My counter point is clearly being one of the most mobile champions in the game along with a constantly refreshing shield isn't enough to keep yasuo players alive, you really do need that extra safety helmet. >please tell me the hidden secret of playing yas with no cd's Well you've played more games on yasuo this season than I have games played in general so if you still can't tell yasuo has no cooldowns I can't really magically give you IQ now can I >him attack if you isn't stat checking you, and keystones cater to pretty much all champs, not just yasuo It's the precise definition of stat checking, unavoidable (because he can dash to and from you through every single wave at no cost at no cooldown) damage being constantly applied (where the yasuo proceeds to stat check you with either a knock up run like wukong, except wukong can't even knock up, or just keep stat checking like a wukong would because those are his only options as a glorified stat check, or as yasuo players have termed it UHHH UHHHH MY RPM UGGGGGHHHHH, and if you're playing a counterpick congratulations you just unlocked the "report yasuo for inting" achievement for the 8000th time. The entire reason yasuo players run pure attack speed is so they can stat check you more, and the introduction of nonsense like fervor only favors this low skill playstyle. Fervor was even nerfed for the majority of it's users (on hit) this season but yasuo was specifically spared (because he can crit the new stacks). These are grown men being paid to do what has to be one of the comfiest gigs in the world right now, putting out 2 lines of balancing for a video game every 2 weeks where there are 0 stakes on the line (no ones getting fired if lucian hits 60% play rate, their pay isn't getting cut if ivern hits 60% win rate). Cry me a river, seriously. League's balance team is bad at their jobs and they should feel bad, because if they don't what other reason do they have to improve their craft? You think tencent or marc merill is going to come down from the heavens and smite riot aether because ahri has maintained a 53%+ winrate for the 90th month in a row? lol good joke.

Things wrong with Yasuo. 1) he has 3 passives (shield, double crit, no mana) 2) he's hyper mobile at no cost 3) he not only gets free crit, he gets free arpen 4) windwall is the most anti fun toxic ability in the game, your skills are rendered inconsequtial to the state of the game so long as the enemy yasuo isn't retarded 5) he has no cooldowns 6) his trading pattern is toxic to the game, it involves him gap closing into you quickly and forcing you into a stat check situation and if you didn't counter pick enjoy not playing league, the introduction of keystones like fervor which hugely cater to him has made this problem much more pronounced 7) his hp regen is completely broken for a manaless champion that gets a constantly refreshing shield 8) it takes no effort for him to CS, even under tower, or clear waves 9) your options vs him really boil down to either pick someone that can outstat check him or just spend 20+ mins reacting to his plays, this isn't healthy design 10) It's almost never mentioned, but the howling abyss snowball effect of his ult is just another thing tacked on that doesn't need to be there. Imagine if chogath could teleport to you from halfway across the lane if vi bumps into you and nom you right there. No set up, no prior positioning, just a press of the button and he's in his prime range to do maximum damage, because this mechanic has been tacked onto yasuo's ult. Other champions, if they wish to make use of their ults, have to land it themselves. Yasuo's been given the ability to have other people land it for him. Riot could nerf any one of these and it wouldn't matter, the champion, to put it simply, is just the antithesis of fun. He turns every game he's in into a chore and he forces you to be constantly playing his game, where at no point is there a meaningful back and forth. Just yasuo doing his thing and you either have the numbers to make his constant stat checking useless and end the game with "x9 report yasuo" or you don't.

I use to joke about the powercreep in the game under people like morello but it has actually become a serious problem under ghostcrawler. Every new champion/rework has to have 18 abilities, true damage, %hp damage, %damage reduction to handle all the free damage, shields up the ass and a mobility. The game is really shifting away from knowing the limits of your champion and your items in any situation because you'll have a 50% damage reduction shield, missing %hp healing and true damage anyways so why do you even need to know anything but how to press 90 buttons a second and masturbating to your mechanics, and it just makes for superficial gameplay. The worst part is now not only do we have to deal with the forced cycling of in meta champions because riot needs to sell champions, but we now have to deal with a continuous cycle of powercreeping stats (more damage needs to be answered with more shields/%damage reduction which needs to be answered with more damage and so on, adcs can now ignore armor for 1k gold, soon they'll all be doing true damage, amumu is already getting that forced into his kit so he can compete)

I don't agree but it doesn't matter, my primary problem with mage supports is why they're supporting in the first place, the reason being Riot's refusal to admit they messed with things that didn't need messing with in the mage update all for the sake of change.

: They put in the work to make him not completely busted after his rework. If this bug hasn't been found, it's because nobody reported it. How about instead of getting mad at Riot and posting an extremely angry post in Gameplay about it, recognize that the programmers at Riot are only human and can make some mistakes, and post something along the lines of "Malzahar is unable to cast W right after E" in the Report a Bug section. Or, perhaps this isn't a bug at all, but intentional to give his opponents a brief window to walk away from him, because let's be honest here, with a Rylai's on him, he would be lacking a lot of key counterplay if he could drop QEWR on an enemy all instantly without them having the time to react and walk away from him or flash/dash away to try to avoid his all-in combo.

This isn't saying anything when AP items don't even give much AP anymore and the damage creep in this season makes 400 extra hp not noticeable (the hp was nerfed this season too). Malz: _**Targeted**_ damage lowered across the board, most of it shifted to minions (kitable) and E refresh mechanic (naturally harder to land on the mobile) Brand: Damage lowered across the board, most of it shifted to a new passive that requires you to land 3 abilities (including 2 skill shots, obviously harder to land on the mobile). _**Targeted**_ E damage greatly reduced Vlad: E turned into a blockable skill shot Vel: Initially had his ult damage greatly reduced to try and force him to first land 3 skillshots before he could get full damage (obviously benefits the mobile). Damage shifted from more reliable W to harder to land Q Swain: Q turned into an AoE DoT skillshot (though this was more of a lateral change from the previous _**targeted**_ Q). _**Targeted**_ E damage greatly reduced. Anivia: Size of initial ult made smaller Annie: Ult initial burst lowered and damaged moved to tibber autos (naturally benefits the mobile) Veigar: Stun went from instantaneous to delayed, _**targeted**_ Q turned into a skillshot (both naturally benefit the mobile). Viktor: Ult initial burst lowered and moved to damage over time portion (naturally harder to get full damage on the mobile) The entirety of season 6 has been riot trying to convince people that if you can't dash outta half a mages damage then it's just toxic.

Out of all the mages in the game that could be considered toxic to the game, Azir is number 1 and hilariously enough the only one that wasn't changed during the mage rework. So no, Azir doesn't need buffs that would once again allow him to muscle out 75% of all champs out of the game. If anything Azir needs a rework so he can't have everything any mage would ever want in one kit AND THEN SOME.
