: No, the problem is early game damage is too high. Why is it that someone with 100 cs can die to the other person with 50 cs, granted the 50 cs person hits his abilities first? Farm used to mean something back in the day.
Its these "Reworks" they release. Also the precision tree is very toxic which point to your problem. Conqueror, "press" the attack, lethal tempo(3.70 attack speed), ~~Fleet footwork~~ heal the precision tree is mostly untouched and highly versatile and now even can access 12 ad prior to 6 or 8 before.
: Riot didn't increase damage, they lowered it. They hit scaling late game champs harder than ever.
Summary they hard nerfed any champ that relies even a little on runes and items and those that don't are still power struggling because they don't do enough damage for what their class is supposed to offer. Simply hotfix all of the changes i mention and the game will be good again.
