: No, from what I read it wouldn't count as a loss for those in the group with them. But it might stop people in pre-made to let the vote go through to save their friend. Also, on that note if they are on say: Curse Voice or team speak with the person and they are having client issues they can stall out until they get back. Which in that case would be fine. Not sure how they will do it, but when actually looking at it, it will REALLY help out things for ALOT of people myself included. I HATE getting a loss due to ff@20 because someone never connected.
If they don't punish the whole premade then they can use a team mate as a scapegoat against bad match ups or if they don't like the picks, etc. In an ideal situation for them they would have someone in the premade that is on a smurf take the hit. Premades can already have one person dodge in champ select and only that person gets a penelty if they don't like the situation but if they wait until the game starts to load they shouldn't have the same luxury while wasting much more time. Riot's api that sites like op.gg use only allow you to look up your opponents once the game starts to load, this gives a ton of information that would be useful for making the decision to dodge in champ select. Due to this information the penalty for dodging in the loading screen should not be the same as dodging in champ select. Sure they can communicate their issues but no one knows how long it will take to reconnect. Sometimes a simple reconnect is enough, other times you have to try to reconnect multiple times, or reopen the client, or close the client using task manager, if you cannot get it to reconnect a comp restart maybe needed. If they don't have auto updates turned off and their comp decides to update in loading screen it could be quite a while before they come back. If premades are not given a effective penalty as a whole they can abuse the system in a way solo queue players cannot but if they are given a penalty as a whole then they will always vote against an auto loss.

Premades will not vote to remake a game that one of their members has trouble connecting to because voting yes would be an auto loss for them as well.

Sweeper needs to not disable his shrooms. Revealing them is fine but instead of the enemy still needed to move around them they can run right through them. Maybe just reveal the silhouette of the shrooms like it does to stealth champs. Other champions don't have this issues due to their traps not being their niche.

Her W has a speed of 1450 units/s so at max range, 600 units, it takes 0.41379s to reach you. Her W has a damage radius of 250 units calculated from the edge of the skill to the edge of the champion so you need to add the radius of the champion. Using 200 units, 2 Teemos, that's 450 units and with 340 ms, average starting ms, it takes that champion 1.323s to dodge it if she places the center of the skill on your champion. Even ignoring reaction time and ping, you cannot dodge it. To dodge it from the center of the skill you need to move 1087 units/second. The inner radius of 140 units of her W are undodgeable. I am using numbers from the wiki, If they are wrong please correct me.

The Leblancs I've seen recently have been running like 9 ad for last hitting. I've had some success in the past with pushing them in so they have to use their spells on the minions or farm under turret but lately they just say "fk the minions" and jump on me as soon as they see me use my abilities on the minions.

: Use CC to lock her in places. If she's positioning herself, you get strong windows of opportunity to turn the tides of battle. If she leaps forwards, CC her in the middle of your minion wave and punish her for the damage you receive.
CC is great but CC stops everyone. You forgot to add you need instant CC because anything with even a small delay will be dodged.

Leblanc dashes right next to you. There are 0 units between you and her, point blank. The time it takes for something to move 0 units is 0 seconds. You have 0s to dodge the skill, that is not dodging. Even with a small cast time you still have to move. Instead of telling me I am wrong tell me how I am supposedly suppose to dodge it.

Additionally that combo leaves the enemy with 2 stacks of his passive so you can proc it again with your second w. This extended combo increases his scaling and his true damage. It's a drop of 22.5% magic damage scaling and an increase of 40% true damage scaling. If you are having a hard time hitting both parts of his W consider building a Rylai's mid game. It doesn't do much for his Q and E but makes his W amazing and his ult will slow more. His ult does less damage until late game unless you get the true damage research part of it in which case it depends on how much mr your enemy has. His ult had its ratio increased by 40% and its base damage increased by 50 damage per rank but no longer procs his passive damage. His ult applies 1.66 procs of his passive currently so I am using 1.66 x passive damage as the damage he lost on his ult. At lv 6 he lost 91.1 true damage, he needs 227.75 ap to make up for that damage, but if you proc the researched part then the 550 base damage is changed into true damage. For the old damage to be more then the new damage, assuming 0 ap and them being researched, the enemy needs to have less then 18% damage reduction, 25 mr is 20% damage reduction, as all champions have a base of at least 30 mr you will always do more damage with the new ult. This is lowballing it too as you will have some ap at lv 6. At rank 3 ult, lv 18, he lost 190.3 true damage, he needs 475.75 ap to make up for that damage and he will have more then that at full build so it is already a buff. The same process as above applies but now you have ap and the enemy has more mr so even before 475.75 ap anyone you get the researched debuff on will take way more damage then they would currently.

Those two together will still feel really nice on Diana, at least. However, Zhonyas losing AP will make a notably large negative difference for Diana/Akali given they lack real escapes, but will also be less likely to be bought on Fizz/Ekko who are historic abuse cases. My point is that the changes will affect each AP assassin differently, but at this point in time I'm used to having to change my itemization or used to changes in the items I still use. Frankly, the Hextech changes will make AP Assassins even stronger because the AP numbers are high enough with the utility+sustain they give. Imagine Fizz with Gunblade/Rocketbelt/Hextech###/Abyssal/Lichbane/PenBoots. That is absolutely frightening given everything involved. Ekko will become more atrocious. Akali...will become an utter abomination.

Additionally if it turned out that farming the voidspawn actually was an effective way to farm gold and hence win, then the item would be a noobtrap (i.e. it actually works against the person buying it), which riot would certainly like to avoid.

She can do very well against engage supports with proper management of her Spellshield. Getting an {{item:3508}} and {{item:3087}} should easily keep your mana up since with ER & Shiv it gives you CDR (30% to be exact), mana regen on each crit (3% of your max mana per crit), & 50% crit chance to hard push lanes with Ricochet & Static Shiv proc.

: easy answer, there just isn't an efficient way. you can stay behind minions for a while, but you can't stay there forever, even so, there **mere presence** of a {{champion:53}} will make you lose lots of CS as you won't always have a spot behind a minion to farm, so the most moronic of {{champion:53}} users will already be doing a big favor to his team by just existing, even if he misses 99 out of 100 hooks. and then, he has his speed boost to easily flank you when you are behind minions. so, the only efficient way is: always have a {{summoner:4}} to burn and lots of {{item:2003}} to use if you successfully flashed away.

At least Renekton has a stun, a way to get in, and great damage early. Mord might be able to get adc ghost but that's a bit of a stretch.

I can say for sure my jungle Teemo is not seeing ranked play. Theoretically he has great map control from the jungle but I couldn't make it work.
