The amount of vision control this item provides while being a **VERY** good assassin item is a bit ridiculous. All other vision items are utility based or support items. It could be okay, but I think other classes should have access to vision items as well if Duskblade stays. (see item recommendations) * {{item:3025}} Iceborn Gauntlet * Anytime a ranged character can use this item well {{champion:112}} {{champion:81}} {{champion:43}} they have to be nerfed * {{item:3022}} Frozen Mallet * {{champion:150}} was nerfed into the ground forever ago because of this item. He still rarely sees play and has only recently started to get a winrate above 47% on 1% playrate due to a recent buff * {{item:3100}} Lichbane * AP assassin's like {{champion:131}} {{champion:28}}{{champion:245}} do insane amounts of upfront burst damage with this item. I feel like it limits their build options, they can't build items for the current situation b/c lichbane gives them too much damage to pass up. It doesn't see play anywhere else besides {{champion:37}}. * {{item:3071}} Black Cleaver * The combination of AD, CDR, and HP make this item extremely good for most bruiser characters. The problem is that Marksmen like {{champion:236}} {{champion:203}} {{champion:67}} pick it up a lot now too. It seems to give too much power for too many roles. Low Usage Rate: * {{item:3091}} Wit's End * I'm glad you decided to give some attention to Wit's End, but you made it even more niche than it was. It used to be good option for ranged onhit champions against a magic dmg team. Due to the below 50% health requirement for the heal and the heal reduction, ranged characters cant use it very well anymore. IMO it only seems good on attack speed bruisers like {{champion:19}} {{champion:24}} {{champion:77}} * {{item:3512}} Zz'Rot Portal * Just not used much, and when it is it's very powerful/obnoxious * {{item:3056}} Ohmwrecker * I honestly forgot about this item * {{item:3222}} Mikael's Crucible * Rarely sees play Not Impactful: * {{item:3151}} Liandry's Torment * Outshone by {{item:3165}} except on a few champions like {{champion:17}} {{champion:69}}. Any other mage that wants to build it usually has to build a slowing item {{item:3116}} {{item:3030}} to make good use of it first. * {{item:3009}} Boots of Swiftness * These boots are bought very seldomly, and do not provide much. In most situations it's better to go {{item:3117}} (for the speed) or {{item:3111}} (for the slow reduction) * {{item:3174}} Athene's Unholy Grail * Almost never built as a 1st or second item for supports. It is outshone by {{item:3107}} {{item:3504}} * {{item:2053}} Raptor Cloak * Never used b/c it builds into items never used and it's passive is only good situationally ---- **Suggested Items** * A Marksman item that gives the ability to place {{item:3363}} or use an effect like {{item:3187}} /Quinn **W** in order to give adc's the ability to counteract the vision removal from {{item:3147}} . Potentially a rework for the current shielding {{item:3046}}. Note: {{item:3363}} wards cannot be ward hopped to, so Lee and Jax should not be able to abuse it * A replacement for the phantom hit effect on {{item:3124}} that give attack speed characters more kiting ability to make up for the potential removal of phantom hit. * Armor/Health item besides {{item:3800}} that gives CDR for tanks like {{champion:154}} who can't build {{item:3110}} {{item:3025}} * An AP heavy melee assassin item that does not trigger on-hit to replace {{item:3100}}. Maybe an active with very small aoe (Graves W) and range for a 1 or 2 second smokescreen that obscures you from enemy vision and deals poison dmg to anyone inside when cast. This would help AP assassins get into a fight and stay alive a bit longer without having to ult/flash out while also reducing their upfront damage from lichbane.
I feel like you should be more clear, putting remove/rework in the same category is kind of confusing. I agree with most point except Lich Bane since it is just an item that is mean to synergize purely with AP Assassins and it does so without feeling bad to build or unhealthy to play against. I can delay Lich Bane and not feel like the game is over.

They should make it so if you have a Ruby Sightstone, your next red ward will be queue'd into your sightstone as an extra ward (always the next ward placed after buying), but be placed as a control ward. Then you can still use the other 4 wards in the sightstone after placing it. Same could apply to the Tracker enchantment.

: This is just the way i see it and think it should be.. 520- Outdated tier, sometimes even includes recolors that would just be chromas now a days. Mostly just model with a few exceptions. 750- Completely new model, sometimes has quality of life weapon/particle changes. 975- New particles, sometimes a few recolors. Some new sounds, new recall. 1350- All new particles, NO recolors, all new sounds, VO processing when appropriate, recall 1820- New particles, sounds, jokes, voice over, recall, and otherall themetic. 3250- Everything an 1820 has, plus a very above and beyond unique niche. I think a whole overhaul where skins are repriced correctly and what is worth what amount is made CRYSTAL CLEAR. These skins at the moment are 975 tier, period. No beating around the bush about it.
1820 should just say- New VO, new particles,_ new animations_, new recall, and new sound effects. I think Dragon Sorceress Zyra and Arcade Corki are golden standard for a 1350 skin. 1350 skins should practically be legendary with just the absence of VO and less or no new animations. I am glad they are adding some sounds to these skins to fit the tiers, but I would have been just as happy with them being dropped to 975. They do not need to be 1350 just because they are being rev-shared.

They are still a control mage after all. Also a Human from the Shadow Isles would work as a theme for the champ. On paper it sound very similar to {{champion:420}} but primarily an AP user. With that added it then sounds like {{champion:245}}. The final aspect would be the deciding factor though. Whatever they are manipulating is fully under their control and will never take action without them. That's where {{champion:61}} and {{champion:134}} show their marks on the champ.

