My main problem with this is that each of the cards would essentially create a new champion, which would confuse new and old players alike. I feel like this would be a great addition if riot decides to stop creating new champions for a while, and over time these cards would be added maybe one per patch so that they could reuse past champion mechanics in unique ways. The other problem with this is that while the champions should have to look visibly different to indicate these ability changes, it would be very difficult to do so for every skin on a champion like persay Annie.

Just making sure, but clairvoyance would be available outside of unsealed spellbook and would still retain its 60 second cooldown, correct? Also I find it funny that it is the only summoner spell being nerfed. Personally I used it as a tool to ensure that the botlane always knew when the enemy jungler was about to gank bot. I would be fine with its nerf as long as its at least the range of Twisted Fates ult's second cast (5500 units) Actually while im typing this, is clairvoyance actually going to be a Quinn w that reveals traps and wards? I personally much preferred the previous one, though I can see how your new version makes more sense in the game. In general, can you add a cooldown for each summoner spell in their description?

I feel that mastery ranks 1-5 show your knowledge of the champion, while mastery ranks 6-7 show that you are capable of hard carrying a game in the right circumstances, or atleast not dying when you are ahead.
: Duskblade procs every second and grants Lethality and CDR to boost ult damage. Space BT only gives 5% lifesteal. Malphite just isn't supposed to be ulting unless at least 1 Yasuo ult is up. It's all about coordination here, or at least the Malphite player himself tracking cooldowns. This is why I emphasize that the majority of the success in this run falls on the Malphite's decision making. Good Malphites can clear the majority of the map with a single ult and keep mobs from being relevant at all during the Kayn fight. Other times you just end up running around frantically because Malphite solo ulted an enemy or he ulted into a stray tornado that interrupted his ult and put it on full cooldown. --- Blue and red mobs you just focus down, interrupting their attacks with tornadoes as 4 until Malphite brings a cluster over to spawn tornadoes with. (Also noone in this game mode oneshots blue mobs with 2 augments other than Satchel Ziggs, which has quite the cooldown) --- I've ran this numerous times though and literally just finished another run. I've had plenty of unsuccessful runs but most of those can be attributed to either a bad Malphite or overall unskilled players dying far too often to easily avoidable attacks. No matter how you build or what strat you run, skill is still the biggest factor.
Duskblade does proc every second, but not on the last boss fight. I think its because they designated the entire last stage as being in "Kayn's vision" while the other stages were not.

In season 4 you could afford to die like 3 times before becoming way weaker, now 1 kill is too much unless you are playing something overbuffed by the balance team.

The Aatrox rework is WORD FOR WORD what the community clamored for, but when it came out all the silent Aatrox "fans" came out against it. The support role has changed to be so much more fulfilling now to be attractive to all players and that's because of the community. They are listening. Brand has decently long cast times, and cc doesn't interupt normal spell casts. With fizz, I'm pretty sure he dodged the fear. I think the fear is a projectile that can be blocked by windwall too.

Rip Clairvoyance, I used that a lot midlane to stop my team from feeding in low elo when playing champions with low kill/getkilled potential, especially to its ridiculously low cd. Can I have it back plz rito?

I had a problem with old Zac. And new Zac. Give me my vision back, I like playing against junglers with counter play, not champions who gank from further away than invisibility champions. I do think I prefered playing against old Zac's burst tank than the current CC nightmare though, so I'm fine with your change lol.

: Just an idea, could you add a new metric to post-game stats? the team damage share over team gold share. This would tell an adc that with 35% of the gold, they are doing 25% of the damage, and perhaps they need to step it up. Or perhaps a high damage support gets 15% of the gold and does 25% of the damage, and they can feel good about their performance. I know we can technically calculate this, but I think this metric would mean more in any length game that just damage to champs.
Still waiting on a Damage Shielded statistic, that one can't be hard can it?

I faintly recall some mention of this before. It could have been around the time they introduced the starting homeguard buff to make the game start faster. ARAM and Twisted Treeline changes are always listed after all the other changes, so maybe you missed it.

