: Would you rather have Evelynn as your teams jungler or Shyvana and why?
Shyvana, Evelynn got nerfed, her WR dropped below 50%, Shyvana didn't get touched and remained high tier

: Permabanned. So stupid. I'm out of here.
My advice? Stop playing this game. The community is terrible, and Riot's management of toxic players is just as bad. Tbh there isn't much Riot gets right these days, so we're probably all better off playing something else anyway.
: Im just pissed ADCs have abused Relic Shield to the point that Riot thinks the best option is to delete everything we love about the item line instead of locking it down to melees only.
If Riot has proven anything, its that they almost never choose the correct buff or nerf, they always try to do something that sorta works but also sorta doesn't and just makes things more annoying for everyone in the long run. In short, they suck at managing their own game.
: Asking for Champion Buffs...
It doesn't matter what players ask for, Riot doesn't give a damn about how their players feel as long as they keep playing and keep making them money. The only way to change how Rito does things would be for a significant percentage of players to just stop playing and boycott the game, but that'll never happen.

: > {{champion:102}} is currently sitting at a 52-53% win rate: Is that supposed to be bad...? Shyvana is one of the top tier junglers right now.
Agreed, most lol streamers have her ranked as tier one for diamond and below. Her ability to just farm up early and become unstoppable in the mid-game is extremely powerful in the current meta where the mid-game is very important. She also isn't countered by the other top tier junglers, them being kha, ww, xin, etc.
: Is Botlane too coinflip?
I and many pro players agree with you that bot lane is too strong at the moment. Vayne is getting nerfed next patch, as well as the healing on relic shield/targon's for ranged champions. However, Twitch, Tristana, and Xayah will continue to be very strong picks, and Jinx may even join the mix with the buffs she's getting, so I see no end to the adc meta in the near future.

: sooo any chance on a kled nerf soon?
Probably not, he's at the 20th highest wr in top lane rn (about 50%), which is honestly right where he should be. There are some parts of his kit that are strong, and some parts that are weak, but he is by no means one of the problem champions that the game has many of right now.
: while there are certainly champions that can make you climb if learned learning a champion, in the long run, will make you climb better why? because if you can make them work when off meta/not as strong then you will be an absolute monster when in meta because you will win more if you play something that you enjoy and are willing to put the time into because you wont tilt as hard if you do bad because you are having fun (my opinion) being a meta slave probably makes the difference in high elo but where i have been anything can work if someone is good enough hell i just saw a nidalee mid smash a yasuo mid, although we lost that game remember this is a game, not a career, you are here to have fun not to get tilted because you thought that a champion would be freelo

Personal experience as well as the fact that the League of Legends community is world renowned for being one of the worst, if not the worst, gaming community in existence. Obviously not everyone is a troll, but there are way too many, and they've been dragging the reputation of the game down for years. Even if Riot is punishing a significant amount of these people, since the total number doesn't seem to be going down, evidently the influx of trolls is greater than or equal to the number of trolls getting banned.

: 2018 Ranked Placements Venting post!
I FINISHED GOLD 5 LAST SEASON, WENT 8-2 IN PLACEMENTS, GOT PLACED IN SILVER 2, IM HAPPY AF MUAHAHAHA
: Are we in an early game assassin meta again
The adc role is actually pretty dominant right now. Vayne is blatantly overpowered with the relic shield/overheal setup, her burst damage is much too high, her laning phase too strong, and she scales too fast. Tristana is still a solid, safe pick that scales very well and does solid damage in the mid game and laning phase. Xayah and Twitch are also pretty strong atm. The only good assassins currently are Katarina, Kha'Zix, and kinda blue kayn if you're really good, although red kayn is absolutely the more reliable path to take. Lethality J4 also, if he can be considered an assassin.

Okay then. Good luck with that.
He can wither one person, your team has 5 people on it. If he withers someone on your team, the rest of you can cc him and kite back. This is the reason he will never be good in competitive play, because everyone there knows how to kite effectively. I main Graves, Nasus' wither is a huge counter, but unless he's unreasonably ahead, an e followed by a w is typically enough to ensure my escape.
: Um, Veigar is considered very good atm. He has several keystones that work on him: spellbook, comet, aery (top lane), even phaserush, electrocute , klepto and predator. He gets the best value out of damage keystones since he gains more AP than anyone. He also doesn't give a shit about losing AP from runes, since the best rune choices for him was cooldown and magic pen. The fact that sorcs and void staff got buffs makes him even better than before, and champions are running around without any bonus magic resist early is great for him too. Stopwatch is like the only rune that seems to screw him over early tho.
Most lol analysis websites I've checked have him listed as tier 3 at the best. With nearly 200k experience on him, and him having been one of the champs that helped me climb last season (57% wr), I can attest that he feels weaker now than he did before the rune changes. His early game is about the same strength, but he lost quite a bit of damage, not from runes, but from masteries, that didn't get replaced with the changes. This caused his midgame to feel considerably weaker. I've had games where I was 3-0 early and still felt useless, whereas in previous seasons that would've been enough for me to snowball into a hella strong midgame. This also makes it so it takes him longer to scale. Nomicon, Boots, and Void Staff is no longer enough for him to keep up in damage with the strongest mages right now, Xerath, Malzahar, etc, so there's really no point in playing him over them.
: "Magical Footwear"? More like "Free-Ass Boots"
They have to give the Inspiration tree some strong options, considering its the "weird tree" that not a lot of champions want to go down anyways, especially as their primary. Take Glacial Augment for example. No champion who would want something like that is going to go down inspiration as their primary tree. Most champions go down it as their secondary, and if you took away boots, a lot of champions would be forced into stopwatch and the 5% cdr thing with not really any other options.
: Nasus, Veigar
Nasus is very strong right now, although many would say its his turn considering how long he's been garbage. Nasus does have counterplay in the form of hard cc and kiting, although if he gets more kills than he should in the early game he has a tendency to run away with the game. Nasus could be nerfed atm but I wouldn't go as far to say he's blatantly overpowered. Veigar on the other hand is by no means strong right now. He's sitting at a sub-50% win rate, the lowest its been in a while, and as someone with nearly 200k experience on him, I can attest that he feels pretty weak. The Rune changes took away a lot of his mid-game damage, making it very difficult for him to snowball any early lead, and making it take longer for him to scale if he just farms and follows the progression of the game.
: fix your matchmaking
I looked at your op.gg, and the champions you play are pretty bad in the meta right now, namely Yi, Hec, and Graves. As a Graves main myself I can attest to how difficult it is to climb with him. The easiest way to help yourself climb is to play meta champions. If you're going to play jungle, Kayn is fine albeit difficult, but may I suggest picking up Shyvana and Kha'Zix? Both are top tier right now, especially in the lower elos. You don't have to play meta to climb, it just makes things easier.

: Win Streak...Then a Loss Streak is ranked all about luck?
If you get on a win streak, you're more likely to have bad players on your team in the next few games, it's just how the matchmaking is set up. It's set up to keep everyone at around a 50% win rate. If you win a bunch in a row, the average MMR of your teammates will decrease for the next few games, or the average MMR of your opponents will go up, not sure which, but its one of them. I disagree with this set up riot has, I don't think matchmaking should be set up this way because not all players deserve to have a 50% win rate. Some deserve higher and some deserve lower, but for some reason riot wants everyone to be the same.

: Riot's Matchmaking System Sucks
If you look at my na.op.gg page, you'll see that I have exceptionally high win rates on all the champions that I play the most. The exception is Diana but just ignore that, I used to be a Diana otp but she just fell so far out of the meta that I couldn't win with her anymore so I've stopped playing her for now.
