: They should ban your IP address instead. You're the reason these rules existed
That wouldn't work either, most cable companies generate a new IP when you unplug your modem. But then if you are playing at an internet cafe and they block that IP, then the whole cafe is blocked, which means they block users that aren't toxic as well. Maybe a PC Mac ID ban, but then again, that can be changed.
: Actually when you make a new account the system picks up that you're not new, and puts you with other players doing the same thing as you. You're just playing with other toxic players :v
Doesn't seem so.. New account this morning, all new players that don't know what to do.

I also play with a lot of smurfs when I go to a new account. Also it doesn't take long to level up, so ranked comes pretty fast. I see a lot of people travel through these forms proclaiming that they're quitting the game for good if they don't get their perma-ban reversed. Not everyone is willing to start such a progression heavy game from scratch. It's just a reminder of all the things they will have to unlock again just to get back to where they were. You and some others willing to waste time starting over again and again doesn't mean that everyone is willing to do it. If you enjoyed "playing with the noobs and owning them" more than playing on a long-term account, you would never have a long-term account to get banned in the first place.
There is zero difference in a lvl 30 account vs lvl 100 account, except maybe the champs. The game play is exactly the same. I don't spend a dime on the game, so starting over isn't a big deal to me. Long term accounts mean nothing, you get nothing special from them and almost every time I place ranked it is gold or higher.
: You must have been absolutely bored to even have the time to make 10 accounts. Majority of people do not have that much leisure time, hence bans will force most people to leave the game.
I have to disagree, I think anyone who gets a ban just creates a new account. I also play with a lot of smurfs when I go to a new account. Also it doesn't take long to level up, so ranked comes pretty fast.
