: Sounds like you're experiencing packet loss. Could be a few causes as to why the packets are being lost (could be your ISP, could be the route your network is connected to our servers, problems with wireless, etc.) I'd recommend going through the steps on our [Connection Troubleshooting](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues) article as a preliminary step to identifying the cause (particularly the part about checking for packet loss). Let me know if this helps!

Yeah I am having that same issue here (Diamond 5). I don't understand how they cannot just have things work smoothly after a patch is released... Have not been able to play a normal game since the new patch.

At some points of the day it is at 43 ping for me, but I also have Suddenlink in Texas (Huntsville area) and its been at a constant 275 ping for me the past week.

anyone test their connections now? I lost a ranked match earlier this morning because i have suddenlink and only problems with LoL. But i just logged back in after being gone all day.
