Rest in peace {{champion:3}} You were designed as a anti mage then reworked and riot forced you into being a mage. Then when they nerfed that they nerfed you even more by making you not be able to flash taunt and the ability for that to be uninterruptible. The thing you were known for even from before your rework. It was nice knowing you blue and yellow gargoyle who's now sitting in a grave as a white and yellow gargoyle.

Just go {{champion:136}} {{item:3046}} and {{champion:102}} But double spear does need a nerf. Just hope they don't gut Pyke over nerfing spear. Pirates already have it decently rough.

Do you have any plans to add more ad options for support items? Could help out a lot with Pyke while opening up more options in the bot lane for off meta/meta supports. It seems kind of unfair that mages are given support to be supports in the bot lane while all ad champs get is duskblade and relic if they're melee.
They pushed it back for now. They're putting a lot of love into him and taking feedback from people who actually play Wu. Hopefully it won't be on the pbe as long as Teemo's.

: This contest isn't very fair if you think about it. Consider the following: * Only missions award points * Points awarded increase each week so every house has the chance for a comeback * Most players will probably only play enough to unlock the big reward quests and wont care about the 100xp quests after. So technically the team that has the most last minute slackers gets the most points per mission. Sure the missions are infinite but most people probably only play enough to get the good mission rewards. I bet every week there will be a different winner because of this and United will be dead last at the end. {{sticker:sg-janna}}
This isn't true at all. You forget about how many people buy the passes and grind them out for the various prizes that come from it. And it's not like you need to be going out of your way to grind for the event you just need to be winning games.

: Prototype Wukong Changes on PBE Context
I've played Wukong for a good amount of time and he's one of the few champs that I have M7 on. While I primarily play him as a support I did still want to share my feedback from playing him some on PBE so far. I feel like the changes do result in him being played differently but I enjoy the changes. It opens up a lot more potential for how to use W both in and out of lane instead of it just being a way to combo into R or to try and juke by just standing there with some success at times. I'm personally a big fan of the changes that have been made to Wukong but there are two things i'd kind of hope are changed however I wouldn't be too disappointed if they weren't. Kind of wish that the passive reduced armor instead of increasing the damage dealt as in teamfights while you are still dealing higher damage that bit of utility for the team and being able to reduce their armor for your fellow ad champs was nice. The other thing which I can understand why it isn't a thing but i'll bring it up anyways. I'm someone who runs glacial augment on Wukong to allow his increased ranged autos to slow but despite W applying on hit effects it does not work with glacial augment. For some people they might not notice that but for those that do 1 auto from the clone besides the reduced damage would instantly give away that it isn't the real Wukong. While the main part of my post was addressing things I don't like about the Wu changes I am a huge fan of what they did and just want to make it clear. Please stick with this whole bruiser thing and try not to go too overboard with any possible buffs/nerfs. Wukong is looking like he will be in a good spot with these changes and I don't want to lose that.

Still the problem isn't her as much as the problem is things that top laners can abuse to become super strong. Sure she was complained about before spear or essence reaver or conqueror but even if they nerfed her and everything that made her strong into the ground people would still complain.

She never really needed a nerf the problem has been conqueror. It's now easier to deal damage to her with her shield being up less often.

It's a day early for some reason. It's usually patch notes + pbe update on Tuesday then new patch the day after.
: You do know Supports carry the ADCs in lane, right? I don't know why supports believe that because they are a "support" they have to stand back and soak up exp/coins (if taking Ancient Coin) then be useful doing other things such as poking or engaging or picking Synergy-like support that goes well with their ADC. Like ADC vs ADC only occurs when they pick Draven or any other early game ADC, but Support picks matter more due to the amount of CC, sustain, and poke you have. Which is why people are playing a lot of enchanters supports because they hard poke and sustain the lane usually demeaning support tanks like Braum, Leona, Alistar.

You pick an aggressive support or if you're feeling really spicy a bruiser as a support and you turn that into a kill lane. You go in whenever you can and you tell them that it is a lane for you and your adc and if they want to play lane they can go top or mid.

: Magical Footwear is a straight nerf to all supports. You have to take this skill due to your already low and cippled gold income and now you will get your boots even later on top of being completely dependent on your ADC in order to got the flippin Sightstone bonus from your gold income item. Gj on making the Support role even less attractive by just nerfing and nerfing them! Instead of doing things like "If you start with Spellthief/other gold income items Magical Footwear time will be reduced by 2 minutes".
The nerf isn't even that big if you're being aggressive and getting kills. Yes you will be getting it a minute or two later then you normally would but it's not that big of a deal it's only 300 gold. And if you're playing someone like an enchanter that can't really get kills in lane maybe you shouldn't even be going inspiration and instead be going domination or resolve.

Most fighters didn't have magic damage so they couldn't justify the purchase.

What kind of shield gives you 70 armor and mr while healing you every time you take a hit, that was a flat heal you know. As for his mr, 50% of his mr went to his AP. I never did say Galio was a tank, he was an anti-mage mage. The only thing he was missing was some kind of dash and he was a broken champ. Also don't you dare call that smug overdecorated walking rock Gailo.
Man I completely forgot about when Athenes was a mid lane item. I still remember building it over morello despite it being what people insisted was the better item on mages before it was reworked into a support item. Guess I don't remember as much about old Galio as I thought I did. Completely forgot it gave that much for resistances while having the heal being flat. But I do remember that he was my go to pick whenever the enemy team picked Brand and walking into his skillshots just to heal up. I still remember hoping either that shield or his gust of wind would make it to the rework. And yeah the current champion with the name Galio really doesn't play like old Galio but old Galio and release rework Galio were never burst mages.

Pre rework Galio wasn't even really a tank. His shield was anti-dot and that was it really. His other two basic abilities were fully damage. Sure his passive gave him damage for mr but back then the selection for mr items was pretty small. You had banshees, visage, and abyssal and that was basically it. Sure if the enemy team was full of ap/magic damage you could be a tank but with a few ads you really didn't want to.

: Hopefully these Akali changes will stop her being banned EVERY SINGLE GAME. Once people realize that Akali is NOT broken and that she only has a 44% winrate hopefully the ban rate will drop. These changes to her shroud will help stop those people who ban her from crying about how OP she is, and still make Akali playable for those of us who use her.{{champion:84}}
As long as shroud is frustrating to play against people won't care if she has a 30% winrate they will still ban her as often as they do. I personally don't have a problem with her on specific champs but I can understand why people dislike playing against her.

: This buff is actually punishing. Her W scales with MS and AP. So since they nerfed both the dmg is nerfed a bit more than appeared.
They didn't nerf the ap ratio they only nerfed the base damage and her movement speed as I said in my post. 5 base damage + 1-2(how much damage her passive gave from 5 movement speed). The damage would actually be less because that's base damage aka ignoring how much magic resist the target has.

Oh wow 6-7 damage off Janna's W (passive gives her W extra damage based on her movement speed) and 5 less movement speed. Really killing Janna there with that massive nerf. If you're going to nerf a champion just nerf a champion don't throw out a "nerf" that changes nothing.
