: Save.....ALOT, fallout 1 and 2 are great but honestly I think they are a little rough around the edges in their combat mechanics. in terms of traits, gifted and one hander are pretty damn good if I remember correctly in terms of skills, Small guns is a must Speech is pretty good Lock pick is something that I tend to use btw you can get Ian as a partner early on in the first town you go to (shady sands), just keep asking him to join with you for free and eventually he will say yes, it will save you some caps and he makes a good meatshield for those damn rad scorpions

: Not too sure on clear speed but from what I found on the internet. Clear speed is mostly the same for most junglers. Some got slower on certain camps like Fiddle on Raptors. While some got faster like Amumu on raptors. However exp on the red side of the jungle gives more EXP in general. A full clear gets you halfway to level 5 at the 4 minute mark which is insane. How levels will go after that is unknown. Not too much information on jungle gold though. Smite buffs being gone decreases ward control. I'm fine with this change I guess. Wards got nerfed hard in season 6. Overall sustain may have gone up though in exchange for less buffs.

Full clears already got you to level 4 at the 4 minute mark though, how you think that's insane is beyond me, because to me it looks like they are just forcing junglers to gank after a clear, and pushing them into feast or feed scenarios.
