on, giving her more power.
Doesnt help her when enemy reach lv6 and learn ultimate while she still stucked with basic abilities. The only reason she suck because she hadn't real ulti and double mantra were weaker than real ulti and her basic ability were weaker than any real abilities. Traditional karma should be feel good when uses her abilities without mantra.

: I still stand my affirmation that her abilities have above average numbers. Annie is an example of a burst Mage with only 2 base abilities that can deal Damage, of course they would be higher in damage than usual. And just by checking all the Shields in the game, you can see Karma's Shield is way more powerful than most of them. If you take into account only those that can be used on allies, then she beats all of them in raw numbers. And I feel like you completely ignore the fact that her Base Abilities are supposed to be weaker since she has her spammable Ultimate from level 1. Just look at current Karma and tell me her numbers aren't very low (imo, Old Karma had way higher numbers than current Karma).
Then what is the point to play her ? If every things are weaker than another champions

Q: 70-270 (+60% AP) (Close range, spammable, almost guaranteed AoE attack) W: 80-305 (+70% AP) (Almost always used for its Utility, but it could deal a ton of damage if you had a frontline). E: 80-280 (+80% AP) (One of the best shields ever been in the game that can also be placed on allies). Besides her W (which was one of the main reasons she was reworked imo), her base kit was reliable and with above average numbers.
Q- Incinerate: 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 + (+ 75% AP) W: No similar skill E - Eye of the Storm: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+70% AP) + Bonus AD 14 / 23 / 32 / 41 / 50 (+10%AP) Make it clear. Her base ability bad due 6 level instead of 5 (like Q number) Her base ability hasnt trademark. Janna shield only weaker 40 +10% AP but she gave free BF instead.
