: Why did I all the sudden see people complaining about over-sexualized characters
Also, in response to the {{champion:22}} debate, since she is an iceborn, she would naturally have increased tolerance to an inhuman level of the cold. She could wear whatever the hell she wants and still feel fine in the Freljord. She and Sejuani have the same resistance to the cold as Lisandra who is litterally coated in ice. While yes, more clothing would be more realistic, i feel as though queen ashe is what needs to be looked at as the normal ashe.

You're the one making bold and unqualified claims. Tbh it makes sense in most of leagues realms that there arent LGBT champs. Lets be frank, in warrior tribe settings, homosexuality has been frowned upon and has been for the vast majority of human civilization. If we look at league where influence is drawn from a large number of time periods, most of which are archaic, it makes sense that a vast minority of league characters would have any open homosexual tendencies. Plus, for a vast majority of characters, there sexuality isnt in the forefront of their character.

The key is to just run in circles and take out the velkoz's it's not crazy hard except for 2 certian rounds. : Don't get me wrong, Riot's done a fuck ton of good for the game and its players this season, but at the same time that doesn't really excuse them changing all their business practices and increasing the price on everything. Boarders are becoming more and more difficult to obtain compared to first PROJECT event where you simply got a boarder for buying the skin within the same week of release.
I'm personally fine with the borders. Introducing hextech most likely reduced income for riot in total and technically lost them "products" by giving out skins for just playing so making it back with a 200RP border isn't that bad to me. And this is coming from a guy with over 2k in this game.
: 19000 unit distance from obelisk to obelisk. If Yi is moving at a constant 856 move speed, it will take him ~22.2 seconds to cross from end to end. However, this ratio changes over time, decaying to ~560 speed after homeguard expires (enough to hit the edge of base), and...approximately 400 speed, assuming he's utilizing the proper boots and masteries, after his ult expires. Homeguard's duration leaves us with 16432 units to move, and Yi's ult reduces that distance to 14752, and leaves us with 9 seconds until Rammus leaves base. 9*400 is 3600, leaving us with 11152 units to move when Rammus leaves his obelisk. Yi continues at this rate of 400 units/s for the remainder of the equation. Rammus's Q lasts for 6 seconds, and gives up to 235 ms. Homeguard and ghost *roughly* counteract one-another in the first second. As you have said that Rammus leaves base at 2092 MS, that continues for one second before we have to recalculate. This leaves us with 9060 units left to move. Rammus will make it another 2 seconds before homeguard goes away, and we can either actually calculate that, or we can skip that step, and it averages out to 1800 ms for those two seconds. This leaves us 5460 units. Yi has kept moving 1200 units in this time, leaving us with 4260 units. Rammus continues moving at approximately 1600 units per second for the next three seconds, or they _both_ move at 2000 units/second towards each other. It takes them 2.13 seconds more to completely overlap each other. We'll ignore this difference for the minor loss in calculated MS. This means it takes Rammus 5.13 seconds to each Yi, or 20.13 seconds for them to encounter. Huh, we were close with the first one. Assuming Yi has the average of 1.73 AS, and he has _no_ lifesteal, and has no health increases, at level 18, he has 2163 health. Rammus's passive with reflect approximately 47 damage after MR and his W are used, and Thornmail will reflect 26. This means 73 damage per hit to Yi, and 126.29 per second. We'll ignore Yi's passive and regeneration for simplicity's sake, here. This means it takes about 17.13 seconds for Yi to die to Rammus, for a total of 37.26 seconds. *drops mic*

: So I looked over the patch notes, and the only real thought that occured to me was
I feel it was essentially a perfect storm that got janna to the state she is in today. She already has a quite strong kit, basically being the god of disengage which isn't something that can get changed without a kit change which i wouldn't like to see. It was just ardent that pushed her already good position into god tier. This will still leave her s tier but will probably prevent her from being as oppressive. Its important not to just ram either items, her kit, or her numbers. It was a combination of all 3 that got her here and perhaps weakening one of those pillars can bring her into the state she was at at the beginning of season 7. Top tier but not the best.

: Honestly I like the idea of the keystones as they (in theory) allow for more options and decision making at the end of a tree. Unlike previous masteries where it was another big number at the end of them. The problem with the masteries is that some are just superior to others when it comes to damage. Whichever does the most damage the easiest tends to become the more common and frustrating mastery to deal with. Take the League of Thunderlords problem. TLD was the strongest damage keystone after the Warlords fix and Deathfire nerfs. Not only that, but it was incredibly versatile in activating its damage. Three hits and BOOM, thunder. Three spells that hit champions, three attacks that hit champions, 2 attacks and a spell, 2 spells and an attack, etc, all of these were combos that would set it off. The mastery was originally built (imo) with combo casting champions in mind, but anyone could benefit from it and do so very well. Then was have Grasp of the Undying, which is my favorite mastery. It would allow beefy champions who normally lacked damage (also allowed juggernauts) to get some damage from their defensive stats. This and the sustain made low sustain tanks function better in top lane. But with the addition of several factors (mainly a massive damage increase) everyone started building more tanky and grabbed that tank mastery because SoTA isn't good for laning and Bond is more of a support tank mastery. The sad truth is that people don't care about how they apply their damage. Whether it be DoT, burst, sustain, or whatever. What the majority of people care about when dealing damage is doing the most damage possible. So whatever mastery is strongest at the time (even if it doesn't fit well with their champion) is the one that will be used most often and people will then start crying for nerfs. Riot wanted to introduce diversity with keystones, but they have proven unable to really work out well. Some masteries are just too good for niche champions, and others (Windspeaker, stormraiders) are just too niche to be considered for the champions that would work best with them. I've seen {{champion:37}} and {{champion:16}} run both TLD and Windspeakers, but I've seen more TLD than I have windspeakers on the two healing heavy supports. Course this is just my personal experience and I haven't played in a week. I applaud Riot for trying to add more diversity, but really they just show one of the biggest problems in the community (which in turn can be taken as a problem with the overall balance of their game): Whatever does the most damage/most benefit is going to be abused by the community at large in order to win more. Because that's what people want. To win by almost any means necessary.
