: Better Diana reworks
My suggestion is to change **Lunar Rush**(R) for **Moonfall**(E) and transform the **Moonfall **into an epic skill worthy of its name. : You really dont have to add much to that new R to make it good. The ability to slow and pull people in is strong, add damage to it and it could change a fight. Doing that extra change just seems a bit overkill and wouldn't fall into the scope that they are looking at for her.

: Personally I love the moon ascension ultimate idea. It would be great but it would be good in 1v1 only as Aoe teamfight , the target will be random depending of their position of you. Still a good idea.

I agree, it's not hard to hit an enemy with rake twice, so... to facilitate the escape a little, the power of the slow would be decreased on the first hit. I did not understand the second question about the silence, Cutthroat was once before a skill that silence the enemy, but was changed and lost its meaning, but with the change the skill will interrupt channeling of abilities and causes bleeding, than Cutthroat will make sense again, as if Talon was cutting the throat of the target.

It is a great skill of course, but I see that it has remnants of old Sivir{{champion:15}} lore, when she was a bounty hunter and had nothing to do with Shurima and the desert. : I do really like the transfer of bleed to E. First of, as you pointed out it makes sure that the name still makes sense (which is something Riot pointed out,the name kinda doesn't make sense since the silence is taken away). Also I feel like E is kinda weak now even with the compensation of a slow. It kind of feels like he has lost reason to use his E except as an interaction with his Ult. I had recently vs'd a talon and all his E felt like it was doing was only throwing me personally off (slightly) but not my champion (if that makes sense)- meaning I continued going on about my business (and damage) like nothing happened. The slow is so slight even at 99% that it doesn't seem to make too much of a difference even with the extra damage from his Q and passive. I am not good at numbers so I am not sure about the rest of your suggestions lol But overall I think it looks pretty good. I am just hoping Riot takes a look at what people are saying. I know that not a lot of people seem to play Talon but I think they should try to make fans of champions (we all have our fav) happy while still letting there be counterplay etc. Also I agree Talon needs a new skin :D (and an updated splash, this one is nice but is becoming outdated with the new splash standards :P)

So... the Bleeding damage is: DAMAGE OVER TIME: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 100% bonus AD). In the end the amount of damage is almost the same. The advantage is that this extra damage is applied at once, like the skills of the other assassins, such as Zed. With the removal of Mercy and the E damage amplification, this Q damage is ok.

The removal of 10% damage from passive is part of the whole, you have to look at the rest of the kit too. Dude... with ultimate on, Tumble stealths Vayne {{champion:67}} for 1 second. This will make room for big plays.

So, if you want to level up Q first, the max skill lvl is only when you reach level 9... will likely be compensating for the lack of Q bleeding, damage amplification on E and Mercy. (counterplay against Talon) Talon has stealth on his new passive to create a whole new level of possibilities for big plays. He no longer has bonus damage on passive and no more damage amplifier on E. So... no damage buff.
