: mpen reds, AP quints, either flat armor or scaling HP yellow, and flat/scaling MR blues you can also get scaling CDR blues/quints if you want to cap on it without 2 or 3 items
So I suspect the HP yellows are most useful against standard mids, and Armor if you're against an AD Mid ?

: No, all fetuses start with no physiological gender, regardless of what it will be when they are born.
You should prob take a trip back to freshman biology :) Or just search Google.
: "Bard travels through realms beyond the imagination of mortal beings. Some of Valoran's greatest scholars have spent their lives trying to understand the mysteries he embodies." "he embodies." **"he"** Bard is male, according to the official Riot page on the champion.
Not to mention facial hair, which among humans is typically associated with masculinity, and since Bard was designed by humans its unlikely they'd go against that norm JUST to make a point/be edgy
: Oh sweet baby zilean make this a reality, and maybe his meeps will tiny frat brads
Dr Cat (NA)
: On a similar note. When referring to a player in game, should we refer to them by their characters gender? "Where is Sona?" "Oh, _she _is in the jungle." Or do we use all masculine pronouns out of probability? Or, does it even matter and why. Personally I'm not too concerned since it's all in the context of a game.
i just always say 'he' out of habit, but if someone asks to be called 'she', of course i respect that and act accordingly

They are not the default btw. That is not how biology works.
All fetuses start as females in the womb, regardless of their birth gender.

: Agreed so very much. Turned all-chat off about a season ago and have not regretted it at all. While most people in my games are very quiet in chat, there's about a 33% chance that if someone speaks in my game their first words will be aggressive towards my team, I'll mute them, then the post-game chat will show them raging. Emote spamming has become such a commonplace occurrence that I've had champion voices turned off for months, wish I could hear some voice-overs again without needing to hear people who get enjoyment out of being irritating (you'd think that would stop once people left middle school, right?). I want a game where all 10 people use their skill at this game to win. I don't want games where people on my team say stuff like, "You should have..." because clearly there's nothing I can do about that now. I want opponents that choose to use all-chat for reasons like, "ok" when the other team's 0/9 support steals Dragon/Baron rather than opponents that use all-chat for, "Report X for Y". I don't want a game where people try to anger their opponents by spamming emotes, but rather one where people use emotes to show off character interactions. Until that day comes though, I'm going to keep my voices off, all-chat off, have my mouse hovering my teammates' mute buttons. Perhaps if Riot added an option to hide all emotes from characters I'd be able to turn voices back on, and perhaps if Riot gave us the ability to hide an ally's pings I'd be able to do anything against people who spam pings out of frustration without affecting all of my allies' ability to ping.
amen agree with everything you said league is really fun in theory and then human nature come and fuck it up kind of like the planet lele also i didnt know you could turn voices off, ty im definitely doing that now
: Yeah. It's the same as trying to find a killer D&D group. Always sounds great in theory, but there's always that one guy out to ruin it for everyone else, for some reason.
loller the one guy who only cares about the combat encounters and just sits quietly during the story bits

I dont know, maybe i just have yet to face good Shaco's. But its either they do great, or shit.
Yeah I wasn't commenting on his strength I was just pointing out that there are even more champions with invulnerability than people may realize. I agree with you though Shaco either does mad work in the early game or is a useless clown.

Yeah people need to understand that this change makes Zed easier to balance, because now Riot can significantly nerf some of the more oppressive aspects of his qwe spells. I usually am one of the people who complain about Riot, but in this instance I think they are moving in a constructive direction.

Old Poppy was legitimately my least favorite champion to play against throughout the entire 4 years I've played this game. But yeah honestly if they removed Teemo no one would care / nothing would change

They are waiting for the taric rework, so that everyone wants to play support. "See there aren't queue time issues, or support issues, we have lots of supports right now"
What a sobering moment to realize this isn't out of the question. Like when thy buffed Pantheon RIGHT before his Dragonslayer skin came out.
Grashnim (NA)
: I used to frequently support. However since the new system is support + x = support, most of the time I choose jungle/top, so my support contribution has severely fallen. Another issue is that during champion selection, people would actually communicate and attempt to develop ideas when requesting roles. Now it's pure silence, which contradicts riot's working together philosophy.
Not if you play with friends like Riot really, _really_ wants you to
: WoW is solo queue style lmao are you on drugs none of this is an age thing, this thread is reaching hard. censoring is thanks to Korea and China, dynamic queue is because the team game aspect (and yes the play with friends aspect) of league was at odds with the ranked system. It's not a conspiracy
It is though. People like you are why Riot is getting away with it :(

