It's more about peel. Fizz is no-longer the FOTM tank assassain. But back when he was a tank was not a whole lot safer from him than a squishy. So who peels? CC is great except it wasn't hard for him to escape it and he didn't even need to make it to your back line to wreak havoc. Now yasuo is doing the same thing. He can front line. He has windwall to block CCs. He can drop it, Fervor / Trinity force your tank for a bit, and dash behind the was the instant someone casts a CC. CC does not stop a tank assassain in its prime patches.

Sheen doesn't need to be AP. Split damage in lane vs something that tries to build an abyssal... Just during laning can actually be kind of a boon. It's a niche item. Most AP things don't also focus on autos for a reason. If you started to see lots of mages using it again I would actually be very concerned that it was broken powerful.

The less champions you have in the pool the more likely you are the get free week champions... some of which are fucking God awful for Aram. You're better off having a large pool of moderate champions than an account with only, "ARAM OP," champions. This complaint has always seemed really silly to me.

You're missing the point, which is that they aren't actually similar. That's like comparing Jhin and Jinx because they both have a zap-like ability. They fill completely different roles. One is a late game Auto attack hypercarry capable of dealing massive amounts of sustained AOE crit damage and one is a burst damage hybrid (abilities and autos) ad mage with the ability to lock down the enemy team. I feel silly saying even this because they're also very different, but a better comparison for Annie might be Ryze? Problem is he can deal sustained burst damage and heal himself with ROA and scales into the late game while annie is a mid game monster. But still, they're close range mages with no escapes, significant amounts of burst, and a point and click stun. But, in to be fair, if I had the choice between having a god Annie or god Ryze on my team? I'd pick the god Ryze. At least Annie has obvious down times. If you're squishy stay out of her range while her stun is near up. Consider actually building some MR now, it's basically a free stat for both AD carries and AP carries.

You just compared Annie to 3 tanks, two assassins (with gap closers/escapes) and 2 mages with higher range than her, one of which has the ability to melt an entire team with his passive (which you ignored) and one of which can 1 shot people without needing to stun them first. Also, for reference, vigar's stun, while it isn't instant, offers enough utility to make him feel very safe against a lot of champions and actually manages to put him in the realm of, "Control mage," for several purposes. Annie has no gap closers. Her stun is highly telegraphed. She's squishy as fuck. She's easy to play and effective into fairly high elo, yes. That's true. But she also has very obvious downtimes and weaknesses that can be exploited. That's healthy.

yeah. That's where they live. ;-; Honestly, provided you're better than the bots (and I'm 100% sure you are) all you need to do is play aram more and your MMR will rise above them. Mostly just because there's only 4 slots that a bot can occupy on your team and 5 on the enemy team. On a long enough timeline you will get out of it. It's been a while since I leveled an account using ARAM but bots usually disappear at around 1250-1300 MMR.

I've done this with a support heimendinger build that seems to REALLY annoy the hell outta higher elo's as I get most of the KP gold #Super Cheese Regardless... Most people that play teemo usually go mid and build him into a tanky ad... So your play-style is "compared" to that on the grading system too
Exactly my point. Teemo can build almost any item in the game (melee only items aside) and still do well. He's very versatile. That's why taking his role into account alone isn't acceptable for grading skill. It would be like comparing AP and AD Kog'Maw. They are the same champion, but they really, really aren't the same champion. One is an artillery mage and one is a late-game hypercarry marksman. Lucky for Kog those two builds are locked into two separate lanes. Not so with Teemo. I will take your advice on taking farm from the jungle while warding. That's something I can get better for sure! Even if it's just the small creeps in each camp that will add to my arbitrary CS number. THANKS! =D
: Yeah that sucks :/ , the problem is that when the do mastery they take the averages of a champ and compare it to your game, this usually works great most of the time. Because people use champs for there meta role, like most evelyn players dont have a lot of cs because there playing assassin style. However because you pick teemo and most teemo players cs alot it messes up your mastery which sucks. I still think cs score should influence mastery, i think that if you do vastly better in other areas it should take that into consideration. I also hate the fact that if i carry a game really well and im like 5-0-5 but the other team ff's at 20 and i only get like a A- :/
That is very frustrating. I've had that happen too. I love the idea of requiring well played games to actually unlock levels 6 and 7 mastery but I don't think I'll ever get those on my most played champion because of this. >..<

In general I would agree with you ENTIRELY. 126 CS is pitiful. This particular game I had to play safe because I started getting jungle camped and losing some CS was preferable to feeding a volibear. I'm still pretty sure this was the correct choice given the circumstances. That aside? It doesn't really matter to me how I get my gold so long as I get it in the end. I complete my build almost every game through champion kills and objectives. But even if I mastered my CS in the laning phase I will never compete with a hurricane teemo who stays in lane all game long in CS. That pushes even decent CS well below average for someone who basically spends the entire game out of lane making things happen elsewhere.

Tanks are tanks because they have innate defensive capabilities built into their kits. In Shen's case it's his passive and his W. Champions come as complete packages. You can't take one small detail out of the context of a champion it exists on and compare it to a champion with an entirely different kit.
Because they're trying to rework his power not just crush a champion into the dust. They're trying to find a healthier,. Less toxic play pattern for him that still feels like playing him.

Secondly, since it's obvious you're looking at champion.gg, look at his playrate distribution. He has a smaller group of dedicated players who play him a LOT. That's a huge wedge of people who have played him 125+ games compared to a normal champ. Someone who has played him that many games and has the skill to be in plat is going to skew the win rate. Heimer has a higher than average winrate but so few people play him either. Doesn't mean heimer is OP or that a new heimer player is going to do very well at all.
This is turning into a hilarious circle jerk. I used to play exclusively Kog'Maw before his rework so I understand the idea of something being rewarding because it's hard to pull off but powerful when you do. I also played some draven S5. Read the context. We were talking about win rates. I stand by my opinion on draven. He works best in a NOT burst, NOT snowball meta because it means he has something other champs don't have. No point picking the snowball champ when everyone else can snowball too. That? And draven's best lanes are all immobile late game hypercarries which barely exist right now. He can beat them up in lane and still outdo them for damage later if he can juggle 3 axes in a team fight.

It's not all I'm looking for. But you're right. It is absurdly basic, and kind of a first step in studying figure drawing in many techniques. ...which is why it seems fairly silly that they chose the piece where the artist didn't even bother.

So what you're basically saying is if you actually gave people the option to pick between solo queue and dynamic queue they'd pick solo queue? And that's your logic as to why it shouldn't be released? What kind of logic is that?

I'm so glad I only caught the second half of the third game, the highlight real of the rest was awful enough. How did those comps happen despite the players on that team AND the coaching staff? You can't run quad adc unless one is Corki and one is Azir. You don't even need a tank top, and you _can_ Lucian top, you just can't go all out on physical damage against decent players, that's like League 101. It was so awful I started to wonder if it was an intentional throw for money and I normally never think that kind of thing.

Banner also gives way less Ap roa is something I'll agree on, it's the best AP item at the moment for a reason zhonyas has been talked about several times rylais is also pretty good, but jsut gives HP and not any resistances same with liandry's
Abyssal deals more damage than a void staff to targets with 65 armor and below if you also have sorc boots. It does more damage than void staff AND it provides a fair amount of MR. Banner's utility is invaluable. Zhonyas provides armor and is a top tier AP item not even counting it's GOD TIER active ability. Rylai's provides kite on top of a Giant's belt worth of health while also being a top tier AP item.
