: Gnar Reveal
Question. Does he have to be in his Mega form to ult? or does it transform him? I could see it as a good gate to have to wait for his temper.
: Why do I suck so much?
Could be a lot of reason! If you want someone to help you out, add me on NA and I'll play with you and try to help you out :)

: [Analysis/Discussion] The Lee Sin Dilemma
Riot says they are aiming for strengths that match their identity, and a meaningful weakness. I think they should choose him as either a Utility jungle, or an early game jungle with really bad late game. For example, Riot could increase the base damages on his abilities but dumpster the ratio's. To remove some of the utility, maybe reduce the slow from his E or the range of the knock back of his kick over anything else. Anybody can play Lee Sin early game. However, late game Lee Sin is all about the "Insec" kick. Nerf that, and his late game is even weaker without touching his early game. (sorry for reiterating a lot of what you said, I did read the post)

: What is Jax's Defining feature in his kit?
I think that's kind of a hard question. I think his overall identity is "gotta attack faster" and beating the crap out of people faster and faster. His Q is signature, but his W is where he draws power. His E is a husk of what his dodge used to be. And the THWUMP of his ult's passive is all to familar from getting beat up in top lane ;-;

: if you nerf the {{item:3153}} that hard lower the cost of its price, its so ridiculous to play over 3200 for that iteam now
It didn't really get nerfed. Like, sure, the active got a bit of power removed, but 8% of current health as damage?! That's a LOT! If anything, it nerfs Zed more, but buffs the ones that used it as DPS like Vayne and Twitch.

: At this point, we are just doing experimental changes to LeBlanc/Kayle and there is a good chance that we will not release those changes for 4.9. To be more specific, I personally believe LeBlanc's damage is a little too high as she has above-average base damage and very-high AP ratio (3.7 ap ratio for a QRWE combo -_-). Changing the Mimic damage is a good direction to try but we are still trying to find a way to balance her tricky / precise burst while making her fair to play against as I mentioned in the OP. For Kayle, it is not the case you are afraid of. There are high strengths of Kayle and she just needs some real weaknesses. Range reduction would be effective but we are still exploring.
I don't think that nerfing her attack range is a good weakness though. Shes' too fragile, and even 50 units closer to enemies puts her in a higher danger zone, especially for what damage she does. How about giving her a Kog-esque weakness? Up the Cooldown on her E, so that she has windows of weakness. When she has her E up 24/7 because of the cooldown, then yeah, it would need something else to add weakness. Or maybe playing around with the mana cost? Early game she is mana hungry, but not so much in the late game. Maybe scaling the mana cost heavier per level? I'd seriously trade either of those for that attack range.

: Spray and Pray was hilarious and clever! Rat-ta-tat-tat is like... well... eh... rat... ha... meh...
How was it clever? Rat-at-tat-tat is more of a Phreak style pun.
: Sion Relaunch Thread!
Edit: Typos Why don't you give him the Yi treatment? AP Master Yi was borderline broken, but the gameplay was really really fun. AD Yi was really good too, but his spells didn't really scale into the late game, much like Sion. Yi was given the 2 styles combined. Why not try to figure something out to combine the 2? Like make the shield scale with AD, and the stun too. Maybe not enough to be ridiculous, but enough to do something. Or instead of his ult lifestealing, it builds a shield that will explode at the end of the duration, or when he triggers it. His Waltz Kit could be: Q: current stun, minor scales with AD, like .5 bonus AD. W: Reminiscent of his current ult, gives him bonus attack speed and movement speed or lifesteal at the cost of mana. E. Same. R: Gains Some steroid, and all damage dealt is formed into a shield, he can trigger it to explode in an AoE at any time dealing damage equal to the shield. I think he would be a pretty fair. He would have mana problems trying to sustain in the lane, but could also exchange pretty well. His ult has counterplay similar to Zed, when he is dealing damage and trying to ult, he can be attacked or exhausted to deal prevent him from dealing damage. Just some ideas. It keeps him on the "Undead monster" while still being playable.He can keep the burst "mage" of AP, while keeping the Undead lifestealing monster of AD.