Yeah I never rushed {{item:3003}} on mana based champions anyway, figured that you generally want an ability on your items rather than a lackluster amount of ap when compared to {{item:3089}}, though apparently it was less lackluster than I had known.
: Aside for the Kai'sa nerfs, I am pretty underwhelmed by this patch as a whole. An unneeded "Bugfix" on the gems, an underwhelming Varus skin (I say because I prefer his other skins), and some Croma's for a skin that won't see play (because I never see Rumble). The Lisandra buffs are nice but I don't think we will see her. As for Ryze, I am just waiting on his inevitable rework. Here is hoping next patch will be a more interesting one.

You know, that argument for nerfing Q makes a lot of sense. Leaving his poke but taking away some of his ability to kill the opponent, though I don't think it will be enough to make him not too powerful.

Too much vision available in the game leads to very stale playstyles and the issue we have right now of stealth champs being overpowered because they can avoid abundant vision. Setting up a trap in a bush should be a playstyle rewarded with good execution, not squandered efforts because you can just trinket from a safe distance.
You just down-talked your own argument. Sweeping Lens clears wards, leading to less vision, and is also a form of vision stealth champions can't avoid. Also on the vision changes, I know its been a while, but rip Sightstone and stealth wards. When the enemy jungle is camping mid sometimes you need to have a way to get vision so you can farm safely at the cost of some immediate gold, but without stealth wards there is no way to protect yourself from a camp aside from staying under tower and hoping Zac doesn't jump on you anyway. And vision wards can be next to useless in that scenario, because while vision wards protect you one time, stealth wards protect you for a set amount of time, which is much more useful when you know he is going to come upwards of 3 times in the next 3 minutes to come for you.

Refreshing Mana is useless in elos above gold cuz no one would let you pick him out before a teamfight. Vayne scales late? he is a mid game champion now. And that is a bad example cuz you are comparing mid lane to bot lane.
@DuskDaUmbreon Manaflow Band used to be good on champions with high cooldown high mana cost spells with high impact like Blitzcrank and Brand, now its good on champions who can consistantly land skillshots, like Ezreal or... Brand. Okay its worse on Blitzcrank and Zed (the spell refund worked with energy pretty sure), not just possibly Azir.

: You had a bad game. You tried your best but you just couldn't do it. It happens to everyone once in a while but it still sucks, nobody likes losing. Also your teammates kept asking you to stop feeding, as if you were doing it on purpose to begin with. You were playing bad before, but now you can't help but play even worse because it feels like you're on a 1v9. You feel pressured to take risks and make plays to compensate for your early mistakes, but end up screwing up even more. Eventually you see an opportunity to finally get a kill to help your team and make up for everything, but it goes south and you die instead. The enemy allchats "?", and your team is now convinced you're trolling. At the end of the game, as you are looking at 5 people flashing masteries while dancing around your nexus exploding and knowing it was because your best still wasn't enough, somebody on your team says "report X plz gg". Somebody on the enemy team says "gg ez pz thought it was coop". You walk way from the PC, get a glass of water and calm down, comforting yourself now at least that horrible experience was over. But as you sit down again you are greeted with a message from Rito saying "lol u suck don't play anymore until u git gud (somehow) kthnxbye oh btw ur banned lmao" Good idea. {{sticker:slayer-jinx-catface}}
Im pretty sure that people would report said person for intentionally feeding the enemy team in that case, not for playing badly, but just adding an extra button for playing badly that actually doesnt have an affect (even if it used to) would help seperate games where people were playing badly and games where people were actually intentionally feeding and hopefully stop that person from being banned. I just posted this after a particularly bad game where i had a particularly bad teammate and i just wanted the placebo affect

I didnt realize that it did do something, because whenever you reported someone for being bad it would say "being bad at the game is not a reportable offense in league of legends" or something like that, but it would help me recover from a particularly salty game.
