: The difference is that URF is a meme mode that's designed to be silly They literally made it for April Fools. Mana management doesn't matter. Attack speed has a higher cap. Everyone has 80% cdr including on summoner spells. Inting is still bad but if you're getting triggered at people for playing poorly and accusing them of inting you're disrespecting the spirit of the mode, that's why people say "Its just URF". And there's no examples indicating its anything but an accusation which is probably easy to make when death timers are practically non-existant and you can get chain cc'd in one misstep since resource management isn't a thing. Honestly I understand not wanting your time wasted by someone intentionally ruining a game, but when you get upset over a game mode where Hecarim is a helicopter, Kassadin can R forever, Sona gives her team infinite sustain, Vi makes the map her bitch by constantly dashing over every wall, and all kinds of other shenanigans that are impossible in any other game mode then I can't take you very seriously. And if people are flaming your build choices in URF, report them. It's as valid of a report as it is in any other gamemode. You're allowed to try and win but I see so many false accustations of inting in every game mode... and again, I have a hard time taking it seriously in a game mode designed to amplify everything a champion does, which includes massively snowballing.

"you're disrespecting the spirit of the mode" I disagree with this point. A game is still a game, and the purpose of playing a game is to relieve the stress you are receiving in real life even though I find it very hard to belive that. One example is trolling. These Inters and trollers tend to give no shit about how others would observe their actions, and that is how they enjoy their game although they are complete assholes. Another is play the game as it is instructed, destroy enemy nexus(or let them ff) to win, and this way of playing applies to both urf and non-urf mods. I don't care whether you are a troll or a tryhard niguh, but bitches should understand that they are people who play this game seriously despite the mod differences. They might flame you when you play poorly just like normal/ranked games, and I find this phenomenon totally ok. Idk where this "spirit of urf" came from, and I totally don't give a shit about it. Because it is not how this mod is intended to be. The goal is to destroy the nexus just like normal/ranked but in a different play style. You can't just say "it's urf" since many people would not consent to that point. If it really is "just a urf" and you don't care about winning, then you should have no problem ff-ing or how others perform in urf mod. These kinds ironically neither ff or stop flaming on others. I once had a game where people from both team bitch about me playing full tank rammus, then say "its just a urf". It is basically [how to contradict yourself simulator].
: you can have fun in normal games

You can pretty much have fun in any mod, whether you are a tryhard or a troll. What I don't understand is that those dumbshits clearly harass others for trying hard whether you are on the same team or on the enemy team. If they really didn't care about the urf mod, then they should have no inconvenience when others to play like shit or point their shitty plays out in urf mod. These morons are ironically gonna reject ff call in order to win even if their teammates just gave up and went afk.
: When URF came out, it had notoriously short matches compared to regular games
Blind/Draft queue usually takes 5+ min to find a match, and that seems obviously stupid. Ranked is a bit faster, and urf gives you an instant queue. I understand some people just stop playing league of legends when urf is closed since the normal/ranked is quite slow and less entertaining compared to urf(the gaming pace is much faster). Also, you will likely to have bronzes/silvers/golds even if you are in high elo which makes the queue time much shorter. What I don't understand is that the queue time of blind/draft is longer than ranked. I bet normals are absolutely far more than ranked matchups.
: Everyone thinks because it's a "fun mode" it doesn't matter if you do good or not. It's okay for someone to go 0/15 because "it's urf." IMO inting is inting regardless of game mode and should be reported as such.

Funny thing is that they start to spam "it's urf" or "you have no life" when others play like shit. These morons never cling to their point and flip it over like a total dipshit. I'd even give more credit to ints/trollers who at least have their solid stand(they don't give shit so they never change)

: You should na.op.gg if you wish to say that. I have diam, plat(this), gold accounts and they all doing the same. Maybe a subtle difference when I play gold but still it's a long ass queue compared back to those times when normal queues just take <2 min. +about the same queue time even when I am playing with my buddies(5 men party queue) I bet the number of people playing norms is dominant compared to those who play ranked, but the result is opposite. Plus, you can play with masters, challengers, and diamonds in normals even if your a low elo player(I once played with bronzes with my plat account) which should make the matching queue much quicker. Normal or draft isn't as picky as ranked. So can someone now explain how this matching system is working currently?
Also, when I am in normal queue, the estimated queue time under the timer is usually 6:45+ min
: maybe you're too low elo? like I know most people are low elo and tend to have short queues maybe you're just EXTREMELY low elo... only very few ppl are at that level with you so the queue takes a while

After reducing a huge base damage, riot is still going to take my shaco down lol.