: Huni, probably one of the best players in the world, being shit talked by a silver player. Not hating on silvers because I am one but come on he preformed very well on 17 out of 21 games. Great season huni! (I am a Tsm fan btw)
Anyone who understands League has the right to compare a pro player to other pro players. Also, Huni isn't even top 5 top laners in the world, maybe 8th or 9th MAYBE. You don't have to be mechanically proficient to be smart.
: Well I mean it IS Huni
I can't fucking stand Huni. It's unlikley he's even top 10 Top laners in the world, but he keeps thinking he's hot shit. It's always satisfying to watch him crumble.
: Was a good set of games. As the casters somewhat mentioned, Huni didn't adapt to the tank top lane meta shift. He played Lucian, Gangplank, and Graves. While the Lucian can be thrown as a cocky, arrogant, cheese pick so that game can be somewhat thrown away despite it being their best display. Huni had shown he could play Ekko top lane *BEFORE* the changes as an AP threat, with it being one of the top three tank picks internationally on this patch, it was flabbergasting that it was neither banned nor picked in any of the three games. Additionally, he didn't pick a tank in any of the games. He tried to play strong carry top laners, and put Reignover onto tank junglers. The setup we've been seeing far more successful in the recent patch was a carry style jungler with a tank top laner. Sven showed he could play carry junglers with Graves, Nidalee, and Lee Sin, while Reignover showed poorly playing full tank junglers in Gragas and Reksai. Additionally, they identified that Adrian has a very limited and poor champion pool with his Soraka one trick making him largely irrelevant in the game. While Wildturtle and Pobelter each showed up in all of the matches, they were never the primary carries of IMT, just very solid capable individuals who worked well with minimal help. With actual lane opponents of value in Doublelift and Bjergsen, they didn't accrue huge natural advantages to pull Huni out of a rut. The only time a huge advantage occurred was when Pobelter was gifted an easy roam double kill onto TSM's duo lane for... I'll be blunt, sheer stupidity in communication. However, he was unable to pull any lane advantage with this, and in the end was actually killed repeatedly by Bjergsen despite having the lane counterpick of Urgot vs Zed and up a sizable lead. Why? Because Sven kicked Reignover's teeth in so hard that game it looked like he was Bronze. Immortals looked like they spent the entire time between end of season and playoffs, doing nothing, aside from Lucian top we saw nothing new from the team and we saw a ton of their mistakes that would work only because of their huge gold leads occur, such as that horrible 4v5 jungle fight that Reignover started, or Huni's 1v4 Graves counterattack, from the split. And finally, a team actually consistently capitalized on it.
Shows how behind the curve NA teams/coaches/staff are
: Lol. Play with my freinds and tell yourself that. I know 1 challenger and 20 bronze 5s. Don't matter how good he is 1 challenger isn't carrying 4 bronze 5s to diamond.
He prob doesn't belong in Challenger then
Keyoshi (NA)
: Hey riot,
2 much
: C9? They did trash, Balls is terrible when he's not on malphite or gangplank. CLG did horribly at IEM and they lost to a 6th place Fnatic. TSM's a joke as well, they lost to Ever. IMT has good strategy but like Fnatic they rely on Huni.
> [{quoted}](name=YumScrumptious96,realm=NA,application-id=9hBQwnEU,discussion-id=quFYiVnG,comment-id=00010000,timestamp=2016-04-10T21:17:06.706+0000) > they rely on Huni. Too bad Huni's dead weight
: To Those complaining about how strong adcs are
Gotted (NA)
: So in conclusion, three adcs lost so we had better tune them down.
The fact that the best players on this continent think it's worth doing is the problem. Whether it won or lost isn't the issue.
: How do you win a game anymore?
Honestly, just do your best and hope to god that your premade is better than the other team's.
: I'm happy IMT will be advancing
IMT would fall flat on their face internationally. CLG and C9 are the only teams intelligent enough to maybe keep pace with middle KR teams. Hate to break it to you, but individual skill means much less than map play when against real teams, and individual skill is really the only think IMT has.
: Lucian top, Jhin ADC, Corki mid. i wonder who riot favors more in this game !!!
Don't forget Huni is over-hyped as shit. God damn it felt good to watch him get his cocky ass beat.
