i went 8/2 in my placements and got silver 2, won my extra game then I dropped to bronze 5, I get 30 lp per win so I should climb reasonable fast but I'm still a little pissed.

All furry top lanners get buffed as well so expect tryndafuck to weak havoc it the top lane.

ADC's who build Guinsoos are going to be a lot weaker now. yes, Vayne and Trist can proc their damage faster, but only after they've already auto'd 6 times. And the cost efficiency of the item is much worse now, the scaling AS AP and AD are all lowered, and the AOE is lost. Most of what made the old Guinsoos strong has been removed, plus at the same cost as IE Guinsoos would really only benefit longer fighting ADC's (who would do more damage if they crit for more in a fight rather than hitting more often). So, the new Guinsoos isn't really as great as it looks, even with the passive. It costs as much as an IE and offers less immediate and long term combat stats than an Infinity Edge into a standard crit build. I think that this change is going to completely remove Guinsoos from competitive ADC's. Maybe top lane split pushers may use it, but most won't want to spend that much on a situational item. I think this change plus the changes to Dragon are going to push for hypercarries like Jinx, Jhin, Twitch, and Trist to come back into the meta and compete with the lane dominant ADC's like Kalista, Lucian, and Corki.

The first is to make it every 3rd/4th/whatever hit that doesn't let things happen like Yi doing more true damage to a squishy than any other type of damage in a typical fight (thus basically removing the "cool" purpose). The second is to **DELETE IT!** I prefer this second option.

But honestly the item isn't even worth the passives, which it pretty much what youre paying for, adc's who build it give up on the immediate power of an IE and then require 6 autos to reach a point where they may be able to match the power of a traditional adc. Guinsoo's is now a fairly weak item, back to where it was before it was reworked. The main problem with this item was passives that synergized especially well with phantom hit, Xin dealing bonus damage on hit to his challenged target, yi getting a double hit of double strike with a hard scaling attack speed item that quickly made him a tank shredder with an ability giving him true damage on hit, and kindred who would apply her passive % health damage on hit. The choice to make it a constant 6 stacks required to activate it and reducing the power it has when fully stacked is actually a really good change for the item, it isn't a go to item anymore, now it is honestly a little underpowered in my opinion. Maybe the only champions who could get away with it are jax due to his scaling attack speed passive and tryndamere since he is guaranteed the 6 autos to stack it once he ults in a duel, but there are much better build paths for him and with the meta moving towards split push I think that these two champions might be the only two real strong users of the new guinsoos. Now Bloodrazor on the other hand, this item might be a blessing and a curse, high attack speed champions might now be able to end the tank meta when paired with high magic damage teams, but it will push into another really farm heavy style where you aren't farming for stacks, just for gold so you can get the items to make those auto's really hurt late game.
: Teemo is not a marksman, his nature is to focus on ability power not attack damage. So not to disregard his high range and auto attack sustain but its never been as effective as say vaynes or ashes or even ezreal (who can also hybrid ap) auto. Teemo is CLEARLY a disruptor(mage) assassin (slayer) by definition not a marksman (late game damage sustain carry). Teemos not a marksman by any means just because he uses a peashooter. xP
His building ability power doesn't mean that he isn't a marksman, most traditional adc's can build ap and still do damage, just in different ways, teemo has the ranged auto attack based play style that would fit him best into either marksman or skirmisher.

It's really interesting to look and see everyone complain about dynamic queue, the same people that this time last year complained about solo queue. You all need to stop acting like riot owes you anything, if you dislike what's happening to League then leave. This is a game that will always change and will always be about the group. you're constantly in games with 10 people if you play, so don't complain about Riot not addressing your concerns as an individual, you know from the game that it isn't about the single person. Solo queue had a lot of problems, dynamic queue has problems too. No one has said Dynamic queue is perfect, Riot has said they are still working with it. The way that champions are buffed/nerfed is the same reason they switched queue's. If solo queue was a champion it'd be like the original Evelynn, a champion that was impossible to balance and instead was gutted to deal with it. Solo queue had so many fundamental problems you all fail to address, Dynamic queue actually offers a better environment. And if you are Gold or Below and like to shittalk Riot in the forums because you have 5 minute queues, learn to play different roles, stop queue'ing for mid, try supporting and get into champ select instantly. For the players that are here saying Riot doesn't listen to your concerns. They run a game that has a forum for each region, along with comments on posts as well as the forums, how are they supposed to see your single statement in that sea. If you really want Riot to see what you have to say, send an email, send a letter even. Riot Lyte answers community questions on ask.fm if people ask him. There are ways to be vocal as a community, so use them rather than freak out in comments. You're being that 9 year old you always make fun of in games who says "fight me irl." Riot, I appreciate the work you do to try to give everyone a great experience, as a company you have definitely not been perfect, but you actually do a lot more than people give you credit for. So on behalf of the not so vocal minority that actually trust you to do what will be right and will continue to play no matter what the meta. keep your main account, I have nowhere near that many games played and seeing that would honestly make me trust you more from the start, if people see that you have played that much they will know you have a high level of experience with the game, and if I saw someone had that many games played in a ranked or normal game I wouldn't have a problem with letting them call the shots for that game.

: No CC except ult, heal is weak, MS buff is weak, insanely low base health, low mobility. I just personally feel like other supports can do what she does without as many weaknesses.
But, on the other hand Sona provides more utility than most supports, i dont believe any other support other than Kayle has a heal, movement speed bonus, and decent damage for a support.(although Kayle has a shield rather than a stun) And a major part of Sona's cc is that if you build AP items like Rylai's after your support items escaping her adc nearly impossible.

Honestly TSM doesn't look fantastic this season, and i won't give the best of 1 excuse, but when EDG goes on a losing streak no one says anything, FNATIC is a strong team, but even they couldn't win at MSI, so FNATIC fans need to stop acting like they are guaranteed anything, especially when they nearly lost spring split to a rookie team. TSM has been switching their style of play during this split, and are trying to find a new, less Bjerg reliant team. Look at interviews with TSM members, they don't use excuses, they are using the regular split the way it is supposed to be used, as PRACTICE. Almost no other team in the world has used their split to adapt, the only other teams to show obvious style changes are SKTelecom and OMG, and those teams are either at the top of their regions, or are on the rise. So all arguments that TSM is horrible need some real evidence to their statements, because EU hasn't adapted since MSI, their bans are relatively constant and their picks hardly change, so when FNATIC or H2K try something new and maintains their record EU players can say they have a shot at worlds, but until then sit down, because any professional player could solokill you on Summoners Rift with ADC soraka.

most ranged champs can beat him, but most melees have trouble early game against him except for jax. If you want try using mages against him, he is completely destroyed by Malzahar and Chogath, and he has no way to outsustain champions like Vladimir or Garen, or just crush him in the early game with a champion like Rumble. I remember in my last game of ranked provisionals i went top as Yasuo against a Rumble and was completely destroyed since i couldn't even get near him when he had flamespitter up. For most melee champions he has the advantage in lane, but high mobility champions do well since he can't land abilities on them unless he can predict your movements.