I would like to put forward the option of finding out the area by mousing over backstab's icon. This would give a similar functionality without the problems made by fast movement.

{{champion:245}} {{champion:105}} are some other AP junglers, and {{champion:25}} {{champion:117}} are do-able . I really hope Riot can move Karma into having a better jungle option and this is a good first step maybe.

: Thankfully his most effective jungle build has shifted to AP assassin, instead of tank. Tank Ekko is no longer popular. Honestly, I think Ekko is... not overpowered. His kit is inherently broken in a sense, so he absolutely cannot be allowed to be strong in the midlane. As for jungling, his kit is perfect for it but Tank Ekko was just too good, so now he's being played as an assassin jungler and is successful, but not overbearing. He is broken, but not overpowered. Just like time.

I still see tank ekko being played often with success, I have always stuck to AP because I pick him as a heavy AP jung option when we have too much AD, but I kinda wanna try tank.

I don't think she is OP, I think she is just annoying. Like Fizz. That's all. No nerfs really needed, but they just make the game slightly less fun for me, and that is just because they are so good at outplaying people with their mobility. Which is pretty unique to only a few champions to have a LOT of mobility and Riven gets a lot of flak because she is resource less I think, but she is a pretty useless champion if she isn't full-on carrying. It's those few times where she DOES carry is when the complaints come out because it can be hard to stop a good/lucky Riven if your team isn't prepared.

: Dear Riot, can we please stop sharing a single splash across multiple skins.
Normally they should get their own splash art, but when they also share a theme, it is completely understandable for them to share a splash. I just wish they were actually doing something instead of just posing. And if they are going for a *Riven vs Blitzcrank* look then make it really look like that and add in the Vs in the middle with a funny fighter game-style venue in the background.

There was a bug where teammates could attack gangplanks barrels, but not destroy them which allowed Draven to stack and hold axes easily.

If the vfx is huge but the skill still misses because the damage zone doesn't match the vfx, I feel like players would be very disappointed because it "looked" like it should have hit.

: she was fine for a brief time. then the vision rework happened and pinks became useless to defend yourself against her ganks. really the most glaring problem with that champ is, that its impossible to ward properly against her. especially when youre behind, and your lane opponent can just zone you from your own pink ward and destroy it as soon as you place it down. even if you arent, you have to constantly keeep an eye on it and defend it, or he removes it just in a couple of seconds. if eve doesnt just coem around, and they zone you from it and quickly take it out together. then its back to hugging your turret. te next poblem is, that you can only ward 1 entrance to your lane, since youre only allowed to place 1 pink ward. if your opponent is smart, he wont even remove that ward. just notify eve where it is, and have her gank through a different path, abusing your false sense of security. the ONLY change she ever needed is green wards issuing a ping on themselves when she enters their vision area. nothing else. you dont actually need to see her, and pinpoint her location. this would not in any way diminish the value of her invisibility. just a way to get an alert when shes close like you can ward against every other jungler. THEN her kit can be allowed to be strong enough to 1v1 someone.

What I'd like to see Twitch have for a kit: Passive - Sneeky Sneeky When out of combat for 5 seconds gains % movement speed. This gives him mobi boots as a passive, which has always been Twitch's favorite boots anyway. Q - Ambush - After 1.5 seconds, or 6 seconds if taking damage, or INSTANTLY if not in enemy vision Twitch goes stealth and his passive activates. When he leaves stealth he gains attack speed. W - Debilitating Poison - Passive - Twitch Auto attacks apply a stack of poison. Active - Twitch can activate the poison to slow his targets based on the number of stacks of poison they are suffering. Duration of slow increases with skill level, potency of slow increases with stacks, at 5 stacks should be like 99% slow, but at rank 1 slow could be only 0.75 sec. I think this is an important change because the current poison cask is a skill that defies it's self. You want to use it early in a fight to get the +2 poison stacks so you can contaminate quicker, but you want the slow saved for when ppl are trying to get away, and at that point the poison stacks are meaningless. We need to bring back the old twitch skill here, it was much better. E - Expunge - Active Twitch pulls on the poison from his targets dealing execute damage. This deals physical damage base +% of missing health. The missing health execute damage increases based on the number of stacks, at 5 stacks this should be a significant execute. This clears the poison stacks. If a unit is killed with this ability it heals twitch based on the amount of damage dealt. I think this can let twitch jungle as he can lvl 2 expunge jungle mobs to get some health back. I also think it fights with his sneeky assassin / adc combo. Also, Riot really doesnt like the idea of a marksman in the jungle especially one with as ridiculous a kit as this, whats to stop him from just playing in lane and dominating with high sustain and extremely high gank set up for a marksman pre 6?

Well you can kind of say the same thing with {{champion:24}} Leap Strike vs {{champion:55}} Shunpo. Twitch's Contaminate just needs to deal much more damage as well as maybe give him some kind of way to root or stun people somewhere to help him with his weak kit. He seems to be struggling right now :/

And if the push in the wave, you can just wall all the damage from the tower until your own wave arrives to draw aggro. In this particular case, it was in team builder.

: Ran into this yesterday. Braum top, started wall. Did an extended lvl 1 trade. Between the 30% damage reduction, and the stun+damage from passive, I *should* win the extended trade. Even got him to almost dead while I was roughly half health. Then it happened. My wall goes down and he gets ***2 simultaneous crits***. I go from winning to dead Instantly. Even if it was 1 crit, I still would have won due to health differential; or at least broke even. The rest of the lane, I'll give him. He played well. But he did *not* deserve that first kill. It was given to him by forces beyond either of our control.
