Also, you will have to give him stats of a melee champ for that to work. Since you all want nerfs upon nerfs on yas but forget how horrible his base stats are compared to other melees. It happened to me for over 3 months too, when I got my 2017 MacBook, I never experienced it again. So I feel riot has stopped catering to players with older mac versions.

He got chat restricted off his in game chat which you really cannot defend either. If you have non-ping related issues, check to make sure you don't have extra programs running, that you are using 50% or less of your maximum hard drive space (I've found Macs to slow down past that point), and that you have no bluetooth connections. In general, I find it a good idea to keep the bluetooth connection closed when playing League. If those solutions do not work, reply, and I'll see if I can help you. I'm not a professional, but I've worked with Macs quite a lot *informally*.

I have repaired the client multiple times and still no luck. I have not been able to play ranked games this season because of it as well. I use the 2013 mac air with a 4GB ram. I had no issue prior to patch 7.24b-8.1 rolled in.

I have been posting this for over 3 weeks now. I would say RIOT don't give a fuck about us MAC users since we make a tiny percentage of the player base. It took them 5 weeks to fix lag and sound issues on MAC back at mid season 5. Thats how irresponsible they could be sometimes. Hopefully, they are able to fix the endless bugsplating on patch 8.2. Personally, I stopped playing ranked games cos I just cannot deal with the constant game crashes. Let me know if you come across a temporary solution.

Cass doesn't outscale Yasuo late game. Regardless, you can make that argument based on the mechanics of the players. What i am trying to say is that, Yasuo is easier to deal with early to mid game as Cassiopeia rather than a late game build when he can 3 shot you if he gets into a 1 vs 1 with a mage. As Cassiopeia, you have a spammable poke to always proc his shield, you have a grounding effect to limit his dash if gets too close, and an ultimate that can stun him if he gets on you.

The reason why I think Zed, and Fizz are better champion designs than Yasuo are because their champion design are much more opportunistic, where as Yasuo is a flat out denial. Yasuo is not compelled to use Wind Wall until a significant skillshot or ranged ability is en route his way, Fizz and Zed have their defensive abilities tied to their primary offensive abilities. Now going back to your first point, Yasuo has the ability to not be targetted by ranged threats, brcause of Wind Wall, but often, melee threats have ranged aspects that are important for their kit, that are blocked by Wind Wall; Razor Shuriken, Riposte, Transcendent Blades, Mark of the Assassin, Blade of the Exile, Blades of Torment, Chum The Waters, that sort of thing.

: Irrelevant information. It's not why he's receiving buffs. He's seeing buffs because even after 100+ games, yasuo players are struggling to even reach a 50% winrate. The higher up the ladder you go, the less played he is, and the lower his winrate is. In Masters tier, he's rank 103 in picked with a 48% winrate. In Challenger he's 86 with a 38% winrate. Players picking Yasuo in these divisions aren't first timing them. They probably arent even 20th timing him. These players know what they're doing, and even within these conditions, they fail to make yasuo a relevant champion. 38% winrate in challenger is insanely low. The buffs are targeted at making him a more relevant pick for those who invest the time to master his kit. He's one of, if not, the hardest character in the game. According to riot, committing to absolute mastery should result in a higher winrate than where he's sitting right now. He cant use Press the Attack as effectively as he could Fervor. Many of the new runes aren't favorable for him. He's squishy with low base stats, only his 20 second windwall CD protects him against mage poke and his flow passive is a joke in a damage creep meta. In midlane, he has 8 matchups above 50% (only one of which is above a 55%), 9 below a 45%, and 25 matchups between 45% and 50%. He doesn't work in the current metagame, especially when you look at the champions that he's strong and weak against. More of his counters see play than champions he counters as well, if you look at their play rates. Toplane is similar. He can fight some tanks, but rolls over against most fighters, and you will never be able to viably first pick yasuo against a competent toplaner. In addition, look at his winrate graphs on trends. Toplane Yasuo saw a 6% winrate dip and Mid Yasuo saw a 4% winrate dip when 7.22 came along and he's been dropping every patch since.

Glad you are the intelligent type and not one of those biased guys. I also used to be here on lol boards back in season 5 crying Yasuo nerf tears because i hated the champion with passion and just couldn't figure how to beat him. I picked him up afterwards thinking he is a broken champ and will climb so fast with him, only for me to feed my ass off in my first 15-20 games on him. That made me change my perspective on Yasuo and some other champions considered broken. Yasuo is a champion you really have to understand his weaknesses and strengths to play as or against. I do observe also that the majority of players that do cry for Yasuo nerfs do not even have a single game on him, and the few ones that do often drop him after loosing few games on him. Yes, Yasuo has tools that can be frustrating to play against, but at the same time he has one of the lowest stats in the game for a melee carry. I do consider the whole nerf Yasuo trend a pathetic low Elo syndrome just to farm upvotes with little to no logic behind it. If a champion is so broken and doesn't need buffs, he should have good win rates based on common sense. When it comes to Yasuo, many often tend to throw that logic away but rather stick with bias.

You want to know why? 1) His passive shield is annoying to play against. 2) The amount of times he can dash and dodge every attack is annoying. 3) His windall is the most annoying thing on his kit that has not been touched in years. Yasuo gets the Lee Sin effect. I am sorry but there are certain champions kits that are never touched but buffed because they are no longer meta. I'm fine and dandy with buffing a champion that needs a little help, but if the community has been telling you for years that this champion is very annoying and cancer to play against, why are you giving him 3 buffs without actually touching the kit? I know certain aspects of the game you buff and nerf champions around high-elo and you said that you balanced the game this year around that. While this looks like a cool concept on Yasuo, It won't work on him because he is a very squishy melee ad carry and often time builds glass cannon. This kit will work well on Yasuo if he was reworked as a juggernaut but unfortunately he is not one.
