TBH I'm not sure how that specific keyboard works at all, and it's likely that League's keybindings are taking precedence over your custom keyboard keybinds. That does sound like it really sucks, it's best not to fight fire with fire and mute them just as you mentioned from now on =(. It shouldn't take *too* long, but there isn't a set amount of honors you need AFAIK. Keep playing games while avoiding any dishonorable stuff and you'll see that rank rise sooner than later. Just so you know, your honor progress is locked right now, but it will unlock shortly as long as you don't get punished.

I'm seeing this weird rune page issue pop up a bit more often lately. A lot of times this can be fixed by making sure your connection is stable, since rune page data is saved server side similar to config settings. Try updating your DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 for a smoother route to the servers. It really sucks, but you'll have to setup those pages again since they were lost.

First things first, try running a quick repair to make sure it's not some game files messing up. It's worth the time to rule out any other possibilities, like updating graphics drivers and DirectX files. Have you been able to bug report this through the client yet? Posts here on H&S about potential bugs likely won't get noticed, so be sure to report anything like this in the client using the bug report button in the bottom right corner.

You could also try turning on the low-spec mode in client settings if your Mac is having problems running it smoothly ^_^. Really quick and easy fix, but be sure to let me know if it doesn't help much. Might need to do more general troubleshooting on your system.

I'm seeing this happen a lot lately, and *usually* the culprit is the Discord Overlay. Be sure to turn that off, as well as any other programs that might have overlays (you could do a clean boot to make sure nothing else is running). I've been seeing a lot of problems where missions are being updated really slowly, but almost all of them are getting updated with a little time. It looks like this match was played not too long ago, so try refreshing your client really quickly if you haven't yet and let me know if it updates. I'm going to reach out and see if there's any way to update this mission on our end, but I'm not 100% sure if it would work correctly from my end (since there are two branching paths, I wouldn't want you to end up on the wrong side y'know?) In the meantime, refresh your client like I mentioned and if it doesn't update immediately go ahead and try playing another ranked solo/duo to see if it updates now.

: unfair Low proximity queue
It really sucks your client was having problems which resulted in a crash, but ultimately it's up to the player to be sure their software/hardware is working well enough for the game to function correctly. The client can't tell the difference between a crash, or force closing the game. Either way is the same to the lobby, you're just leaving the game and it doesn't care why. Without these dodge penalties, anyone could exit matches without anything happening, which would mean a lot of frustrated players not ever being able to play the game without it being ruined by leavers. I'm really curious as to what error you saw so we can try to help you fix that up. It doesn't do much good to let this slide without trying to troubleshoot and solve the problem that caused the crash to begin with. I'd try a quick repair first if you haven't yet, but let me know what errors you saw so I can guide you through a few steps.

Alrighty that's good, not seeing any packet loss there which helps narrow down what's causing this. They can take a much closer look at your logs there and should be able to spot anything else that might be making your ping spike!
: It's actually funny because my Discord overlay isn't on but my husband's is. And for my computer the Discord overlay is actually entirely turned off. By now I've turned off my computer a couple times and whatever it was is gone and I can play normally. But I can assure you it wasn't Discord because of my husband having it on as well as the overlay. As for the ticket page that did the trick. I don't know if it matters but on that page originally it had my League icon displayed next to my name. And after it it was displaying my account's icon if that makes sense.
Weeeeeird, must be something else taking the focus of the window somehow. There are a lot of programs that can do this so sometimes it's hard to narrow down the culprit. If you shoot your logs over to our techs in that ticket they should be able to spot what's going on!

It can be relatively easy when you factor in all the other ways of getting capsules/chests. Leveling up isn't the only way to get BE. Mastery chests from getting high mastery scores will get you some loot too. Overall, getting free content over time helps players to earn things without spending real money, getting something for nothing is pretty nice regardless of how quickly it comes ^_^!

I'll be real with you here, it's not very likely tbh. Simply due to the fact that anyone could claim 'just jokes' after any kind of punishment. These things aren't cool out in public, and we all know how offensive they can be to others. There are certain things that just cross the line, homophobic slurs being one of them. While I can personally understand you being okay with the term and it not offending you, others don't see it that way.

: Experiencing 130~ ping consistently
A lot of our players, especially those on Verizon, have been having these ping spikes due to major ISP outages and EU ISP issues here and there. We're doing our best to get the word out, but it can be rather hard to troubleshoot ping spikes when your own ISP is having routing problems. Run a traceroute to our NA servers at 104.160.131.1 using [WinMTR](http://winmtr.net/winmtr-v0-92-now-available/) so I can get an idea of what your connection looks like after it leaves your network. This should give me a good idea of what's going on and what kind of solutions may help.

That troubleshooting helps us to narrow down the main problem, which we can then forward that info over to our techs to get a quicker solution to problems. Weeeeeird, it kinda sounds like your pc was having the Discord Overlay problems and your Husbands pc maybe didn't have that enabled or maybe Discord was turned off on his side. Do me a favor and make sure Discord is closed out entirely, or make sure the overlay is turned off, and then test it in a custom game.
