A LOT of people have been saying they're quitting, and major streamers actually have been quitting, so I wonder if that's something that could get the balance and/or gameplay teams fired. Scarra in particular is a good example since he's been playing since very early in LoL's existence and has a good feel for what LoL is supposed to be. Whether that's removing some of his ad scaling on abilities, giving him more hp/resists and rejigging some of his cds to account for it. Wukong is the poster child for what's wrong with the game right now. He just dives onto a squishy and they die. And given his ability to do it from a short duration stealth, the counterplay is close to zero. You guys really need to look at Duskblade and Electrocute. Those two things have created quite a mess in my opinion.

With the old system pretty much every champ had at least some defensive stats. 2) Duskblade and Stormrazor, newer items that didn't exist in previous metas, absolutely lead to massive burst damage. This has nothing to do with perception. It's just a fact. 3) Electrocute is much more powerful than Thunderlord's when it procs, leading to more 100-0 potential. Even though it procs less often, the burst it offers is massively bigger. Again, this is not about perception. It's just a fact.

To the OP's question I'd say if you made the Q not involve jumping, dumped the E for something else, and made the kit more of an AP kit, it would be a fairly solid Mordekaiser rework concept. The sweet spot element to his Q's really feels terrible to me, and, let's be real, pretty much his entire kit is useless against mobile champions. I mean how are you supposed to land your q knock ups or actually catch anyone with your w unless they are an immobile champ? Hell, even just walking speed is often fast enough to get out of most of these things. I like the life steal on physical damage bit, but overall his kit needs a lot of work. Feels like an unfinished product to me.
